Ceon slipped off his jacket and hung it back into the closet, making sure to place his guns in their rightful places. He then walked into the kitchen and began to make a fresh pot of coffee.

Laureen fallowed Ceon into the kichen and watch him make the pot of coffe. She watched the pot as fresh coffe dripped into it
" Thankyou for this, your the first person so show me kindness in a long time" SHe said

Ceon smiled as he sat down and waited for the pot to fill, "No problem, I'm nice to all the loyal lycans in the pack. So exactly how long have you been in this city?" Ceon stood up and took the pot out as it filled up almost 3/4 of the way. He pulled out a couple mugs and set them on the table as well as the pot.

Laureen took her cup and took a sip of the hot plain coffe
" It's better here then at my old place . There i had no one ...just a bunch of bad memories" She said, " I just moved into a new place"

Ceon poured some sugar into his coffee and instantly began gulping it down. His tired eyes sprung open and he felt like new again. He hadn't actually had coffee since his house burnt down. He looked up at her, "What kind of memories?"

"I'm sorry to hear that. But vampires aren't the cause of everything, though. I went on a 300 year hate, because I thought vampires killed my mate and two sons. Turns out I went ballistic and killed them without even knowing i did it."

She thuded her glass on the table. Her eyes turned a yellow color.
" That may be the case with you, but vampires have been the main cause of my miseary in my life. " She whiped away one loan tear falling down her face " And intill i get my son back , i will not stop...."

Ceon's brow furrowed and his fists clenched as she turned offensive, "He stood up slowly. "Listen, vampires aren't the main concern in this city right now. It's the demons that are trouble." Ceon took off his shirt to reveal the many jagged, and some still not fully healed, scars that extended from his abdomen to his shoulders. He then lifted his chin to show her the half-foot scar on his neck from when the tainted, Daiguren, shoved a spear into his neck.

Laureen looked at Ceon scaring from on his chest to neck. She bit her bottem lip.
" I can understand your problem with demons and this city's problem" She stood up" But that is NOT my problem. My problem is making sure my son is safely in my arms...away from those damn's creatures" Her fists where clenched and her eyes were glowing.
" What would you do , if your young son was taking away from you? I am sure you would f**cking fight till you had him safe...wouldn't you?" She said tears steaming down her face.

"I would. But it's too late for my first family. I killed....them all.....brutally murdered them because i couldn't control my anger. Now all I have left is Layna and Gabriel." A single tear fell down Ceon's cheek, but then he picked his head up, a look of hope on his face, "Would you like to meet my son?"

Ceon smiled and exited the room, but then came back with his son in his arms. Gabriel yet out a soft yawn as his tiny eyes fluttered open. Ceon walked close to Laureen so that Gabriel and she could meet eye to eye, "Laureen, meet Gabriel."

" Jonathan is a bit older then him." She said.
