Domine Noctu
Domine Noctu are an elite race, the highest and most powerful form of the vampire species. Set apart from the rest, most Domine in general are much more powerful than regular Vampires. They come from a direct, and very discreet bloodline, straight from the lines of Nosferatu. Domine Noctu as a whole, appear to have darker skin, not being pale as Vampires usually are. They tend to look like humans in most aspects, although they often can have oddly coloured hair or eyes. As they are the cousins of Vampires, they share many similarities, but these cousins were not cursed with the vulnerability to Holy items such as crosses or Holy Water, but they do have a great aversion to garlic, preferring not to eat, although they can. The things they extremely dislike, however, are mirrors, as they cast no reflection whatsoever. They would appear to be non-existant, as they do not leave shadows, or a trace of anything, indicating their existence, except for the fact that they can actually be seen. When it comes to humans, and many animals, they are nearly invisible to the eye, and do not show up on recording devices such as video cameras, heat sensing cameras, or photo cameras. Being Vampyres, they have no need for anything that may be needed to sustain life otherwise. They do not need water, air, food, or really anything, the only thing needed to sustain them is blood. As they do not need air, they can be underwater forever, as they do not need to breathe.

Certain Domine Noctu have existed for up to thousands of years. In this time, they have grown accustomed to many skills, and honed them to an extremely fine point. Many of these have even mastered the technique of concentrating so hard, that they can take on another, more powerful body, in a change, and then able to switch back in a less needing time. As an added point, they have most of the skills of Vampires, and then more, that separate them from the others.


Age: 1754 (1730 years as a Domine Noctu.)
Height: Six Feet, four inches.
Weight: 213 pounds.

Appearance:
Marius Uriel stands at a good six feet and four inches, with an athletic build, although he does appear to be quite lanky, due to his height. He has a slightly tanned complexion, similar to that of most regular Domine Noctu. Long and dank raven hair sags down across his face, covering up his eyes, slicked back over his head, or parted in the middle. One would find that he has eyes of a bright Cerulean, almost unnerving as to how untainted and pure they are. The eyes will change when gone into a blood rage, and to suit this, become a fiery crimson. Marius usually dons simple and loose black materials over his body, accented by silver coloured trimming and in some places shiny black leather. He wears upper body armor across his chest, made up of the same material as CHRISAT. This is generally to protect his heart from being impaled.

Over the years, Marius developed a skill that allowed him to change form. This change, gives him a height growth, bringing him up to seven feet even. His tanned skin becomes a very dark blue, and his hair grows out much longer. His eyes now stay in their fiery crimson and his clothes begin to rip slightly. Usually he ends up shedding his CHRISAT body armor due to it being too small. His teeth become much sharper and all of his speed; strength and overall power increase to a much higher level. He only does this in extremely needing situations; due to the fact it ruins his clothes. xP


History:
Marius Uriel was born into a poor human family. Most saw him as the beggar he was, always roaming the streets, looking for spare change, or knicking some food from the street vendors' carts. Times were rough, being that it was only the 4th century A.D. Marius managed to get by, actually surviving to, and through his teenage years. At the ripe age of 17, Marius moved onto some more slightly dangerous jobs, becoming a transporter of illegal goods, often ushering things around in the middle of the night, and getting to sleep all day. It was as if an omen of things to come.

This job only kept up for a good three years, until he'd reached his second decade of life. He was caught by the early authorities, or in other words, the military. With no trial whatsoever, he was sentenced to death on the cross. Not exactly a great prospect for the poor kid. During the night, he actually managed to escape from his holding cell, the way is still disputed, but he did it. So, at the age of 20, he had been exiled from his home country to wander the Europes.

He did oddjobs, having wanted to keep a low profile, and managed to keep this up for about 4 years, perhaps slightly less. Then, one night, Marius Uriel, camping in the Northern woods of Romania, he was suddenly attacked by a black form, leaving him scared to death, with cuts and scratches across his body. His eyes roved about as he was suddenly pounced upon from behind, and felt a sharp pain in his neck.

