Aphrodite Philopannyx Dionysus or Bacchus Aphrodite Philopannyx Hermes the Herald Well then Aphrodite, who do you think stole away Demon? smile You ... wink I know how you get when your bored... Goodness, that wasn't slutty in the least. rolleyes Oh please everyone knows about the sandal incident rolleyes And don't get me started on YOUR maenads. Anyway I stand by my hypothesis, do not forget that he is a god of thievery... And being the god of thievery, doesnt that mean that he KNOWS who did it? Could it be possible that Demon's birth mother is alive and just took him to her nest? Or the fact that Sindavra and Ares found a different griffin that wasnt Demon. Being half lion, griffins have a lot of natural instincts of street cats. Mostly because street cats leave for days on end, and only return to the owners house for any damage from fights, they are also more in-tuned to their natural instincts than domesticated house cats. Or, for male street cats, they might never return because he found a mate. Its very plausible. And being part eagle and what-not, is also a few reasons for leaving because of the mate hypothesis.

Listen, if you're playing the game of Whodunnit, I'd suggest next time putting your suggestion in the actual game thread, okay? Trust me when I tell you guys, it wasn't me. If it was, I'd probably have given him back by now, wouldn't I? I know how to get out of trouble when I steal things - remember those cattle I stole from Apollo? I gave them back eventually and I managed to make it so that I got off scot free. Does this really look like something I'd pull off? Really now, people, I have more finesse than this petty thief. rolleyes

And Hermes, I'd be more inclined to believe you if you didn't root around in my rubbish. What are you doing in there- searching for clues?

Is Hermes smelly? Someone's Touched a Nerve. Secretly Grinning.
P.S.
A thief stole Demon. I still think Hermes took him. A ruse to distract.

Sphingo does have a point, but I don't think Hermes would have gone so far as to call himself 'smelly' in a ransom letter.

Since I didnt know what type of eagle he/she is, then on default, I used a bald eagle. Bald eagles are sexually mature at 4-5 years of age. Female lionesses are mature at 4. Male lions are probably sexually mature before the lioness. So either way, Demon can already be sexually mature and you wouldnt even know. But just nevermind. Well, Hermes, since the hostage taker said you smelled 'funny' to put in a word, then he/she might know you personally. Do you know anyone of those suspects or do you know anyone that has said something about your hygiene since this all started? (I quite francly dont blame em since, you do make frequent trips to the Underworld, its normal if you carry around the scent of Death with you. But you wouldnt notice because its how our bodies adjust, he might stink and we wont believe it cuz we dont smell it. Same case with you.)

Demon is still a chick, Melios, as a griffin's life is considerably more lengthier than a human's. This means that their childhood is slightly longer than that of a human childhood. Normally puberty in humans comes in the early teenage years, in griffins, it comes some time in their late twenties or thirties.
