After meeting with Wes and Kali on the road, he just nod at his fellow gaidin. They continue on their journey back to the ferry. They reach the shore and the men that is left on the ferry are waiting for them gazing at the new stranger together with them. He hail the captain of the ferry to ready tfor the journey back to Tar valon. The captain bark some orders at his crew and they started to lay down the gangplank to be used as bridge towards the ferry. He moved Jeaden to the side and let the Aes sedai's to enter first. When everyone is aboarded, he looked one more time at the forest behind them before he let Jeaden moves into the ferry. He mounted down from his stallion and walk over to the captain. Markis and the others have gone down to the deck below perhaps to refresh a little. Except for Raz who for some reason is worried of the water sorrounding him.

The captain seems to be worried of something as well and he is looking at Raz. To take off the captains worry for a moment, Hawk walks towards him and carry out orders to cast out for Tar Valon. The captain noded and bark more orders at his crew and the ferry starts moving. He lean on the babord side of the ferry and looked at the sunset. It is such a beauty and he was lost on his thoughts just watching it.

Markis walks around the lower half of the farry, he apears to be deep in thought, talking with the wolves. Images of trollocs running through the woods rush into his mind for another wolf. He stops amilsy walking and looks around for Mercury and walks over to her. He whispers something in her ear so no one else hears it. "I have to go Mercury....I have to help them(refering to the wolves). Trollocs are in the forest. It's a long run, I have to go on my own they wont trust anyone ealse." After saying that he turns around and walks to the upper deck and goes over to the edge and strips off his armor and throws it back onto the shore as the farry slowly moves away. He goes over to Hawk and says. "Take care of her Hawk. I'll be back in a just a few days at the most. Peace favor your sword brother." With that said he jumps over the edge of the ferry and into the water and swims back to the shore and pickly puts his stuff back on and runs off into the forest.

I wonder whats wrong with her? "how...how do you know WIld Rose?" alina asked as they walked inside. "can you talk to wolves also?" Looking about the cabin it seemed to be normal. patting Wild Rose on the head she said to her, you should go back to SPlash, he is worried about you.
I know this already, and yes i will return to him. fare the well Heron. and be catious. there is evil among you.
and with that she was gone. Evil among me? what does that mean? with a mental shrug she pushed that to the back of her mind.

((Ok...um...well...here goes nothing...I'll try to make all of this make sense seeing as I can't be in two places at once...))

Mercury woke sharply as the ferry bumped onto shore. The crew jumped off and began tying it down and Mercury quietly rubbed the last of the sleep out of her eyes; she didn't remember falling asleep or intending to take a nap. As they dismounted from the ferry, she looked up the street where-out of sight-was the bridge which had been destroyed. Not wanting to have to come up with explanations, Mercury signaled to a nearby sister to create a Gateway. The woman gave her an odd look, but complied. Roughly ten minutes later, Mercury had given Aldeib to the stablehands and told the mercenaries to come back in a day to discuss payment.

As she crossed the courtyard, there was some commotion from the training grounds; however, she ignored it. As she made her way up the tower, she heard wisps of something about an audience with the Amyrlin and wondered what was going on. She stopped in the Keeper's Quarters long enough to clean up, put away her weapon, and change into a dress instead of hunting garb before heading into the Amyrlin's study. There was an Accepted at her desk-the one she'd left to take care of the daily tallies while she was gone. The girl looked up and stumbled out of the chair to curtsy.

"Has anything new come?"

"No Keeper. But...I...um.." The girl paused to gulp and Mercury quietly looked at her. "A man came and asked for an audience with the Mother...I let him in and he left fifteen minutes ago..." Mercury gave her a sharp look and the girl stammered out "It was an Asha'man Keeper! Or so he claimed...he mistook me for you and didn't give me a chance to say otherwise..." Mercury let her gaze soften; men of the Black Tower tended to cause trainees to do things they wouldn't otherwise, and it wasn't her fault.

"I see...in that case, you are pardoned. You may go." The girl curtsied and left and Mercury knocked on the Amyrlin's door to deliver the report about the hunt.

