Buchanon dropped to the ground, wasted of energy and bleeding. This left only a blinded Jackson, an Erica shade, and a slightly amused Lazerus, who waited patiently in the corner, one last ace up his sleeve.

Vigi looked at Minerva, "What the ******** would you take someone prisoner for? It waste money, resources and the such. I mean yeah, he might come back for vengance later, but why not let him? We quailed him when he had a huge amount of power behind him, if he leads some small rebelions, well it just gives us a reason to live. You would have to put so much time and resources into taking this guy as a prisoner, why not just let him be like, "let me watch the show?". Not only that, but you waste your energy trying to capture him. And the whole still human stuff his bullshit. No person with or without powers thinks of another one at the same level as the others. Weather it is a subconscious notion, or a conscious one, all people hold "Supers" above every non-super. That is why the Union failed, they envied the power that the supers had so they tried to steal it. Now if they had simply asked for it, I am more then sure some supers would have been able to give it willingly. Why not even make it a method of payment? You have to come in like once a day or week and give up some of your energy to fuel the town. Not only would that lessen the amount of energy they have to attack, but it would give Supers a better light. " speaking very fast she paused to take a deep breath, it could be told that Minerva and Aly's comments and actions hit a sore spot within her. " Peoples fears towards them would lessen and they would be like hey they give our homes powers. And yeah there would be some supers that didn't like it, but that is just the jist of the world. Not everybody likes every decision and every kingdom is going to fall so that the new Ideal will rise. But the difficulty of quailing the rebelion or postponing the fall of the kingdom would be easier to achieve then how they went through it now."

After the shock went through his body, Ashura's mind triggered memories of Erica. He remembered what had happened, and snapped back into reality. His head jerked up, and he slashed Typhoon towards her, sending a heavy gust of wind and knocking her backwards. "That's right...you're dead...and it's time to die again."

I don't know about you, but I want answers." "Ok... what the hell kind of logic is that?!" Aly gave Vigi a cold stare. This was annoying. They were supposed to be on the same side, yet Vigi had it in her little brain that Lazarus was some repentant fool that deserved some sort of second chance. Hell, Lazarus wasn't even asking for any such thing. Just looking at him right now, you could tell he was up to something devious, and he was definitely enjoying watching the supers bicker amongst themselves. Aly cursed under her breath. "Capture him or kill him... I say we just try and see where things lead us. I'm all for interrogation, but if he happens to die during attempted capture... oh well."

Vigi looked at Aly and rolled her eyes, although none of them could see it. "Apparently you couldn't come up with a retort on your own so you had to use Minerva's excuse for capturing somebody. And, her point is flawless, interrogation is very much a good reason to take Mr. PE in. But in this situation I still feel it is a wasted effort. One, we don't know the limits of his powers, and if he is indeed plotting something, why don't we cease to act so that what he was plotting is foiled because plots are based off of events in action. I mean what are we gonna ask him? Give us the details of your research so that we may start the process up again and become hypocritical bastards? Wouldn't it be easier to let anything that he has in his feeble little mind to die or get him to simply leave. And my logic is based on the fact that Lazeruth here is going to do what he has said, and leave. Besides, even if he comes back with some sort of rebellion," she shrugs, "It gives us supers some practical purpose. To defend or join him, these battle are the means of our very existence. The engergies of this universe flow around in chaos, the supers and the fights between them that use the energies are the forces created to bring some order and purpose for the access of energies that are apparent into this universe. Our purpose is to destroy and protect something so that the energies or powers that have no purpose, are given an outlet so that they do not bundle and simply destroy existence.

Minerva shook her head, "Knowledge is power, and there's more knowledge in one of these men than you're giving credit for. And I'm not a super, if you were wondering, and I don't particularly care for the practical purpose of a super. If it were up to me, you'd all be monitored, very very carefuly. There's also something called the justice system, and whether you agree with the human ways or not, it's what we live by. You abandon that, you accept chaos."
She turned to Blitz, "Do you have a rope or some handcuffs in that bag of yours? I want to hold onto Jackson here, if not try and take down Lazerus."

