sem walked in the kitchen and explaned to them that she was working there. she grabbed a peace of papaer that had what was on the menu, grabbed some stuff for them and started cooking. it went well for a while untill her cell started ringing oh no not now. she got hte cell and used her shoulder to hold it up and continued cooking. "sem i didnt like you hanging up on me like that earler" "well i was busy like i am now" "well what are you doing" "working now if you'll mind i have orders to fill". she hung up the cell and put it bac kin her pocket.

Rayne walks into the dinning hall, as usual wearing her black trenchcoat, her hair braided back and her sunglasses slipped halfway down her nose. Rayne glances around, then goes over to the lunchline and grabs a tray. Rayne grabs a corndog, a bag of chips, a bananna and a soda, then pays with her ID card before walking over to some tables and sitting down.

Kana walked towards the building, pausing by the front doors as she waited for Kumizu before entering. She turned so her face was to the door and bowed her head slightly. She breathed in and out a few times, trying to calm herself again. Honestly, seeing Mead like that had really scared her, especially when Kumizu announced it could be a seizure of some sort. And she also felt guilty about doing absolutely nothing to help.
Kana closed her eyes a moment longer, shaking her head. Then she looked up, ears perking again as she turned to face him. "Ready to go in?" she asked cheerfully. The only indication she wasn't back to normal was the almost dull look in her eyes. She hoped to fix that soon as well.

Kumizu smiled. The walk hadn't bothered his leg as much as he thought it might. "I'm ready." He stepped over and held the door open for her.
Inside, the room was grand. He stopped himself from running over to the machine. Kumizu pulled out his ID, and glanced at it as he slid it in. No. 108. He hadn't even realized that before. "Um... a hamburger, with everything humanly possible on it... except cheese, french fries, a bag of chips, some potato salad, and... a glass of water." He laughed at the predictability of the last item.
Once he had gotten his food, he waited patiently for Kana. "Where would you like to sit?"
((If only my high school cafeteria was like this -_-))

Rayne glances up as some new people walk in, then goes back to eatting silently, ignoring everybody around her. Her foster mother had said to make friends.... but well.... she wasn't here now was she?

Kana smiled and followed after him, staring around in amazement. She'd never seen a school dining hall as extravagent as this one. She blinked as she watched Kumizu get his food, then immitated his actions so she wouldn't make a mistake. She fished around in her pockets for a couple minutes before finally pulling out her card, face flushed red in embarassment at how long it took.
Then she stepped up to the machine and slid her card as well. She paused a moment, trying to think of what to get. But the choices seemed endless so she had no clue. "A-a cheeseburger, plain, with just cheese." she stopped for a moment and then added with a sudden grin. "And a sunkist!"
She retrieved her food and then walked over to Kumizu before glancing around the room again. Her eyes fell upon the table closet to them that was still empty and she nodded towards it, hands full. "How about there?" she asked as she started towards it, then paused to make sure it was ok.
Kana blinked as she saw a girl glance over at them and she took a risk of balancing her tray on one hand long enough to wave cheerfully at her. Then she tilted her head curiously as the girl looked away, ears drooping very slightly, but then shrugged it off and readjusted the hold on her tray.

"Looks good to me." They sat down and he couldn't help himself. He took three bites of his burger before swallowing, and in the middle of pouring the bag of chips down his throat, he realized what he was doing. He calmly set down the bag, chewed and swallowed, and dapped his mouth with a napkin. "... It's been awhile since I've had a full meal." He took a drink of water.

((Our school food= weapons that when thrown can dent cement. XD))
Rayne looks surprised as the girl waves to her, then nods after a moment in return. Waving was just too happy, but for some reason she couldn't forget that annoying letter her mother had sent. After a moment RAyne silently goes back to eating.

Mead walked in, and saw Kana an Kumizu sitting down, and he looked over at them, and saw Kumizu eating his food, so he quickly walked over to get his food. He swiped his ID card, and ordered a chocolate milkshake, a hamburger, with everything on it, and a bag of all dressed chips. He then walked over with his food to where they were sitting, and sat down with them, and said to Kumizu "Eating fast enough?" he then asked, not hearing his last statement.

Kana bit her tongue in an attempt to keep from laughing, but her eyes shown with mirth once again as she watched him eat. She tilted her head as he spoke, then grinned and replied. "I haven't either," she admitted with a small laugh, one she was unable to keep back. It was even funnier to her that he'd suddenly attempted to calm down, and even applied the use of a napkin as well.
She picked up her burger as well and took a bite, staring for a moment at the strange bite mark she left because of her fangs. Then she laughed quietly, and glanced at the other girl out of the corner of her eye again. She saw her look of surprise and her ears drooped very slightly again. I must... be annoying, she thought, and then glanced at Kumizu for a moment, wondering if he found her annoying as well. But she wasn't gonig to ask. That'd be an awkward question to ask someone.
Instead she turned back to her food and took another bite, blinking as Mead approached again. "Hello!" she said cheerfully, but again managed to stop herself from asking what he'd gone to do.

Kumizu had actually he expected her to laugh, but could tell from her eyes that she was holding it in. He jumped at the sound of Mead's voice, and coolly replied, "No, I can eat faster. Come on, pull up a chair."
He turned back to Kana and noticed her food. It's the first time he realized she had fangs. He kicked himself, between the tail and ears it should have been obvious. He looked at the girl sitting at the other table. She seemed so alone in here...
He took another chip and ate it.

"Alright." He had said to Kumizu. he didn't beleive him, but he didn't really care either. He also looked to Kana, noticing she wasn't being her normal self. "You alright Kana?" he then asked, worried for her, thinking there might be something wrong with her "You are acting different then normal." he then said, stating the obvious.

Rayne then notices the guy glance at her halfway through her meal, then glances around. She was indeed the only person sitting alone in this entire place... Rayne glances over at the group again. Do try to be nice Robin. It wouldn't kill you you know. She had burned the letter, and yet those words kept nagging her... But, still, she was a stranger to everybody in here. Her walking over and just sitting down... well it just didn't happen. Her being nice didn't even happen. Rayne didn't know what to do, which just made her surely again. Rayne scowls slightly and starts eating again.

Kana fell silent as she ate, partly because she was thinking and partly because she didn't want to accidentally spray food on anyone. A smile spread across her face at the thought, and remained there for a while after. She recalled a time with her mother when she'd made her laugh and Kana ended up almost choking on her food. Her tail wound gently around the chair she sat upon as she lost herself in thought.
She jumped slightly as Mead spoke to her, eyes slightly wide as she blinked a couple times. "U-um, I am?" she asked uneasily and then shook her head, grinning again. "Nope! I'm fine. Please don't worry about me."
Kana turned her attention back to the other girl, tilting her head slightly. "Hey, would you like to sit with us?" she called cheerfully.

((Crap, and now is the moment I have to go. sweatdrop )) Rayne was now rather confused at her emotions, and for many seconds didn't even hear the girl talk to her. Rayne glances up, then shakes her head. "Nah, just finished." She said, displaying a clean plate and then getting up and leaving. Demons do not need friends. She thinks as she gets up and walks out.