((There...it makes sense now...well, I won't have access to a computer for about a month or more so the Keeper will either vanish or if you need her, have to be RPed by you guys. Bye everyone!))

"No, no... Alina dear, do I look like a wolf-sister? As I know, you are one. Snow communicates with them for me, she is truly a.." Liliana paused to catch her breath. "a great friend and familiar.." She beckoned them to sit down while she herself sat. Liliana's face looked young, and she was, but because she was the Keeper of Secrets.. She would have to die young. Her spirit would become encased in the book.. Where she would find the next Keeper.

When they sat, the redhead said softly, "Now, I understand that both you and Dupre have a brought a book? Or is it you would just like me to tell of the future..." Liliana's owl, Snow, twittered from where she was standing. It looked like the owl was sick. A bird that is connected to a human feels the pain the human feels, and dies when the human dies.

***

She heard the coughs emitted by Liliana. Jade also heard the soft breathing of the woman. "Liliana! Are you alright..? What has happened to you?" Jade rushed forward and asked.

***

Liliana waved aside Jade's question. "It is of no worry or problem to you, Jade." A soft smile sparkled on Liliana's face as her eyes looked into Jade's green ones. "The important thing is what I will tell you later.. What I will tell you..after I see the book."

Dupre looks over at the women sitting around at the table, diciding he'd rather stand instead he looks around the room and then back to the women. "I'll be outside if anyone needs me." He walks over to the door and opens it and steps out. He walks over to a fairly large opening and takes his shield off of his back and draws his sword and starts practicing his forms. Flowing from stance to stance methodicly, gradualy building up speed and force.

"oh! the book! well yes its he..."
TWISTED ONES! COMING TO YOU! Wind is on his way. but there are many. a voice yelled in her head.
"Oh my! Splash, he says there are Trollocs coming this way! what...what can we do? Wind...i mean, Markis, is on his way, the wolves tell me...but what must we do?" she fumbles out the book from her bag. "her Liliana, this is the book. it is a book of Dark Prophices and its in Trolloc. we dont know how to read it and we were hoping you could. but it seems now that we are going to ahve a bigger problem on our hands." EMbracing teh source she walks outside and approches DUpre.
"Dupre, there are Trollocs on there way here. Markis is comming, but he might not get here in time."
PostPosted: Wed Jun 01, 2005 5:47 pm

Dupre stops and looks at her. "What? how many....never mind that how much time to we have?" He looks around, still not sensing any dark forces. He holds his sword at his side ready for anything. He holds onto the void and just skims along almost embracing the source. "Markis is comming? Where abouts is he now? Do you know how long it will take him to get here?" Quickly building a plan of attack in his head, making and disreagarding every one as they come to mind.

When the Swordmaster had stopped shouting at the servant and a number of Aes Sedai approached, he looked around and smiled at them.

Well, village girls are one thing, but Aes Sedai!

He grinned despite himself and a faint color filled his cheeks. With the approach, he set about answering questions all around about his age, where he was from, and how he did that--though that he really didn't know himself. For years he had been able to create fire, either in his hands or projecting it. He had become quite adept at it, but kept its high potential secret; not many farmers would take well to the fact that two years ago he accidentally shot a spout of flame a quarter mile away and caused a dozen fields of hay to burn to ashes. Once again he smiled, though this time at the thought of watching the farmers yell at one another for espionage or something of the like. Though all the attention was great, he felt a bit crowded, like he wanted to run and wait for the people to be gone. The notion had not been there at first, but it acted as though it was. It had always been there. It was his prime thought. Open space.

As prime and regal as it called its self, it faded into even more reddening when the Aes Sedai he had saved from a bump on the head tapped his shoulder. His throat caught as her eyes snatched up his, as though she were holding his head, like she had strings going from his to hers. She looked young, though commanding and mature. He had heard that Aes Sedai had such a presence, but he had never seen it before.

"I'm sorry about earlier. Thank you for catching me. I was wondering what your name is though for I missed it earlier."

She spoke like she were the Amyrlin Seat herself, confident and unwavering. He, on the other hand was none too articulate.

