After feeding Dratini, Ren gets up and stretches.
"That was a good break, are you ready to hit the road again?" asks Ren.
As Dratini nods its head, there was a rustle in the bushes.
"Wh-what's that?" says Ren weakly.
A pokemon jumped out of the bushes and looks at Ren and Dratini. It was small, purple, and had large fangs.
"Those look dangerous," says Ren, and with that she pulls out her Pokedex.
"Rattata, the mouse pokemon. It bites anything when it attacks. Small and very quick, it is a common sight in many places." says the Pokedex.
"I was right!" cries Ren. As she starts to run, she stops and a thought comes in her mind.
'This isn't right, if I were to become a good trainer, I need to start battling.' thinks Ren.
She turns around and says, "Ok Dratini, this will be our first battle. I need you to battle that Rattata."
Dratini acknoledged this and jumps in front of Ren.

((I have an idea, I'll run with it, just stick around Route 1 for a while smile ))
Kasiya pointed west, past the Vermilion Gym. "There are lush fields and many trainers over that way, plus many Pokemon for us to capture." She went to take a step when suddenly her PokeNave ((assuming we have something like that?)) rang. It was her mother, telling her to come home right now!
"Uh, I'd really like to go with you guys, but I've got to go! My mom needs me at home for some odd reason!"
Kasiya bid farewell to her new friends, registered their numbers in her PokeNav and ran off in the direction of her house. Her mother was waiting for her on the front porch, holding what looked like an envelope in her hands. It was a letter from Professor Oak in Pallet Town, requesting her presence! With her mother's permission, Kasiya soon boarded the train for Pallet Town, unsure of why she was even going....

Ren's first battle with a Rattata. She thens says, "Wait, what attacks does my Dratini know!?"
She pulls out her pokedex and looks up her Dratini. The attacks listed were Wrap and Leer.
"Ok then, Dratini use Leer!"
Dratini used Leer and the Rattata looked a bit dazed.
"Now use Wrap!"
Dratini used Wrap on the Rattata. It struggled for awhile and got loose. It then ran off.
"Hooray! We beat that Rattata!" cried Ren. She and Dratini danced around in victory.

Taking a step off the ship to Kanto, Mike's heart raced with anticipation. He looked down at his Charmander, also brimming with energy.
"Wow Charmander, I can't beleive that mom let us go to Kanto all by ourselves!"
Looking proud, him and his Pokemon merrily raced off of the boat.
"Wow...Vermillion City."
Mike looked around the city, his Charmander mimicing his actions.

Kasiya had to make a mad dash to get on the train before it left. Luckily someone saw her and they held up for a few more seconds before leaving. Kasiya collapsed into the first seat she found, breathing heavily. The train lurched forwards, and she breathed a sigh of relief. She felt kind of bad for having to put Eevee in its Pokeball, but it was the easiest way to do things. Before she knew what was happening, Kasiya dozed off on the train and awoke to the sound of the horn blaring.

when edgardo finish talking with maxie about theri plans about catching the legendary pokemon groundon they decide to take differnt paths and collect information about how to get groundon.then when they have gotten enought information they would meet again in the team magma hideout so they could discous about the information collected

Noticing the girl sprinting past him, Mike quickly moved out of the way, losing his balance, he tripped over a rock and fell on his bottom.
"Ack! Sheesh Charmander, people can be really rude sometime."

"Wait!" Mitsu shouted. Clearly it wasn't going to work. She sprinited behind her, but just missed the train as it departed. She took a deep breath in and sighed.
Thud!
Hearing the sound which was clearly the sound of someone falling over she looked over at him. She stuck a hand out waiting to help the boy up.
Ken looked away. Out of jealousy perhaps?

"Eevee!" Kilik called, running after his small Pokemon. His coat trailed behind him. The fox Pokemon made a cute sound. The trainer stopped, took a breath and laughed. With a squeal of delight, Eevee jumped into his arms.
"Whee-vee," it cooed. Kilik scratched its nose.
"Don't run away like that. We need to rest. We're leaving for Rustboro tomorrow, okay?" Kilik stroked the Pokemon once before heading back to his house.

"Chick. Torchic." the little fire-bird chirped, trotting alongside her trainer.
"We're heading west, okay? I really want to get out of Lavaridge Town, and that way we can maybe find some more pokemon. Oh, I really want another pokemon...a cute one..." the young trainer sighed dreamily.
"Torchic." the Torchic twittered, somewhat annoyed.
"I like you, too. And of course you're cute. But a Swablu or an Oddish or something cute like that would really be great. Plus, in a double battle, it'd look so adorable for two cute pokemon to be beating the crap out of the other pokemon." Cat stooped down to pick up her Torchic, setting her on her shoulder.
"Chic!" the little birdie replied happily, nodding.
