If your looking for an active weapon, an annoying weapon that would stay loyal to you even after death. Driven by a Creed, but yet is still confused about the concept. Well lets say you may have found a candidate, maybe?

Noel walks forward to a microphon and stares out to the crowd with a blank look on her face. She and her sister both know that they came here to find a weapon. Noel, though, isn't the type of girl who talks much. She is the type of girl who speaks through her actions. This brunette has always been a mysterious girl whom makes it hard for others to know what she's really thinking. Typically, to those around her, she has two sides: her regular and the side you JUST DON'T want to get on. Noel fights similar to her personality.........in a way or two......ish. Noel fights using speed and agility. For her age she is not rather strong or too powerful. To defeat her oponents she usually tries to wear them out or to overwhelm them with her speed. When she usually attacks, however, she uses the momentum from her speed to boost her power. Noel looks around the crowd and yawns in boredom as her sister is called up to present herself.

Abilities:
+Virus Detected: This move allows Noel to change into her Alpha. In her Alpha form she is stronger, faster, etc. There is a set back to her Alpha form though: it over exerts her body. When the Alpha form changes back to her Beta (/regular) form she be more exhausted etc.
+ High Speed: Noel isn't the strongest girl now is she the most powerful but she makes up for it with her speed. Noel is incredibly fast and in order to make good hits she builds up a momentum into her hits to make them more effective.
+Deletion: Noel is usually a calm quiet girl who doesn't say much but when she becomes upset she gets extremely upset. When upset her agility decreases but her strength and power increases a lot.
+ Projector Screen: This ability allows Noel to scan something or someone or even herself and create multiple images of it. This move is very good to use when wanting to confuse an enemy.
+Electrical Surge: This move allows Noel to shoot a blueish glowing beam that electricutes whatever it hits. The further away the target, the higher the voltage.

Matsu walks up onto the stage after her younger sister walks off the stage. The young girl's eyes are full of life and pep. "Kon'nichiwa!" she says happily. "I'm Matsu Heichou. I am 18 years old and am currently in need of a weapon," she says happily. "I hope you don't mind being with me or my sister," she says suddenly changing from perky to shy. "Any weapon will do, I guess. I'll adjust to whatever weapon you happen to be......or....well...I'll try." Matsu looks off the stage and notices her sister getting agitated from boredom...or maybe she isn't.....Who knows. It's hard to tell what Noel is thinking. "Sayonara!" she says with a quick wink before exiting.

+ Infected Email: Using her sexual appeal, this ability makes Matsu's appearance look even more desirable to the target. In order to activate this ability all she needs to do is either plant a kiss or blow a kiss. Whomever the kiss is directed to her appearance will change (to them and them only) to what they desire. This move, if it works, is very affective in distracting an opponent allowing Matsu to land a hit.
+ Resolution Impact: This move allows Matsu to use her aura and change it into a sweet smelling gas. If this gas were to be breathed in it can blur the vision of the opponent or anyone who breathes in the gas/aura. Those who are around Matsu a lot are not effected by this ability.
+Scantron/ Soul preception: This ability allows Matsu see the souls of those around her but unlike the normal Soul Preception she must scan the area. Not literally but when looking at the Soul it comes up like data on the computer.

Klaus Mitchell is a new Staff Weapon looking for a Meister if anyone is available heart
At first glance he comes off as a bit plain and "simple", however he is extremely loyal with a hidden depth to him. Shy at first, he is quick to open up and trust. And even though he's not the brightest crayon in the box, his work ethic more than makes up for any faults he has.

I started Klaus off by the front doors. I wasn't sure where we wanted to start in their meister/weapon relationship, so I took the liberty of starting at the beginning. Hope this is alright heart

While Song is a bit of a jerk sometimes; ultimately he'll do what's needed to be done for the greater good. Be warned; he's quite the challenge.