"Halfsmead--I mean, Mer--I mean, Nine." He found his voice and spoke as though he were in the presence of the Queen of Andor herself. "It's a pleasure to meet you, Lady Aes Sedai." With a quick glance, and the desire to be rid of the people, he hurriedly spoke. "Do you think we can leave? I mean, I don't want--nor need for that matter--all this attention."

His eyes glinted a yellow flash and he walked briskly from the circle; his movements fluid but hurried. He walked back to the entrance that the yellow-eyed Aes Sedai had took his through and rushed inside.

Upon hearing that there were trollocs, Jade started towards the door leading outside. Suddenly, she was surprised by a restraining hand.

Liliana nodded, embracing the source. She cast about a wave of illusion, one that would cover both smell and sight. She knew that trollocs had a great sense of smell. Liliana was growing feeble by the minute from exerting her energy, but she weaved another weave. One that would bind the book of dark prophecies, so that none would detect its existance. Liliana saw Jade move towards the door and stopped her. "Call Dupre in. Inside we shall be safe. Outside not. If you both stay outside, you will endanger all of us." Then she let go..

Jade hurried outside, calling the guarding Dupre. "Lady Liliana tells us to go in. It appears she has set a spell on the cottage, if we enter, the trollocs will surely miss us." Without listening to any objection, she took his hand and tugged him inside, closing the door quickly and soundlessly.

Gaidin
Wes smiled. This was the Kali that he thought he knew better than anyone, and it was this Kali that made him even more happy than normal, if that was possible. "Wherever the road takes us I suppose. Is there anywhere in particular you wanted to study something?" He replied. This would be fun. There might not be any danger, but that just took the tenseness from the journey, leaving everything else. Asha'man could finally get a decent run even.

No problem, life happens. Have fun biggrin

"Not really...just around. With you generally" She motioned vaugely about with a flippant motion of her hand. She really didn't care and in this case had no idea.

(Sorry took me so long..(

Katerine regarded the boy and quickly followed when he left the group of Aes Sedai. The Greens tried to follow, but Vancelle cut ahead of them and held them up. She crossed her arms and tapped her foot at the Greens.

"Leave the boy alone. Besides, why don't you let another sister mark a man for once?"

The group gumbled at Vancelle, but it was enough to get them to go back to watching the others. Katerine had caught up with Nine and stood in the hall he had disappeared into.

"Slow down. The Green sisters will leave you alone now. By the way, you don't need to call me 'Lady Aes Sedai,' my name is Katerine. You can call me just that."

She saw that she had caught his attention. Kat clasped her hands in front of her as Vancelle neared, but turned away. Seeing Kat's sign, she decided to leave the two alone, besides she had other things to do. Vancelle would just talk to Katerine later in the day. Katerine looked at Nine and took in his build and fluid motion in a quick glance. She gave a little smile and sat down on a bench.

"Come sit down. I would like to know a little more about the man who saved me from quite the bump on the head."

Katerine noticed the hesitation Nine had before sitting, but read the action like a book. It was obvious that he supported Aes Sedai to a certain extent, but was uncomfortable around one alone. She smiled again and turned to face him and spoke in a clear, light voice.

"Where are you from Nine? Your accent sounds Andoran."

Markis continues running as hard as he can through the forest. Getting sick of the tree branches holding him back he drops down on all fours and continues running like that. He sends a mental image and smell to Alina so she knows. Just as a quick introduction with her. He races through the forest, branches cutting up his face, but being so deep in the void he doesn't feel a thing.

Dupre looks back at Jade while she says something he didn't really understand since he was still deep in thought and then looks at her in supprise as she grabs his arm and pulls him inside the cottage and closes the door quietly. He looks around.... "Okay whats goin on? Well I gues we could make our initial stand here against the trollocs but depending on how many there are we may have to fall back into one of the rooms or make a run for it out the back door....Where's the book?"

Liliana's soft voice called to Dupre, "You need not worry. The book is safe, I have warded it against scrying devices. I have also created an illusion. If we stay quiet, they will not discover us. Now shush." Liliana nodded for them to sit.

"Trust her." Was all Jade said, and sat down. Now whispering, she said to Dupre, "We'll just have to wait. Soon this will be over and she will help with the book."
