Ichirou Isamu was the son of two great shinobi. They lived together happily, his father teaching him taijutsu and his mother teaching him the ways of a puppet master before he entered the academy. He became proficient with both his fists and a puppet, as he constantly tried to please both his parents. He enrolled in the academy and became a quick learner and very popular, bringing the mentality of pleasing his parents to the classroom. When he turned twelve, his parents were killed on a mission while trying to protect a small village with no shinobi from a group of powerful mercenaries that the town couldn't pay for a job that the group had been hired for. His father was killed by paper bombs and his mother was stabbed in the back while she was controlling her puppet. The mercenaries hung Isamu's mother's body on a tree with a sword protruding from her chest and her puppet dismantled beneath her feet. All they found of his father was his head band. Learning this changed Isamu for life and protecting others no longer matters to him.

@foxmaster: DENIED. You start out with no abilities other than the 3 basic jutsu as an academy student, and you do not have a taijutsu style yet.
Have you had that custom weapon approved?
@sasuke: DENIED. Your chakra level is LOW unless you are part of a bloodline of a clan.
As far as I know, strength is not a ninja type. Offensive, yes. Strength, no.
Your battle weakness of deep wounds.........yea, deep wounds are a weakness to anybody, so change that to something that makes more sense.
You have a headband style, but no headband location. Why?
You have a weapon name, but what IS the weapon? You cannot list unknown.
You start out with NO JUTSU EXCEPT THE BASIC 3 as an academy student.
@phantom: DENIED. Your chakra level is LOW unless you are part of a bloodline or clan, then it is medium. High chakra levels only go to demons and clan heads.
You start out with one element. You gain your second element at chuunin.
@staples: DENIED. First off, No one in the guild knows what Akatsuki is. In fact, its only being formed right now. You can certainly join akatsuki when the time comes, but you know of akatsuki and make it your goal to join them.
Get that custom puppet submitted and approved, and be very detailed about it.
@saigo: Not necessarily denied, but I have a few questions before I approve it. First off, there are a few of your jutsus that I am questioning. Is Tsuchi/Raikou Doragon projectile supposed to be an elemental combination, as well as some of the other ones like that? In truth, I'm not sure if anyone has ever used element combination jutsus, so I'll talk to lance about it. That, and theres no modifier between jounin and ANBU, your rank is still jounin even if your made an ANBU member.
And as a note to everybody, we are taking out the section in the profile form that says "Chakra Control" (Below chakra color and above chakra level) as this would complicate the chakra system too much. It's never been clearly defined, and we already have a chakra control ninja class.

No its not a problem, just a common misconception. I've seen in a few of the jutsus we have that theres an ANBU modifier, so I see how you would assume ANBU is a higher rank. I'm gonna talk to lance about that too. Dont worry, he'll probably say everythings fine, but I just wanna double check

Okay, I changed the Akatsuki thing to just straight up leaving the village, and I am working on the Custom Puppet thing. Until it gets accepted, maybe he could use a generic puppet? Seeing as how the Custom Rules say that he won't even be able to use the puppet until he's a genin.
