"He does, does he?" Erica let out a small breath, wondering what will come about with the new knowledge of her estranged husband. How am I going to explain my death? How am I going to explain why I didn't immediatley come back to him? The thoughts ran in her head at high speed. She also decided she didn't like Ayx nearly as much as the dreadnought, and made a mental note to tell Xeen that. "You should tread more carefully, Ayx, I don't believe Xeen gives much lee-way for rebellion in his creations."

Well then, if he scors rebellion so much, why is it that Ora has him so soundly beaten?" Ayx asked, before blinking out in a burst of fire and sulfur.

Erica brushed the sulfur smoke away from her nose, making a sour face. "Because, Ora is his daughter, and there is a difference, whether he recognizes it or not." She spoke to nothing, Ayx having already dissapeared, but felt the need to say it anyway.

Eulalia Danae Erica brushed the sulfur smoke away from her nose, making a sour face. "Because, Ora is his daughter, and there is a difference, whether he recognizes it or not." She spoke to nothing, Ayx having already dissapeared, but felt the need to say it anyway. The reply was soft, and quiet. "But, both have betrayed me all the same."

Erica stilled as the voice reached her ears. "It's in her blood to betray, is it not? And we both know someone else drives our daughter's goals. How are you, love?"

Eulalia Danae Erica let out a sigh and turned to the boy, "Come on, I'll hold him...or her...." She could tell the boy was nervous and gave him a soft smile. "Relax, kido, I have a baby of my own, she's kind of grown up though...really fast and unexplainably, but still."
Unhae stopped him. "Uh-uh," she whispered. "Auntie Sarah said no trusty, kiddo." A.C. had called him both kid and kiddo, and the little girl had assumed Kiddo was actually his name. "You gotta not give 'er the baby."
He nodded and drew the crying baby gently back. "But-- wha'do I do? Mean--" he looked down at the baby and winced when the crying got even louder. Unhae just put her hands on her ears, so the boy turned to Blitz. "Um, Mister? Do you know? The--" he winced again at a change in pitch. "--baby, dunno..."

Blitz looked down at the baby. He had to suppress his first thought which was to kill the infant. "Don't look at me for help." He never was one for babies. They were loud, and couldn't clearly get their needs across. That added to the tension just brought by Ayx made that the nicest response he could muster.

Let's just say the boy was lost and wishing he could put his hands over his ears like Unhae, or just drop the baby and run.
Short of this, he did the next best thing and ran with the baby in the same direction A.C. had gone. "Contact!" he yelled, "Please come back, I dunno what to do!"
Unhae stayed put and glared at Blitz.

"Don't look at me like that." He looked down at Unhae. "If you want directions. Go run down your buddy and tell him to come back. There's plenty of other adults around here. And Im sure some of them actually care."

The small girl yelped and jumped back, holding her mouth and wiggling her tongue. It had lost feeling. "Weh you're thdupid!" she yelled at him, lisping badly around her swollen tongue. She started crying, too. twisted

(Nice try, but crying children do nothing to him)