Our purpose is to destroy and protect something so that the energies or powers that have no purpose, are given an outlet so that they do not bundle and simply destroy existence. "oh... my... god..." Aly rubbed her temples. She asked herself why on Earth she was arguing with this insane person.
"I said that I'm not against interrogation, but I would rather have him D.E.A.D. Or was that too subtle for you to pick up? And thanks for pointing out the obvious. Yes, we don't know the limits of his power, but everyone has a limit. Yes, we don't know what he's up to or we would have stopped him by now. And as for ceasing action? That's the stupidest thing ever... ceasing action so that his plotting is foiled? If we did that, we'd be sitting ducks and he'd be having the time of his life killing us off with no resistance." Aly continued to stare coldly at Vigi. "And peh-lease... perhaps in your crazy world everyone dreams of using their powers for fulfilling some practical purpose, like serving a maniac like Lazarus, but here on Earth, we supers have other reasons to live for. I'm happy just being able to smell the roses or nap in the shade. You know what? If you're so intent on reserving your 'efforts' instead of taking on Lazarus, then sit back and stay out of the way. The rest of us don't have the same reservations about wasting our efforts since that's the very reason we came all this way for in the first place. If you really want him to get away, then fight for him. Although in that case, you'll just be wasting your efforts defending him, instead of fighting against him. Your 'retort' appears to be both redundant and pointless."

Or do you just hate yourself, and what you've become?" (8 5 1)

Vigi obviously frustrated glared at Minvera, "Yes knowllege is power, but what warp sence of justice do you have if you condem one for aquiring the knowllege you are wishing to steal from him? Yes he was doing cruel things by experimenting on Supers and people alike, but would you simply dismiss the actions to gain the power you envy from Supers? You are giving a false perception of your ideals when you speak of justice and how you mutter things about how the human race is just and imply it is better then those who are "supers" because you have some sense of moral superioriy. But to say you covet the knowllege that you want to kill him because he acquried in essence, makes you worse off then him and a chain of events imply starts Armegedon. And the concept behind watching the super doesn't diminish the fear of them, simply creates it and another like Lazuerth will gain in power and the process will be repeated." simply put she was furious at the contradicting statements that Minerva was making and the lava around her was not motionless, it seemed the angry she got the more intense was its flow.
She looked at Aly and the magma slowed slightly, "You really need to get your head out of a oneside thought process and actualy listen to what I say. Stop making your self look profoundly stupid by putting words in my mouth such as me saying we stand around like sitting ducks. Why don't you go attack one of the other Six and simply not waste my time with your lack of listening or having an open mind. And stop being so rude, I haven't once insult you... And we have been having this conversation right in front of him, if he was a real threat don't you think he would have taken the opportune time to strike? Thus is how I know he will leave when he says he will, he is not a stupid man, as Minerva said, he has lots of knowledge. And he has, by using this knowledge, concluded that after getting assumed a retreat will be his ideal outcome. Now, wouldn't you think that because he has the knowledge to conclude such an outcome, that even if the knowledge is being used for his own purpose, inorder to let that knowledge strive and have some use, we should let him execute it?" she said hoping that Lazeruth was gonna do something more then let Vigs waste her breath. She wonder if he would chirp in, he seemed like he could say a few things on his own behalf. If this argument did not reflect her view on the universe(s) and how the supers purpose was reconstructed, she would have given up and let them attack Lazeruth. But in a way she felt stalling his capture, helped her to defend her beliefs.

Ashura walked up to the shade, his grip clenching around the Typhoon. "You know, I'm not sure." He grinned a little. "Maybe I just hate everyone. I hate myself for being a freak, and I hate everyone else for thinking so." With that, he made a chop at the neck of the shade.