He awoke sometime later, the throbbing in his neck continued for many weeks as he tried to conceal it. He felt extremely strange as he continued to go around everday life, while trying to hide the bite marks. He found that as he went about life, it wasn't so normal anymore. He continually was eyeing the necks of passing humans and sometimes even animals. While his work went faster, as he felt much stronger and moved much faster. He knew not what had happened to him, but he began to fear the worst. Could he possibly be becoming a vampire? It was something close. You could call it better... or much worse, all on your outlook.

Eventually, Marius saw this as something much better than anything. He eventually began feeding, the thrill of killing becoming something much more than the sin that it was. It gave him a rush, and he always felt stronger after feeding. Eventually, he found of his true origins, beginning to come in contact with other vampires. But he wasn't the same. He began to question what he really was. Perhaps he had become a werewolf, or some other surreal undead creature. Eventually these theories were disproved as he was approached by a tall and dark man. This man was the entrance that Marius needed, to find out what his future would be, as he entered the elite sect of the Domine Noctu.

Over the years, he saw the world change, but never himself. The only thing that changed was his power, becoming more powerful than most of the Domin Noctu as he continued to grow in skill. By the time he'd become 1200 years old, he became a truly experienced Domine Noctu, training in the highest ranks of the sect, and becoming more powerful as he went, taking hold over almost every possible thing he could learn, then honing it.

After 1700 years of development, Marius Uriel, is certainly a force to be reckoned with.


Other (ie: Personality):
As a Domine Noctu, Marius Uriel is extremely vain with his appearance. He does not tend to have a single blemish on his skin, but in any fight where his physical appearance may or has been injured, he fights with great zeal, usually more in the case that he's already been damaged. Other than this certain annoyance with imperfections, Marius tends to keep quite the cool head, able to make witty remarks, keep his intelligence intact, and generally stay ahead of the pack. His eyes are constantly roving, eyeing details and significants that may be useful towards his cause, which is what he always works for. Marius is also rather cocky, when you have lived as a powerful Domine Noctu for over 1000 years, and a more experienced Domine Noctu for about 700, one would question how he would not be cocky. Especially the hard working, always progressing Marius. He has a certain affiliation for the female sex, often seeing them as a mere toy, or pleasure piece, to satisfy his needs. Many females find his occaisional, and yet discreet leering, quite rude, but it does not bother Marius whether or not they care if he's looking them up and down. When it comes to a female that he actually has affection for... a quite rare occurance indeed, one would find he is extremely chivalrous, protective, and very polite to the person in question.

Abilities:
As Marius is not only a Domine Noctu, but a highly experienced one, he has attained many skills and powers along his centuries of being in the Sect. Many of these skills are elementary, things he learned in his early stages, while others are much more powerful, and fearful to behold. These skills can range from certain dark magicks to many vampiric abilities picked up over the course of his life.


Abilities
  • Dark Ball- A simple spell learned in Marius' early years of being a Domine Noctu. He concentrates Dark energy in either one of his hands, or can combine it in the middle of both his palms. From there, he can shoot the ball forward, which is usually about tennis ball.

  • Black Chain Lightning- Another somewhat simple dark magick, similar to Dark Ball in that it is formed in nearly the same way. This spell creates a bolt of lightning that shoots from the palms, again combined palms resulting in a more powerful attack. As the lightning leaves his palms, the chain lightning will hit it's target and move onto another target, unless there is only one. In this case, the lightning continues to dance across the body until the spell is finished.

  • Satanic Thunder- This is a very powerful dark attack, summoned from the very Hells of the planet. It creates a powerful thunderstorm, but the lightning bolts are of violets and blacks rather than white and yellow. As well, they seem to strike enemies with an almost infinite accuracy, and upon making contact, will often stay in continuation until the enemy leaves. Even once it escapes the initial bolt, it will often follow relentlessly.

  • Oblivion's Beginning- This is the beginning of an attack, that when all three have been completed, one has suffered through complete and utter oblivion. This spell involves Marius summoning about one quarter of his dark energy into one crackling cloud, that covers about 40,000 square feet. From this cloud comes only the beginning, consisting of continually striking dark lightning, flaming meteors, and extremely acidic rain.

