Kayla blushed and continued to smile. She took his hand.
"Sorry about that... I suppose reading and walking isn't good,"
She laughed slightly and picked up her book, brushing some grass out of her hair. She laughed again.
"Thanks for breaking my fall though!"

Pippa nodded to him and laid back on the ground and softly sighed. A shiver ran through her whole body as if she were in convulsions for a few moments then she laid still her tail patted the ground next to her and her ears flat against her head behaving. Before she knew it her eyes were staying shut longer then open but she couldn't fall asleep now there was no way she would let her self so she moved her arms around some and made it so that she could watch the other people. "I don't like being alone...I don't think I've ever told you that....bad things happen when I'm alone..."

My name is Sonia. A pleasure to meet your acquaintance, Rivin.
She smiled a bit as she noticed his wand, smiling more before looking away as she saw Kayla fall on him. She blinked a bit before looking away out of curtisy. She softly let out a soft breath as she relaxed, opening her spell book as she went to reading while Rivin and Kayla talked.

Rivin smiled as he pulled her up next to him, and gave another smile.
"Its alright I barley feel a thing, after being beat on by my sister for the past couple days..." he said with a smile and looked back over to the girl on the other side of him, then back to Kayla.
"So, what have you been up to?" he said as he pulled his sleave over the small black stone that protruded from the middle of his hand.

Kayla smiled, settling next to Rivin, not noticing the other girl. She shrugged.
"Nothing much. I've been mostly up in my dorm room, reading books and stuff, trying to see if I can combine my powers so I can use Ice Darkness or something... Apparently it's alot more complicated than I thought," she said, scratching the back of her head and blushing slightly.
"What have you been up to? I haven't seen you around lately... not that I've been looking for you or anything," she added quickly.

He decided that he could at least get a basic grasp of what he could do by practicing on inanimate objects. He saw a few stones lying on the ground. His eye examined weight, density, mass, volume, and contents.
He stared at one of the stones and concentrated on it colely. He saw in his head the rock being moved. He didn't push it or strain himself, he just concentrated on wanting to make the rock move.
After a few minutes, he saw a slight movement in it, it shook back and forth at first adn then lifted about an inch off the ground. it then fell quickly back onto the ground with a slight tapping noise.
If was going to survive in his new setting, he had to become stronger. If he was going to become stronger, he first had to know what he could do.

Sonia stood up, walking over to the boy as she tried to gather her voice. She sat down beside him, placing her book down as she took his right hand, holding it out to the rock with his palm pointed. She smiled a bit as she nodded a bit before pointing at the rock.
Now focus on the center mass of the rock... it'll make it much easier to strengthen your mind before you can actually do it without the forced energy from your hand..

Tatsu yawned as he thought Well, stay with me. If you stay with someone, you won''t be alone, right? Tatsu smiled at his logic, as if it could not be denied in anyway, shape or form. He nestled his head back in her lap, having gotten up earlier to unsheath his sword, and thought You''re a nice girl, there should never be a moment where you''re alone and you don''t want to be. A girl like you deserves to have the world at her fingetips.

Rivin gave a slow yawn as he pushed himself from the ground, and sat up and brushed his eyes with his hands, making sure not to show the black stone on his hand. He looked up at Kayla.
"So sorry...didn't mean to nod off....long trip....didin't get much sleep, but I'm good now" he said between the long yawns, and smiled his eyes squinting for the smile was very large.

She smiled.
"That's fine. Where did you go on your trip?" she asked, brushing some dirt off her skirt, and looking back to him. She sat carefully, making sure you couldn't see under her skirt. She put her book on her lap, and moved a strand of long, dark brown hair out of her green eyes.

Rivin looked at her with a quick odd glance, why she though he'd look under her skirt he did not know, but after the quick galnce he smiled again.
"Well, I went to go visit my family, they live up north" he said smiled again and looked around, he though of something then it slipped his mind. Then quickley it came back.
"Well, since we need to go and train for the tournement....mabey we could get a couple other people and practice??" he said with a mystirous looked attached to his face as he smiled.

Rose yawned softly as she leaned back, stretching her arms widely, almost touching the leaves of the tree she was sitting in. Her feet slowly swung back and forth like a pendulum, managing to keep her balance. Suddenly though, something tickled her nose, and she sneezed.
"Ah...Ah...ACHOO!"
Promptly, she fell out of the tree, landing on her back with a soft 'whumph' sound. Luckily, there had been grass underneath, and she sighed, not feeling any urge to get back up. Her hair splayed around her, light playing across her face causing her to squint slightly before finally getting back up.

Shien started in his bench seat, and gazed around. He'd fallen asleep, again. He stood up and stretched, before pulling his coat back on, and securing the katana to the back. He pulled his lighter out of his pocket, lit the cigarette that followed it, and took a deep puff, before the lighter slid back into his pocket.
He looked around a bit, then walked over to the fountain. He stared into it for a bit, before turning around and sitting on the ground next to it. The smoke around him, from the cigarette, began to swirl slightly, then seemed to dance about and take odd shapes in the air. He smirked as he began to make it turn into various shapes and sizes, before sighing and easing his control, letting it float away. "I need some practice..real practice."
