Name: Fūton: Rasenshuriken literally "Wind Release: Spiraling Shuriken"
Type: S-rank
Description:A variation on the Wind Release: Rasengan, this jutsu reshapes the wind chakra used in the technique into a large, four-pointed shuriken. The sphere in the center remains intact. Additionally, despite its shape, it can't be thrown like a shuriken. It has to be used against the opponent at point-blank range to work. If used successfully, however, it traps its victim in a swirling dome of wind chakra that attacks the victim with blades so minuscule that they hit at the cellular level and sever the chakra and nerve channels, making it more like poison. It seems to be a dangerous jutsu for the user for the user gets limited amount of cellular damage in addition to multiple breaks; repeated use could render him or her unable to use chakra altogether

Not an idea but more information about some concepts.

Sannin is not actually a rank - it is a title. Jiraiya, Tsunade, and Orochimaru as a group are called "The Legendary Three Ninja" or "Densetsu no Sannin." Densetsu means legendary, no is a Japanese grammar device, and sannin means three ninja. So "sannin" cannot actually be considered a rank as genin, chuunin, and jounin (low, middle, and high ninjas) are. (I mean, your rank is "three ninja" and what does that mean?)

(And no, don't say "You have the strength of three ninja"?)

(And BTW, don't say "Three Sannin" because you would be saying "three three ninja." XD)

The corresponding rank to the Sannin is S-class, which is a ninja class comprised of all ninja with skills exceptionally above what is considered jounin level. However, the rank of S-class ninja would still be officially jounin, since there's no actual, definite rank above it. S-class ninja are recognized by observation of their skill by officials such as the kages. All Akatsuki are S-class ninjas (in the actual manga/anime). Kages are usually S-class.

And about the Kages: The kage is simply the best shinobi in the country/village at the time of his induction into office. Yes, a kage can be just a jounin if there are no S-class ninja in the country/village (I assume that the population count excludes missing-nin). And younger ninja may surpass a kage as he ages. Also, there are only five kages - Tsuchikage, Mizukage, Hokage, Kazekage, and Raikage. The leaders of other shinobi villages can call themselves a kage, but they will not be recognized as a true kage.

Of course, as far as outfits go, ninjas can wear whatever they want. smile

In addition to the rank of jounin, there are specialized jounin called "tokebetsu jounin," who work in a specialized field. Examples would be Mitarashi Anko and Hayate Gekko as examiners, and Morino Ibiki as an interrogator. There are also cooking-nin and courier-nin (who only appeared in fillers - and cooking-nins were a bad idea, really).

And how 'bout training using shadow clones (like Naruto did) and undergoing apprenticeships (like Team 7 did under the Sannin)?

well, what i meant by training with shadow clones is that in Shippuuden, Naruto trains by using his shadow clones to create his own jutsu. Basically, whatever experience a shadow clone gains is transferred to the maker of the clone (and apparently, other shadow clones). This means it takes less time to train, since you gain experience faster.

yes yes i kno all that but for purpose of the guild were doin it this way. and the sannin is just as strong as like jaria or orochimaru or tsunade... just above the 3rd hokages str. and yes you can but must have a demon and a special jonnin kage or sanni nto show you it. nnow the cantracts are told about in the sub forum guild store. and yes you can get apprenticed by someone hire

Please have all jutsu on one list for each rank of jutsu as a sticky in order to make them easiter to find. Meaning: one sticky thread for D-ranks, one for C-ranks, etc.

I don't know if this happens in the other villages, but currently in Mist we have like, 3 lists of A-ranks that are lost among other RP threads, not to mention the other jutsu lists are pretty much the same way. It'd be nicer if they were all in one place, and if new jutsu are created, than EDIT the list, not make a new one please (although I am aware that some members are just members and don't have that privilege - how to solve this problem?).