  • Oblivion's Eye- This is the middle, or second phase of Marius' Oblivion attacks. To accomplish this, he must've already summoned forth Oblivion's Beginning, and then must use another one quarter of his dark energy to further the spell. The surroudning area of 40,000 square feet begins to shake, cracking with tremendous earthquakes, many opening into fissures, which when caught in, will burn the skin at unbeliveable temperatures, while creating a sort of haze across the battlefield, reducing vision. The effects of Oblivion's beginning continue to run, pouring even more danger into the mix. This spell causes utter confusion, and Marius is one of the few beings who is able to not only avoid the devestating effects of the attack, but also, to navigate his way through it.

  • Total Oblivion- This is the final stage of Marius' Oblivion spells. A true completion of what has been built up over the last two. It takes a good half of his dark energy, in other words, all that is remaining. This spell leaves him basically drained of dark energy, but he is still able to function, minus most of his dark attacks. The fact that when this happens, the match is often guaranteed, helps in the reassurance that he would win, even at low energy. The effects of the other two spells continue to effect the area, while new things come into play. Terrifying Demons and Hellions pour from the fissure, attacking any enemies within, while the entire area is ripe with violet coloured dark electricity, which ripples through the battlefield, tearing through anything in sight.

    (Note that the use of Dark energy is based off of his first transformation, as he is not powerful enough in his regular form to wield such power. As he progresses through the other two stages, the amount of energy used compared to how much he has, is lessened greatly.)

  • Levitation- This allows Marius to hover in his humanoid forms. Although he is not extremely fast in this mode, he can reach a height of up to 30 feet. He can speed up, but it takes more energy. Overall, the basic skill of levitation takes almost no energy whatsoever, although the strain greatens the higher he goes.

  • Locomotor Levitation- Like levitation, this spell makes objects rather than himself float in the air. It can be anything from a bunch of sand to create a sandstorm, or a large boulder. The heavier the object, the more difficult it is for him to keep in the air, as well as how high he lifts it.

  • Regeneration- This skill is a basic skill that came from him being a Domine Noctu. It basically heals his body, quite quickly, of any damage he may have taken. There are means to kill him, but a bullet to the shoulder won't do much, even to the heart, if the bullet is not silver.

  • Increased Strength- Everyone knows that Vampires are extremely strong, about 5 times that of a regular human. Being an experienced Domine Noctu, Marius has the strength of about two dozen men.

  • Increased Speed- Similar to the fact that Marius has unbelievable strength, Marius also has an almost surreal speed. When in his concentrated transformation, he can move so fast that he practically appears, dissappears and reappears, without being seen.

  • Heightened Senses- Being a Domine Noctu, Marius has above 20/20 vision. It can sense on to certain signatures like heat and auras, as well as being able to control a sort of telescoping vision that allows him to see much farther.

  • Vampire Jump- This is a natural skill that one assumes when they become either a Vampire or Domine Noctu. It does get better and stronger as the Domine Noctu ages, however, and by now, Marius has gained the ability to take huge leaps, jumping much higher than his levitation takes him, but of course, it won't keep him in the air.

  • Mind Control- A skill Marius has had for a long time. It can give him full control over the actions of almost any animal, and place suggestions or illusions in most humanoid creatures. It is harder for him to place these images in stronger willed minds, and often, he will give up if it is not working.

  • Transformation- As a Domin Noctu, he can change into many animals, not just the fabled vampire bat of lore. He can become anything from a sewer rat to an arctic wolf. It is a useful skill as he can disguise himself as almost any animal.

    (Marius has certain transformations, at which his power levels are heightened. In his normal, original form, he is at about 75% of full energy.)

  • Form Transformation Level One- As a few experienced Domine Noctu have done, Marius has mastered a transformation that heightens his power levels, almost to an unbelievable level. He gains even stronger senses, becomes almost impossibly strong, and can go so fast it's hard to keep an eye on him. In this form, he can cast many more spells, simply because he has more energy. This skill makes him grow to a height of seven feet even, and overall, his body goes through various changes.

    (At his first transformation, Marius is already at 100% of his energy.)

