That's what the ANN site says. Though they've been wrong before--they listed Steven Blum as Kakashi originally, who he totally does not play.

FUNimation announced the voices of two characters. Unfortunately, they are the voices of minor characters: Eric Vale as Toru Suzushima and Carrie Savage as Momoka Kurakano. Too bad--I was really hoping for Eric Vale as Kyoya.

Calica FUNimation announced the voices of two characters. Unfortunately, they are the voices of minor characters: Eric Vale as Toru Suzushima and Carrie Savage as Momoka Kurakano. Too bad--I was really hoping for Eric Vale as Kyoya. Me too. Geez this is going to be a long process of elimination.
