So yea, Digital Weapon's Wargear thoughts on it. I was reading my codex over and it caught my eye.

Not terrible against normal enemies. Additional S4 attack at I4, hits on a 4+, and it's not horribly expensive. It's definitely worth it if you're going to be fighting against stuff that's not high toughness.

Is it possible to give your Justicar another Storm Bolter, an Incinerator and a Psycannon?

Why in the name of the throne would you give your Justicar two stormbolters?

You could give him other weapons, but it would towards the special weapon cap in the squad. He can't fire four different weapons a turn anyway.

I dont' know if there's a rule detailing how many weapons a person can have, but I know there's WYSIWYG.

There's no limit unless the codex says so, which the Daemon hunter codex does.

You can either have two 1 handed weapons or one 2 handed and one 1 handed.

Looking at the Dark Angels codex I think you can have a storm bolter, plasma pistol and pair of lightning claws at once if my memory isn't that bad.

Yeah, Dark Angels allowed for that to be done. Lightning Claws were an exchange for the CCW, the Plasma swapped for the Bolt Pistol, and the Storm Bolter was an additional weapon.

But...there's no point in taking two Storm Bolters on a Justicar. For one, he loses the True Grit bonus. Then, you lose both the Strength bonus and the Power Weapon status from his NFW.

I'd give my justicar a psycannon instead along with his nemesis force weapon. wink

Or keep him as he is, he's just a justicar anyways.

Instead of a Psycannon, why not take Psycannon bolts for his gun at 1/3 the cost? You gain the AP bonus (though not the strength bonus) and nearly have enough points left over for another Grey Knight.

True enough. Incinerators are hot electric sex, man. Against stuff like Guard or Eldar, you're ignoring most every save that they'd have available.

Lets ask ourselves, what's cooler? A psycannon boasting out 3 shots or a stormbolter with special ammo?

Also, size matters~ ;D And that's an ork player talkin'! Once you get the chance, make it bigger! Works most of the times for me.

...This is a truth that you speak, Shinobi. I'm just not entirely sure off the top of my head if that exchange is legal. Heh. But...yeah.

Heh. I just got a conversion idea in my head. Grey Knight Grand Master in Terminator armor with a Master Crafted Psycannon and Nemesis Force Weapon.

For the Mastercraft on the Psycannon, have one on each arm. On the Nemesis, give him a Nemesis Sword in each hand.

Do.It.
I'll give you $20 for it....

that'd look... VERY cluttered... And go against the reason of master crafting, master crafted weapons are specially made, what you talk about sounds more like, twin-linking, and master crafted weapons only get ONE re-roll per turn.

I have a grand master with a psycannon, based it on the marneus calegar body, stuffing over the ultra marine U's making them into shields, and used a normal psycannon arm and a nemesis force weapon arm for him, and with the help of a knife and greenstuff I made a normal terminator helmet into a grey knight helmet.

Dude, Shinobi, PICS! That sounds like a conversion of epic proportions.