  • Form Transformation Level Two- In Marius' second transformation, he gains a further foot in height, coming to eight feet even. His skin turns completely black, with violet coloured tribal tattoos across his body. The glowing of his red eyes intensify, and upon closer inspection, one can even see violet coloured sparks running through them, a symbol of the energy in his body. His teeth become much sharper, and his strength, speed, and senses are much higher than in his first transformation.

    (At his second transformation, his energy skyrocks to 200% energy.)

  • Form Transformation Level Three- This would be a very rare transformation indeed. When this happens, he must have gone through both transformations in order to have the overall energy it takes to reach this level. When Marius reaches this level, his former height of 8 feet even, in his second transformation, is reduced back to the original of six feet and four inches. The skin returns to it's regular colour, but the violet coloured tattoos stay on his skin. The eyes which were glowing red before, have now returned to the Cerulean, except it is now even brighter, being nearly white. His hair would now be about down to his waist if straight, but instead it flows outwards and backwards in the continual amount of energy surrounding his body. Overall, he has a sort of purple aura now visible around his body, and again, it appears to have slightly darker violet crackles of electricity curling across the aura. Now at this level, his power levels have skyrocketed, along with his strength, speed and senses. Most of his senses are so well developed he could work off one alone, even scent.

    (In his third transformation, his energy raises even farther, coming to exactly 300% energy. At this level, he is unbelievably powerful.)

  • Vampiric Mist- This is a powerful spell among experienced Domin Noctu, a skill that reduces the Vampyre to a thick and enveloping mist. This mist actually attacks the pores of the enemy and literally eats it alive from the inside.

  • Mimic- This skill can create up to a maximum of 4 exact copies of Marius. They have basic battle skills and tactics, but are really not nearly as powerful as Marius himself. They are usually enough to confuse the enemy to a great point, however.

  • Waver- This skill causes Marius' body and the air around it to rapidly vibrate. This makes it much more difficult for enemies to hit him, and often makes their vision go blurry, just for the fact that their eyes continue to interpret the fuzzyness of his image. The longer he holds it, the more energy it takes.

  • Soul Sheild- This is a skill that Marius can hold for only a short while. It takes quite a bit of energy, but it enevelopes his entire body in a large, impenetrable oval type globe, that gives him a few seconds to gather himself or regernate for a moment.


Weapons:
Marius Uriel has very many different ways of injuring enemies, many of which not just involving his skills, but also including different weapons that he may find anywhere he is. He can turn a simple rock into a deadly projectile, or a tree branch into a deathly accurate javelin. Among these natural weapons that can be found, he has various other weapons, such as himself, two special knives, and a sword of which is practically Holy to him.

Weapons
  • Marius' first weapon is that of a long, curved blade, which Marius found while on a journey to one of the Middle Eastern provinces. He beleives it is the blade of a powerful human warlord, stained with the blood of many people. This very facts makes Marius beleive that it began with magical prowess. The blade is about 8 inches long, while the full handle and hilt is about 4. Over the years, he learned that not only was this blade unbelievably sharp, but also extremely durable. Over the years, Marius has poored many magicks into the blade, making it forever sharp, nearly unbreakable, and imbued with some elemental magic. One would find that it cuts through flesh as if it were not there, bone as if it were butter. The elemental magic is that of shadowy and dark magicks, along with great fire properties. The blade can light up with a pain and nightmare inducing darkness that runs in tendrils up and down the blade, and in the near same fashion, fire can envelop the shaft, making the knife even more prone to cutting things, much quicker, and dealing an overal much more painful cut.

  • Marius' second weapon, is another knife, that Marius found on a trip to Egypt long ago. He found that the blade was that of a sacrifical Egyptian priest, again tainted with the blood of many. He immediately fell in love with the blade, keeping it for himself. The blade itself is about 5 inches long, while the hilt is 3. In other words, it is much smaller than his first knife, but it still is quite powerful. This knife, similar to the other one, has been imbued with many magical spells, to make it extremely sharp and very durable. This blade was not imbued with so much dark shadow magicks, but angled more towards elements. This blade has the power to shoot off electrical and icy attacks. These can either be ranged, shooting off in electrical tendrils, or icy bolts; or they can just run up and down the blade, increasing damage.

