He finishes his food and then heads out to the fire pit to do some reading on his favorite topic...medical science.

Ben continued studying over his books, he was sure that if he put enough time in he would be able to get his degree and maybe start really helping people...or perhaps himself.

The fire raged and roared again as the sudden influx of heat caused it to rise. Ash appears near the fireplace in his usual fashion and looks around the room.

*Hikaru wakes up and feels his hand clasping something cold and clammy. He opens his eyes slowly and see Akito laying next to him. He frowns and sits up to look over Akito, finding that it looks as though he is in pain. He leans over and kisses Akito's forehead gently and then gets up to go downstairs for some water for Akito, in the hopes that he will wake up soon. He heads downstairs and leaves his shoes where they are. He looks as though he hasn't changed clothes in days, or really slept all that well. He goes behind the bar in an almost zombie-like way, not noticing if anyone else was around. He starts to get a glass of water.*

Out on the side porch, Ben continues to read over his medical manuals as he wonders if he really could make it as a doctor.

Zac walked into the tavern after spending the night outside. It had felt good to get some fresh air, after spending the last few days inside. Upon entering she noticed Ash standing by the fireplace and greeted him.
Hey you. I need to catch a shower.
She tugged at her clothes and hair knowing how bad she probably looked, and smelled for that matter.
But I'll be back. Of course you coud always join me.
She laughed softly at this not thinking he would actually take her up on the offer.
At the last minute, Zac saw Hikaru at the bar, and blushed slightly, wondering if he had heard what she said.
Oh hello Hikaru.

Ash noticed Hik looking very zombie-like and rather strange. He makes a high pitch whistle noise in hopes of getting Hikaru's attention.
Hey hik! Sup Dude?
He looks over at Zac as she enters and gets a whimsical look on his face. He wouldn't take a shower but he would darn sure watch her if she wanted him to.
Nah, I don't need a shower...besides ******** in the water kind of sucks if the area isn't big enough. I will watch you strip and make sure your body is acceptable if you want.

*Hikaru thought he heard a voice, but was so zoned out he didn't really care. He took a drink of the water he was supposed to be getting for Akito and then heard a strange noise. He looked over to it and saw Ash. His facial expression was blank and he hadn't seen of heard Zac at all.*
Oh, hey...
*With that said he wandered off in a random direction, which led him to the porch where Ben was sitting. Once there he leaned up against the building and sighed, gazing blankly off into the distance. He assumed he was alone. His eyes looks a little glassed over.*

As Ben was reading over some of the pages, he heard the sound of the door open up. He didn't know who to expect but he smiled and turned around to see a rather sickly looking Hikaru.
Oh....Hi Hikaru...you...ok? you don't look so good.
Ben was now standing near Hikaru with his book in hand and tons of bookmarks and other page notations. His voice was calm but concerned.

Zac was a little flustered as to what to say with Hikaru, but as he walked past her out the door she saw how strange and out of it he looked before leaving her and Ash alone. Turning back to Ash she frowned for a moment, but not at Ash but Hikaru's weird appearance and wondered what was wrong, finally she got back to Ash, and smirked.
Who said anything about ********. I just asked if you wanted to take a shower.
She makes a silly face at him as she walks over to him, and stands in front of him.
But if you want to watch....you're more then welcome to.
Smiling to herself she walks over to the stairs wondering if Ash was going to follow her.

*Hikaru blinked when he heard his name and he looked over to see Ben. He wasn't expecting to run into him. At his comment about how he looked he touched his shirt and looked down at himself, and then felt his messed up hair. He shrugged, his eyes looking slightly more alert now.*
Eh...haven't been sleeping much is all.
*Hikaru did look as though he hadn't been sleeping, and that he had been run over by a truck. His eyes were tired and had dark circles around them. he took another drink of the water and then remembered why he had actually come downstairs. He looked at the half empty glass of water and sighed.*
