Adrienne nodded and got up, but doubled back for a second, leaning over Shirou. "If he wakes up and is in pain, just give him some of the ... stuff. I'll take the heat for it, OK?" She stood up once more and took Lucy's arm, guiding her to the door. "Come on Lucy, let's get you cleaned up." She walked briskly and hoped the girl was keeping up.

They arrived at the principal's office. Knocking, she opened the door without waiting for a response. "Ma'am. We have an emergency." She pulled Lucy into the office and sat her down in front of the secretary's desk. "Get a statement from her." She said quickly before going to talk to the principal off to the side. "Some one has been attacked in the boy's locker room. We also... er... discovered some illegal substances in a locker. But we need to take care of the victim first. First name Renji, I didn't have time to catch his last name." She nodded over to the phone. "I'll call the nurses' voice. We need to alert the other teachers." The principal handed her a list of the locker numbers in the gym.

In a single stride, she was at the phone and called the nurses' office. By the time she got back to the locker room, the nurses were already there. "Is he OK?"

In a matter of seconds after their arrival the other nurses (and a few teachers) began to set the boy on a stretcher, his body shivering as he began to cry. Shriou began to regret secretly being angry at the boy before; he'd have to make it up to him somehow, despite the fact Shriou did nothing to start this. As he was wheeled away to the nurses' office, Adrienne returned. He noticed she had a list, and walked towards her. He leaned against a still-living locker and sighed.

He was glad on the inside on how good the medical care was here; each school here in this city had a professional doctor, as well as pretty recent medical equipment that could be used for almost any situation. Meaning there was a 95% chance the boy didn't have to go to the hospital, which was good: it'd be impossible in this weather. He'd heal, and hopefully everything would go smoothly from here on out.

As she got near, he went back to an upright proper position. "Is Lucy ok?" he asked her.

As the secretary wrote down the statement and got the fake story, they had gone to a counsler's room so Lucy could heal emotionally.

"GODD**NIT!"

This was Shriou's shocked reaction as soon as Conall's name was spoken, which quickly led him into a small fit of rage, as he pounded a couple hits on a already dead locker, then he slid to the ground, as if it exhausted him within those five seconds. He couldn't believe it, the boy have sworn to him that he'd quit for good....

"Oooooh, man. I'm sorry. I just can't win today, can't I?" he said as he apologized for his out of character behavior; he gave a weak smile as he stood back up and brushed his clothes with his now-hurting hands.

"Guess you're right; this is a bit odd. But, they would know better than to lie about something like this, right? And IF it was a setup, why would Renji hurt himself? I just can't figure it out." he sighed.

The nurses immediately noticed his distress, and tried to calm him.
"Everything's ok, sweetie. Just lay back and relax. You have some injuries that you need healed." one of them said softly, pushing him gently back onto the stretcher. The stretcher continued to be wheeled down the hall, and they entered the doctor/nurses' office.

((Heopfully once we hit Friday, we'll get some people back.
I know butterfly has midterms, assuming this week. So hopefully we'll be working up again once she and Lucifer come back.))

Shriou noticed her grab one of his own hands into both of hers. She had seemed rather concerned at his sudden outburst, and it did seem to dull the minor pain that he was feeling. Or, was it something else that was beyond his grasp of understanding? He inwardly sighed; he never read a whole lot of love stories; it was more of fantasy and sci-fi kind of genre, which had a bit of romance, but didn't focus on an ultimate loving climax of falling in love. He shoves these strange thoughts of confusion aside as she spoke again.

"Aw, nothing wrong with overthinking it." he reassured her kindly, as he laughed at this whole situation. "Yeah, that was the same kid with the phone in the hallway. I dunno what to think anymore. Perhaps there's a camera in this hallway." he said, as he began to scan the walls. Some cameras were hidden, so he'd have to go to hte main office, where all the screens were. His mind of reason told him to move out of Adrienne's grasp, but something else in him ignored him, and for some reason he couldn't force himself to do it, knowing why.

"O-oh, you've got a point. It is the boy's locker room, so chances are that they're aren't any. Heh, talk about a brain fart there." he sighed, hiding the embarassed blush quite well this time. This was because his mind was going about a thousand directions right now. He felt his nerves grow a bit as Adrienne's hands seem to grasp tighter, unless it was his imagination. "Well, either way, you're right. We have to fetch him. Argh, it'll probably cause some sort of scene, with all the kids in there and all..."