  • Marius' final weapon is that of a favored sword plundered from a powerful Holy Knight on one of the Crusades. As soon as he laid eyes upon the sword, he knew he could not pass up a chance. It was a beautiful sword, forged perfectly, and with something that would set him apart from the rest. 'Holy' crosses engraved into the hilt and blade. No vampire would stand up to the 'Holy Hellbringer' as it was dubbed. Of course, all Domine Noctu are immune to the Holy Cross, but the fact that he carries it, just shows how powerful he is, and also is a signal that he is not a regular vampire. The shaft, or blade itself is 4 feet long and one and a half inches wide, while the hilt is easily 5 and a half inches or so. The sword has been imbued with the same sharpened spell, that allows him to cut through most things. When blood is stained upon the sword, it seems to absorb up into the blade, useful in that it powers him up, and gives him extra energy. He is extremely skilled in the use of the blade, able to wield it in one hand skillfully, and in two hands elitely. He's imbued it with all four of the things he's done with his two knives. It can be set with dark and shadowy magicks, along with the elements of fire, ice, and electricity.


Vulnerabilities:
As a Domine Noctu, there is no surprise that Marius has certain vulnerabilities that may endanger his existance. Although he is a Domine Noctu, as stated before, they are missing many of the curses of regular Vampires, still, they share some.

Like vampires, Marius is extremely averted to mirrors, as he does not appear in them. He will often be found pacing before them angrily. Another vulnerability is that he cannot cross over running water, a slightly annoying vulnerability. There are ways that he can find out of these situations, however. Of course, he is averted to sunlight, as it will burn his eyes, but luckily, it does not decay his skin so quickly. He can be exposed to it for a short time, until he must retreat to the darkness.


Invulnerabilities:
Being a Domine Noctu, Marius has many invulnerabilities compared to a regular vampire. He is of course vulnerable to many of the things that would kill a being, such as a nuclear blast, or something of the like, but to be stated here, are the invulnerabilities he has to common thought items which are believed to fend off vampires.

Like all Domine Noctu, Marius is immune to the powers of Holy items such as the Holy Cross, and Holy Water. The only thing that might work on him would be a sort of exorcism on his body by a devoted priest. As well, he is not nearly as allergic to the sun as regular vampires, although it does decay his body, if slowly. As well, he is not allergic to Garlic. He does hold a certain dislike for it, but he is in no way incapable of eating it.

Character: Tala Gin (Dohwa to only a choice few)

Height: 5'7"

Weight: 130lbs

Race: human

Physical Description: Tala has long blue hair and Amber colored eyes. She is the average height for a girl her age. She is very skinny the reason she weighs as much as she does is because of her muscle mass, which she got from carrying such a large sword during her training.

History: Dohwa was born into one of the last remaining silver claimer tribes. She is the daughter of the most two powerful warriors in the tribe Deshwitat (Father) and Iris (Mother). After Dohwa was able to walk they started training her in the arts of silver claiming. They gave her a silver locket once she started her training.

All the other tribe members looked to Deshwitat and Iris as the protectors and leaders of the tribe. As Dohwa grew up she was also respected. Through her parents training she learned how to transmutate her silver locket into any weapon. Her weapon of choice is a long sword.

At the age of fifteen her tribe was attacked by a rival tribe of silver claimers seeking dominance over all silver claimers. Dohwa's parents told her to run, because this battle was going to end in many deaths on both sides. She refused to go but her parents made her. Deshwitat took her locket before she left and engraved his and Iris' names on each side. He told her; "If we don't make it we want you to further your skills." Her mother smiled at her daughter and gave her a hug before saying; "With this our names in your locket we'll always be with you."
Dohwa hugged her parents good-bye an escaped into the woods where she would't be found. She spent the night in a small quite town. The next day she returned to her village to find it completely destroyed and many dead bodies. She searched around until she found her parents corpes.

She knelt down beside them yelling about how she shouldn't of left them. She took the bodies of her clansmen and gave them all proper burials. Once she was finished she went into her home, which was still standing. She washed up and gathered some supplies to use while traveling.

