((Guys, it's me Princess Zelda. My last account Princess Zelda21 got hacked again, so this is my alternate one for now. I feel horrible, I just don't like starting over... *sobs* crying ))

Selene sat in her chair staring at Pyralis for awhile, until he decided to think something. (Something is one your mind, Selene. Either that or you are feasting your eyes on my glorious looks.) Selene let out a chuckle. (Whatever makes you sleep at night.) (Speaking of sleeping and night, don't you think it would be best if you went to bed a bit early today? After all, you did just get back from our visit into the forest.) (I can blame you for that!) (My apologies. You know me and fish.) Selene yawned, she was indeed tired. (I suppose I should call it a night...) (Yes. I recommend you train tomorrow for that battle.)

You'll never expect what you can't see...
Dark continued to stare. Feeling as if he was a child once more, he started identifying with the shapes of the fluffy masses floating above. His mind began to drift. Thoughts of his father - a well-rounded warrior, defender of those in need; not exactly one with the greatest of consciences with the occasional thefts and bringing pain to others, but he stole for his family and only hurt to protect; in some strange manner, an overall good man. - of elves - the cursed creatures that brought an end to the caring man Dark looked up to. Dark's blank expression quickly turned to a frown as he continue to stare into the heavens... - of his life as an assassin - the killings of many innocents, profits gained by actions against others. Yet this life was all he knew - all he knows. But then, fresher thoughts came to mind. Meeting Siom, Adeva, and several of the other contestants - a seemingly brighter world filled with a mix of races. The harsh look on his face slowly eased. 'One of the reasons I came to the arena was to kill elves in combat. Yet, I made a promise with Siom to avoid this action. It... isn't the answer... it won't solve the problem.' His eyebrows again scrunched as he softly whispered to himself, "Then what am I supposed to do!?"
Siom was stumped by her question. He stared up, placing a hand on his chin. "You know, I'm not sure. I don't think I ever counted for myself." He paused for a moment, struggling to remember. "It may have been different each year."
...then, one day, it'll bite ya

((@Princess Zelda- What would you like? Something around 10k, because I am on a bit of a budget. XD))
Selene meandered lazily outside. She yawned and managed to catch some of Dark's thoughts. She stared at him. "That man is a puzzle, Pyralis. Yet, I know so much." he mumbled to her rooster friend as he transformed into a dragon. (Well, many people are. I wouldn't pay too much attention to him, he might just be confused.) "I suppose." she yawned once more and began walking to the dorms. Although she knew so much about Dark, it still irritated her that he had to be so rude. Selene had a similar hatred for dwarves but she still treated them with respect. It was just her elven etiquetteness. Yet, she would kill one in a heart beat if one dared to cross her.

I HATE YOU WITH A PASSION Roy was surprised to see her go though his fireball like she did. It was rare to find someone of her calibur, considering most of Roy's opponents have been either crushed and broken or burnt to a crisp. Roy was still defensive and would use her own sword against her. The blades would lock as Roy used his tail that held her sword to combat the sword she still kept in her hand until they locked together. ((Reposting))

((posting! sorry for the wait!....again! I've been busy with school and part time job applications!))
Shin-lu just charged forth and locked sword with roy, the flames dispersing as the blades met. As the blades were locked, Shin-lu tried to push foward and get closer as she reached for her quiver and took out an arrow that wasn't yet burned. She reached past the blades to stab to Roy. "Half-bee style: Serial Stinging!" She began to piston her arm back and forth, trying to rapidly stab Roy's chest, hoping she was close enough by now.

The blades locked and Roy would see his opponent reach back to grab an arrow and then thrust it forward to stab him in the chest. However, unlike her Roy had the ability to use BOTH of his arms while his tail held the sword that was locked with her sword. As the arrow went forward, Roy's arm rushed up to block it using the outer forearm which indeed had scales that acted like armor. The arrow would pierce through the thinner layer of scales on his arm and cut into Roy's shin, not enough to do serious damage but he did have blood showing now. The other arm wouldn't wait for the arrow however, since both Shin's arms were busy and she was so close, Roy launched a powerful punch directly at Shin's chest, if this connected it would knock the wind out of her.
The raw strength behind that punch was incredible, and it would leave one hell of a bruising. Roy's other arm would push towards the arrow to have the arrow go deeper into the arm so there was no way of pulling it out in time before his arm would violently swing away, breaking the arrow. The head of the arrow was still in Roy's arm, but the other half was in Shin's hands. The arm with half an arrow in it, would then come back and attempt to knock into Shin's head, this would hurt alot. To add to all of this, after all of that, Roy's tail would swing away from Shin, if she was hit at all it would help with Roy's Tail swinging away because their swords were locked, she would have to let go of his blade or she would be swung by Roy's tail with the blades still connected. Roy's tail would finally slam on the ground, so if she went flying with her blade instead of letting go she would hit the ground hard.

Adeva sighed softly as Par'il spoke to her. Her eyes slightly narrowed, making it look like her eyes were fighting back tears. 'No more crying... It's time to toughen up... Time to be like Par'il and Dark... Like Roy and Graff... I have to be strong...' She thought as she slowly sat up then slipped out of the bed. Without a word, she went towards the door. She opened it but didn't leave yet. She stood there quietly staring at the ground. "In this world... Of violence and hate... There is no room for care... There is no room for kindness... There is no room for love... And I have been nothing but a fool... For hoping there could be some sort of light... For hoping there could be room for the love... The kindness... And the caring... But there isn't... I realise this now..." She said aloud. Something was off about her tone. It seemed darker. She paused for a bit and slowly looked over her shoulder at him, tears running down her face though her expression was stern and solid. "Thank you for teaching me this..." She said in a cold, dark tone before walking out of the room, closing the door behind her. She left the long house and wandered off into the forest, undoing her scarf and letting it drop to the dirt. Next was her snowy white jacket, letting it fall to the ground. Her hair went back and her body became encased in blue tattoos and she wore strange leather clothes. With an angered expression and tears streaming down her face, Adeva disappeared into the forest.
