He shrugged, and blinked, bemused as Copper sat down. That was a habit Pallaton had had for a long time, it was kind of funny to see someone-- not related to him-- doing it aswell. He got up, however.
"Well, I have to look for my son. Hard to keep track of such a large family. " He nodded. "I suggest wait a while longer, then go see her. " He nodded, then turned to trot off towards the forest; Sunflash would probably be somewhere with trees. Easier to hide in.

((I guess in this RP. I'm too lazy to start another. x3))
"Alright. It was...nice meeting you." Copper said as Palla walked off. He did what he was told and continued to wait. But he hoped Kasi didn't think he'd forgotten about her. He figured it'd take a while for him to get to the pond so he began walking, hoping she'd forgive him. The bushes and trees pulled at his mane and the flies buzzed after him annoyingly and he was about ready to yell out loud. But he finally reached the pond. He saw her off in the distance and decided to wait just a little longer.

The mare was inside the water when Copper had got her in view, paddling quickly and shaking her fur and mane, sometimes diving-- albeit a bit awkwardly-- dislodging the mud from her fur, and soothing her heated up skin.
After a while, she got out of the water, and shok out her fur, wich prickled a bit, but lowered quickly. She lifted her head, looking in the direction she'd come from; she could kind-of see the forest, more to the left, and she srt of made out a tiny palomino-colored blot vanishing among the trees, and sighed.
She hadn't seen him in a while. And now that she had, it was under terrible circumstances, and she'd had to cut the meeting short! It just wasn't that great a feeling. She hopped on her good hooves a bit, then sat down under the shade of a tree, right now forgetting a bit about the fire. She raied her head to see Copper, snorted a bit irritatedly, and moved to the other side of the tree, wich was actually a rather pleasent position, because now she was facing the water.

He nodded in acceptance and sat where he was. She was still angry with him, so he'd back off. Even if the flies and burns and mud were annoying him, he'd stay where he was. He sang to himself to distract from the horrible pains and watched white puffy clouds move slowly across the sky. If only Kasi was with him and was not angry. Hopefully he'd make that all better in a minute or so.