Dohwa traveled around doing odd jobs to earn money. After two years she ran into a group of warriors, she was seventeen now. The elder of the group was a very wiseman and knew the workings of silver claiming and stealth. Dohwa told the elder her story and he accepted her into their ranks. The group of warriors compared themselves to wolves; they worked as a group and the were deadly quick.

During the next three years Dohwa fought and trained with the group. She was treated as an equal and a friend by her fellow warriors. The elder of the pack taught her all he knew in the art of silver claiming. She completed her training with the help of the elder. The elder was so pleased with her success he named Dohwa as his true pupal. Dohwa was now twenty years old when she finished her training.

It was a very sad day for the group of warriors when the elder passed away. On that day Dohwa left the group and desided to use her skills to help other people with their problems as a hired hand. She gave herself the name Tala Gin, which means "Wolf Silver". She made a lot of money being a hired hand she had jobs that ranged from simple to hard. Some were to protect people from one place to another to killing people. She didn't like the killing but she needed the money.

After a year of working odd jobs she was used to the requests she had to do. She was now twenty-one years old. One day a man came to her saying her was the mayor of a city that was being terrorized by a female fox demon. Tala took the job for a very high price, she was now dealing with a demon not some lowlife thug.

The old man led her to the city that was under his rule. Tala didn't see the demon because she wasn't around at that time. The mayor set Tala up in a small inn so she can watch for the fox demon/ That next day the demon attacked the city and Tala met her in battle.

After a long hard battle Tala learned the fox demon's name was Kiyoshi. Both girls were battered and bruised by the end of the fight. Kiyoshi was the first to speak, but it was heard in Tala' mind; "You know girl, I like your style. Not bad for someone who is only human." Tala smiled and laughed at her comment.; "Ya think so? Well I like your style too."

After that the two became close friends and also rivals. One trying to out do the other at something. They both went their own ways after a while. They don't know when they'll meet again though. So now Tala roams the world looking for odd jobs so she can continue to survive.

Weapons:With her silver locket and her abilite to silver claim and can use many weapons. Some weapons she makes out of her locket are; Sword (All shapes and sizes), daggers, spears, axes, chain whip, nunchakus, staves, shields (All shapes and sizes), and so on.

Skills:

Stealth: Tala is very fast and quite because of her training with the elder. He taught her how to lower her energy to make her hide her whereabouts. He then taught her to rise her Chi so she can move very fast for a quick strike.

Silver Claiming: Since Tala is from the last remaining clan of silver claming she was trained by both her parents and after they died by the elder or the wolves. With this ability she can make any item out of silver.

Equipment: Mindblaze has no posessions, everything he needs is supplied by the Mist. Having no physical body can do that to a guy.

Description: In any form he occupies, Mistform of Physical, Mindblaze appears as a medium height male with hot pink hair cascading around his face with two jet black deformed wings protruding from his skull. Two sky blue eyes that turn to orbs of crimson light and energy whilst using Energy Tracking are hidden behind a pair of thin shades that are never to be removed. A tight blood red shirt wraps around his torso, several buttons undone or missing, with a pair of black gloves with missing fingers covering his wrists and hands. A pair of tight black pants covered in buckles accentuate his lower regions and almost seem to be a size too small for him. Upon his feet he wears a pair of black shoes that almost seem feminine. On his back is a tatoo of eight tentacles stretching out from a writhing mass to eight burn marks down his back, where the tendrils pull from.

