The Commissar had now patched up most of the damages he went through with his fight against Spiderman. If only Commissar had his weapons from before, Spiderman would have been an easier to take opponent. From what Commissar viewed of the battle, Spiderman and Iron Man were fighting the Symbiotes Hybrid and Carnage as well as the Scarecrow. Commissar had known for a long time about the amount of Symbiotes his own wanted to destroy; yes, the pink goo in the chassis of the Commissar was in fact a Symbiote. Before Commissar was what he was today, the Commissar use to be known as Terror during his days with no robotic body. In order to stay alive, the Commissar forced the symbiote to keep him as a host by containing it in a chamber connected to his brain, allowing the Commissar to live without organs. As long as the Symbiote is fed and the Commissar promises to kill all the other Symbiotes, the balance remains.
Unfortunately, the Commissar had none of his previous weapons to combat Hybrid or Carnage by himself and he was not risking the events that could happen if he released his Symbiote; he would need to work with the heroes in order to have a chance. The situation wasn't prime for an attack though; the optics on the Commissar’s robotic head was damaged and his depth perception was absent due to this. If he was going to strike, the Commissar needed a moment of opportunity where depth perception was not required. Once Hybrid and Carnage were dead, Venom and Chaos were next on the hit list. Though Spiderman had too much of a soft spot to kill even those who wanted him dead, so maybe the Commissar would have to be the one to finish them once and for all if Spiderman couldn't bring himself to end the madness.

The sonic blast hit Carnage hard. He screamed for a moment, then fell silent as he blacked out for a brief moment, falling to the ground. Waking up, he slowly got back to his feet.
Hybrid, instead of turning around, used his symbiote to effectively melt and reform facing the other way, lauching a new symbiote line afterwards. This line took him directly into Iron Man's blindside, striking just after he fired on Carnage, his axe hand aiming for the sonic gun. "THERE!"

Tony didn't have time to charge the cannon; he didn't even have time to get his repulser rays up. Instead, he brought his forearm up in a block that effectively diverted the attack... from the cannon. Instead, the axe buried itself in the metal that covered his upper arm and shoulder. The axe was sharp enough that it actually managed to slip down deep into muscle tissue despite the armor. Gritting his teeth against the pain, he brought the cannon up under his own arm so that it was pointing directly at Hybrid's face. "There," he replied, and then he fired.

"AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAARRRRRRRRRRHHH..." The blast, at such close proximity, knocked him out cold after a moment of extreme pain, his body falling to the earth.
Carnage was too unsteady on his feet from the previous attack to do much just yet. All he did was watch.

[ENTER from Warehouses In San Francisco]
As War Machine flew in, he suddenly heard a soft beep signifying a familiar signature. "Tony?" he murmured in disbelief, just moments before he saw his red and gold ally. What was...oh jeez. Symbiotes. War Machine leveled twin repulsor cannons on Carnage. "Tony! I'm here to help! Say the word, and I'll blast this guy."

Tony felt a rush of relief at the familiar voice. The proximity signal had probably been going off for a while, but he'd been too preoccupied to notice it. "Um... 'The word', Rhody," he said tightly, reaching over with his free hand and yanking the axe out of his shoulder. It hurt. "AAGggh!" He took several deep breaths, letting the pain slowly subside to a manageable level. "Okay... Spidey, how're you holding up?"

Whirrwhirrwhirrclick. "Bye bye now," War Machine called to the dazed Carnage, before opening fire with his repulsor cannons. For good measure, he fired off a few rocket pods, then decided to keep his weapons charged in case Carnage survived. With symbiotes, better safe than sorry.

Reaper grinned a bit as the girl fell into his hole. He turned his attention towards the others a moment, then paused and glanced away. Towards the other city. He grimmaced a bit and turned back to them. "Seems recess really is almost over. We'll have to wrap this up then." he said in a dissapointed tone.
The Reapers all sent their shadows towards the Spider and the others. Shadow grunted, trying to mentally keep the shadows at bay, with partial success. They were still moving towards them, but not nearly as fast as they should.
The Reaper who had been waiting near the heros and symbiotes emerged from an alley and glared down the street towards Gotham. He growled and turned back towards the group. Another cyborg. These other 'blood' beings weren't doing very well for themselves. Well, helping wasn't being out of line, now was it? With that he sent his shadow across the ground, and again pulled it from the ground like a growing cloud of darkness. He wouldn't attack anyone unless they found him of course. But if the creatures escaped, he may be able to use them. If they were killed...well he'd have a corpse to rip appart since the original was still in a mood. With any luck some of the 'blood' would survive and he could play with it.

