Isn't is choice and additude what makes him human? Sometimes you like it, sometimes you hate it, but the change is always there even in heros.

SU Blue i hate how no Iron man was the same. In one series, he's a nice guy. In another he's a spoiled jerk. In one series he respects women. In another, they're just cheap entertainment. In one series, he is all about the money. In another, he could care less about his wealth. When does it end? Well, that's with a lot of comic book characters. Different writers view him differently. Even Batman wasn't always the way he was. He was just a detective who wore a bat suit. He became "The Dark Knight" later on. But even if that weren't the case, people don't stay the same way all the time in their life time. They grow, get different views on life, and change. Iron Man is no different.

SU Blue (hey, are we allowed to have two kakugane?) I thought that was covered in the rules. Since it's not, I'll state it like this. We prefer you stay with only one kakugane throughout the whole RP, but once you get to second or first rank, then sure. I wanna make it first, but I don't know. Seeing as how you found that kakugane in the homunculi base, your character won't be able to use it until he ranks up. It'll be inactive until then. Just another piece of metal.

Only high ranks do collect a second. This is pretty set down in the show. Captian Bravo had a second one, but he was a First Class. So, it is not very common considering the amount of them.
