Ranmaru-Sama I think he was torn between them bothj, un able to decided untill only one was left crying ninja i totally agree with you i bleive cloud was torn between tifa and aris until aris died...and i belived in Advent Children he still had feelings towards aris but also he and tifa were alot closer seeing as they both lost aris. i say this because it is very clear that tifa and aris had a very close sisterly bond. so all and all cloud was indeed in my opion torn in FF7 between tifa and aris.

No i think it's all bull. It's very OBVIOUS that Cloud liked AERITH. He probably was attracted to Tifa BUT, only a little. I think that ever since Aerith was killed by Sephiroth, cloud has closed up and kept to himself a whole lot more than he was before (especially in Advent Children). So common sense would tell you that he liked Aerith.

I would say Tifa, but then again... he did seem to display SOME feelings for Aerith.. so its hard to say.. at the beginning of FFVII, Cloud was just going to leave Tifa and AVALANCHE until he was persuaded to stick around, so I would almost say Aerith, but who wants to like the dead girl, eh?

I'm kinda not into CloRith because I believe Aerith really does love Zack and that she now views Cloud more like a troublesome son instead of a potential lover. But she did like him...once. xp
CloFfie...I hate anyone paired with Yuffie. She should stay single because I think she'd annoy the heck out of Cloud stressed Even though she was the only one who kissed him on the date stressed stressed stressed stressed
and just for fun....
CloSeph: hahaha can anyone say Seph is gonna totally use Cloud?

Tifa. Hands down.
Aerith was only slightly interested in Cloud because of his likeness to Zax. Plus she's dead. Kinda puts a damper on the relationship, ne?
If you think Maiden who Travels the Planet and On the Way to a Smile count towards the proof than its even more likely that he likes Tifa.

i'd have to say it was tifa because thats who its always been but theen you got those ppl who had to consider that it might have been aerith mainly because he started feeling really sad for towards the end of the 1 disk. but sry i gasa say it was tifa if you seen the movie duh!!!! it helps alot. i actually think that the whole time aerith was thinking about someone else hint hint!!!!!!

Amylin I see more evidance supporting there being a romantic relationship between Cloud&Aeris (not Aries). I do think he loved Tifa but in a brother/sister way. i agree

Aeris.... No doubt about it... He loved her/love her.... Why would he else see her many times in Advent Children??
And if he loved Tifa wouldn't he have done something a looooong time ago???
If he didn't love Aeris then why does he want her to forgive him??

aeris!!! look at it this way, cloud and tifa grew up like brother and sister. thats y they is a family. but cloud fell in love with aeris and when she died he never forgave himself and he fell more inlove with her