Spider-man shook his head against the gas. He could feel it begining to take effect, could feel paranoia setting in, he felt a weird uneasiness in his stomach that he hadn't felt since his earliest days webslinging... lacking in experience, confidence, training, how could he hope to keep up with hardened criminals? How did you deal with it when you were a kid? he asked himself, C'mon Peter, quip, let your spidersense take care of the fight and focus on the banter...
He noticed that Scarecrow had set the bombs down. Perfect. "I think you'd do great as a flying monkey!" Spider-man said as he completely covered the gas grenades with web fluid to prevent the remaining gas from seeping out."I mean, who else could get "dumb as a post" down so well without even having to rehearse?" As Scarecrow drew his scythe, he threw out "Another scythe? Doesn't anyone live in the 21st century here? They have these marvelous inventions called 'Motorized wheat threshers'." Peter realized that Scarecrow's tactics weren't all that dissimilar to his own; use your opponent's emotional weaknesses against them to keep them off balance, dance around to frustrate them, and them (presumably) smack them when they get sloppy. Unfourtunately, Spider-man didn't know if he could find and exploit the weaknesses of this guy's derranged mind in time to use them.
Then again, maybe those black shadows rushing at him would afford him an oppourtunity to exploit a weakness of a different nature... Spider-man leapt straight between the oncomming two shadows. Attatching two web lines to opposite sides of the car Scarecrow had alighted on, Peter yanked the car up into the air, hoping to off-balance scarecrow (and collide with him mid-air) while the car sailed under him and Scarecrow to smash the whatever-they-were that had just blown out of the shadows and tripped his spidersense. He heard Tony ask how he was holding up. "Again, Tony, great question, no wonder you're one of the great scientific minds of our time."

Daredevil quickly took hold of Psycho Pirate and lept past the circle of Reapers onto another rooftop. Without a heartbeat, breathing, or any real sign of life, it was going to be very hard for him to fight these things. He'd have to hope Canary could get the girl and get past the group. Then he'd have to go back for Fisk and the woman. Taking the moment, he could sence that there was quite a bit of commotion going on by Spider-Man, though it seemed like he had enough help. //sorry, writers block//

Rosie stopped in her tracks as the Reapers moved their shadows towards them again. She was starting to feel fear creep up on her again. She didn't want to dissapear like her other copy had...

"Dumb as a post? No I'm not! This from a man who uses a web shot?"
Scarecrow lost his balance for a moment and was tossed by what Spiderman did with the cars. Originally, Scarecrow said he would be a great flying monkey for a whole other reason; flying monkies were quite scary if he remembered the Wizard of Oz story correctly. Scarecrow followed Spiderman as soon as he regained balance and avoid the cars. With a back flip and a forward roll, Scarecrow jumped up from the move like a Jack-in-the-box to continue his assault one Spiderman.
"Where do you think you're going? Don't you know I have something for throwing?"
Scarecrow reached into his small pack and what he tossed out of it was not the Fear Grenades from before, but rather another trick he developed. Scarecrow could never find out the fears of a person if they had a secret identity, so Scarecrow was always trying to find out who a person truly was and then exploit that knowledge to recreate that person's worst fears to an extent that it almost seemed like an art form. Instead to tossing a grenade, Scarecrow revealed a small gray ball and tossed it at the ground, creating smoke in a large cloud around him. Scarecrow used this device to hinder the senses of his foe, though he guessed it wouldn't work on Spiderman due to his sensing abilities. Scarecrow only needed to get close to him and spray him with another dose of Fear Toxin to truly start the illusions and cause everything for Spiderman to see to be a living nightmare.

Suddenly, the fact that Tony had been existing on 30 minutes of sleep-- at most-- per night for the last week seemed to catch up with him, like the arm wound had been some kind of catalyst for his exhaustion. But he couldn't go... Especially not after Spider-man's comment. "Oh, I'm sorry; I was a little too busy with the monsters that were trying to kill you to pay attention to you for a minute. Please forgive me," he said testily. With that, he followed up Brody's attacks on Carnage with yet another cannon blast. Once he was done with him, he could focus on Scarecrow, but not before; as long as Carnage was conscious, he was a threat.

Spider-man rolled his eyes and twisted over the car and dived feet-first into smoke, (intending to catch Scarecrow with the double kick) using his spidersense to determine Scarecrow's rough location. "Oooh! Hide and seek! I love this game" He said, the fear toxin begining to clear from the area now that he had shut off the grenades.

A Reaper quickly formed beside the little red head girl and smiled down at her. He had no intention of harming the girl, but he could use her. Either for Shadow or Sapphire, since she had such a soft spot for children and all. He started to reach down for her, but suddenly felt something big latch onto the back of his neck and suddenly jerked him from his feet. He had only seconds to see the larg man in the white suit before he was launched from the roof and over the side of the building.
Fisk watched the thing fly over the side of the building and towards the ground. He glanced back over at the other Reapers with a clearly annoyed expression. There wasn't much he could do to get away up here, and to be honest he was in a great need to relieve his frustrations.
The Reaper on the ground with the others felt the vehicle smash into him and shattered over the ground. He reformed himself and glared out at the others. Fine, forget that. He'd just make his shadow large enough and tall enough that it blanketed most of the street like a thick fog. See how they liked fighting each other blind.
