Link stared at the girl in a mix of confusion and slight annoyance, but still his voice remained calm, "I told you before, I don't wanna draw to much attention. The castle aint far away and you saw the way that... that man just appeared before. I don't want to risk being caught."

Zelda raised and eyebrow, the skeptical expression looking almost comically out of place on her small, serious face. "And you're worried about your horse being recognized?" she asked, "He can't recognize me, he's not going to pick your horse out from a crowd, and your fairy is hiding in your hat." She brought a finger up to tap her mouth, and looked up at the sky in an exaggerated show of thought. "Actually, the only one here who has a chance of being recognized is... you!" She beamed at him.

Exactly, which is why I don't wanna draw a crowd... oh never mind, just trust me Princess, I know what I'm doing...I think," Link sighed, tired of having to explain. Without even bothering to wait, Link walked on ahead towards the main market place and the front gates.

The girl sighed and ran after him. "I asked you not to call me that," she whispered when she was close enough. She walked beside him in silence; if it was an awkward one, she didn't notice. She had things to think about.

Although there was no need for anyone to notice him, Link couldn't help but feel like around every corner, someone could be watching. Even as they passed the guards, Link could feel his body tense, making him appear more suspicious and noticeable then if he had Epona with him.

Zelda noticed this and sighed. The next moment, she had grabbed Link's hand and was dragging him through town, talking in a loud, childish voice as she went. "Mom said I could look at the jewelry while we were out, she said! You're not getting out of it. I can't believe you're so mean!"
Within moments, they were at the gate, and Zelda let go of his hand to walk through. She turned back to look at him, eyebrows raised. "Well? Come on!" A quicksilver smile darted across her face, and she turned and walked across the drawbridge, humming the song of storms. She could have fun with this!

At first, Link found himself very confused, but it didn't take him long to figured out what she was doing. Led by the hand, Link followed after, trying his best not to laugh as people stared. Though the eyes were watching him, he doubted that this was the type of scene that anyone would be scanning for. Once at the bridge, Link stared out at the hill filled with Gerudo soldiers and spoke silently, "Come on, we'll need some more distance before I can call fer Epona," he spoke seriously and then added teasingly, "And next time you try bein' my sister, try workin' on yer accent."

Zelda grinned. "I thought you were trying to work on yours!" The smile faded slightly from her face as she looked at the Gerudo encampment, her eyes apprehensive. "They won't recognize you, will they?" she murmured, softly enough that the nearby Gerudos wouldn't be able to hear.

"I doubt it, it was fairly dark last night, even in the temple, I doubt their leader had a good look at my face," Link reply then began to head out and towards the left, feeling for the ocarina in his pocket, having never bother to put it away earlier.

"Right, Right..." Gus said, angered a little, "Less talking, more moving... besides... if he was to come after us, he'd probably try to come after me. He can probably sense me.."
((Well, Gus doesn't know exactly that Zelda's the princess. He's... not very bright.))

Link could hear his friend talking from inside of his hat, but the hat itself seemed to muffle out everything he said, "What?" He asked as he led the princess over into the side of the field, out of the line of sight of most of the Gerudos.

Gustave muttered something, and then popped out, saying, "I said... we should hurry.... Yeah, that's it."

"Alright, just give me a minute," Link responded. He stared at the yellow fairy and began to look around to make sure they were alone. To his relief, it would seem they were far enough away from anyone that this friend probably would only appear as a dot. Link headed into the bushes which hid the base of the vines he had climbed just the day before and crouched down, indicating, to Zelda to do the same. Without a word, Link removed the tiny blue ocarina from his pocket and began to play the song his great great great grandmother wrote.
Meanwhile at the entrance to the Light Temple, with her excellent ears, Epona could hear the slightest sound of her song being played. She began to gallop through the streets, towards it's source. The surprised crowds stared in awe as she passed through until at last she passed through the Town gates and headed towards a certain bush.

"Huh... I guess that horse likes the sound of that ocarina, or something." Gustave said, slightly unimpressed.

"NO, it's the song. I trained her to respond to it. I just figured that the sound of the Ocarina would carry farther then if I whistled," Link responded as he opened up his bag and deposited the Ocarina of Time.
