Lykus No way! He lacks facial hair and his skin looks like plastic! The idea behind the 'plastic' skin and him being so pale is that he wasn't seen out of his factory for 10 or 15 some odd years. Imagine what that can do to your skin's pallor... and i agree with all past statements - Jonny Depp is hot as Willy Wonka

I guild wide RP would be good.
But...
Doesn't make sence. I mean there are what? Ten active people here and majority of them are in Urban Arcana or your roleplay.

Let''s bring back the rainbow RP. And the roll call thread. There was some good stuff in there.
And we should probably have a member clean out because we only have 10 active members. So we bring back the roll call thread. We send out a PM to all members stating that if they want to stay in the guild they need to reply to the PM and/or post in Roll Call. Then all those who don''t reply, get banned/deleted.
Edit - I posted this before I saw Shazzers post. SO when you read the first sentece in the second paragraph just replace it in your mind with "Thanks for the hug and I totally agree SHazz." Thanks.

It's a lot of PMs, but if Ms. Leader Person finds the cleaning too indimidating alone, I'd be happy to share the workload (despite my lack of modly powers x3). I'm sure others would be willing, as well. I mean, all we'd need is a generic copy&paste message to send out, and a list of receivers to split.
Then we could create an activity check thread (Roll Call! Whee~), and have them post if they're still interested in participating. The rest go POOF.

I think all of us should be made mods, and because there are only ten people, we should moderate ourselves. Yeah, that sounds good.
What's the rainbow RP?
The LNO guild just celebrated it's one year aniversary. We should have one here, when the time comes.

JarJar - Good idea. Umm, would you happen to know when this guild was born.
The Rainbow RP, started in the Roll Call thread when I stole the colours from the world, because someone spelt it color. It was just a comedy RP.
Shazz - Good point. We could assign people specific users to look after. And they would ban the people who don't come back from those specific users.

The whole point of the application is that they submit their best RP work ever, and that we grade them on that. However if you think that they didn't submit their best work then go look back and say this post was good.
Or just go crazy and look through everything. I would probably do that but I'm too lazy.

Wow! Good thing I got that idea. This guild was made on Sptember 3, 2004. It's aniversary is in less than one month!
Before I resign my position as a mod of the LNO I always read their samples and checked their roleplaying hisory by looking at ALL of their posts.
One post doesn't really mean anything. The quality of their posts has to be constant. Well, improvements are more than welcome.
It might be simpler to change the acceptance system and give each mod some duty. Like mod A accepts or denies join requests, mod B is the OOC mod, mod C looks after some RP threads, mod D looks after activity and mod E would check the way everyone roleplays.
Something along those lines.

I prefer our system where all mods do everything. That way if one mod is away you don't suddenly have things piling up in their departement. Besides this way we have more than one opinion on the members and such.
I really wish we could have subforums. Then we could have a big huge ugly subforum full of applications. Then everything would look so much prettier!!