Abilities:
Mistform: Mindblaze can switch between a physical form and a body made of mist. In Mistform he takes no damage from physical assault, and cannot affect the physical, but also takes major damage from any psionic emanation.
Tendrils: In his physical form Mindblaze can form organic tendrils from his wrists like whips. In either form he can create 8 tendrils of light and energy from his back. These cannot affect anything without an aura, and if they touch an aura they attempt to latch on and begin a heavy energy drain.
Energy Drain: The Crimson Mists drain energy from their surroundings and the tendrils can drain energy heavily by touch. (Not limited to magical energy.)
Spellcasting: Mindblaze can only cast spells while inhabiting a body that can do so. He has several of these at his disposal. In these instances mana is not used, but pure energy.
Blazing Mind: Mindblaze can control flames. He hardly uses the technique and cannot create flame with it.
Racial Traits: Mindblaze cannot be polymorphed, put to sleep, paralyzed, hypnotized through non-psionic means, hasted, slowed, healed by a priest healer or cleric, petrified, is immune to fire, and cannot be drained of his own energy in Mistform. Techniques that absorb or obliterate the Mind, Body, or Soul fail on Mindblaze 100% of the time in Mistform, only getting a speck, and in a Body the abilities succeeds, but only gets that body and it's previous tennant.
Others can be added depending on body possessed.
Dominion Manifest: Mindblaze can manifest from the Crimson Mist a great many things. This includes, but is not limited to bodies he has consumed, perfect rubies, energy, and tendrils of light and energy.

Personality: Mindblaze is a megalomaniac, simple as that. He sees everyone as lower than him, but those few that he can see as equals he honors greatly. He counts only a small number in the group that equal him, and even fewer in the group that he sees as better than he. Don't let this fool you however, he can range anywhere from the raging fighter bent on destroying everything in a two hundred mile radius, which he has done, to a kind soul with nary a thought of even bringing any harm. His chaotic past and added consciousnesses to his own have contributed to this unstable mentality. He has learned to trust few, and that can sometimes compromise his social relations.

History: In the beginning there was only the one, HER. It is not known at this time what gender this being was, or what the initials stood for, but this person was the beginning of it all. HER studied beings beyond even the Overdieties, delving into realms beyond mortal reach, closed to those destined to die. HER was fascinated with them, The Forbidden Powers of the Banished Realms. They were hellish beings, beyond all that sanity could comprehend, and this was unnaceptable to HER. Giving up sanity and normal life, HER became one with them. They granted HER might and a taste of their own, true, power. In return they demanded energy and consciousness, forcing the mysterious being to slay people during the act of sex to consume their mind, body and soul, offering the victims up to them. Slowly HER began to change, taking on small elements from those whom it slew in the height of passion. It is believed that the true reason HER is unknown in nearly everyway is that this person simply ceased to exist once the first was Taken.

Travelling the lands in a changed form, this creature, which had come out from it all as a being somewhere between male and female, no distinguishing attributes to tell between the two, and facial features which told nothing. This hybrid of an entity crossed the lands absorbing any it could, having gained enough strength to simply kill outright, no longer needing the aid of lust to drain. As it were, it's old tricks would no longer work anyway. It continued to absorb, eventually finding a beast which it had never been in contact with before, an illusion real enough to be called a man.

This illusion belonged to the Azure Phoenix, an Archmagi so far beyond any mortal comprehension that his illusions were indeed real enough to push the limits of reality itself. The Beast could not kill the illusiobn, but instead tainted it against it's master as they flowed into one form, the Beast allowing itself to be absorbed for a greater purpose. The deluded Image took a new name, Soulscour, whom set out to destroy his master and instill in him a certain fear, attempting to drive the Phoenix to instigating a civil war and taking over once and for all. Soulscour's attempts ended with his own grey matter splayed across the real Phoenix's bedroom wall.

The Beast was sure Soulscour would fail, it had been doubtless. However, it had caused enough trouble to be worth it and drew needed information about the nature of the Archmagi. The Beast was able to consume everything that was left of Soulscour, even though he had been destroyed. This set the Beast on it's path to take this man, this Azure Phoenix. An offering of such undiluted might would please his masters greatly. To this end, a plan was hatched, based upon the demoralization and weakening of the Phoenix over time, the taint of a mere consciousness into realizing it's 'true' place. The Phoenix's best friend tricked into playing host to the new Soulscour, the slow destruction of the Azure Phoenix was at hand. In a swift fulfilment of his purpose, the new Soulscour moved against the Phoenix, taking over his life and nearly destroyign it to a point beyond return. The Phoenix and his Ice Queen eventually recovered from it, but he would be weakened from it, his magical force stolen directly from the origin of magic, The Serpent.

With his best friend released from the grip of this maniac being, The Azure Phoenix set out to destroy the newest incarnation of Soulscour, only to find it already decimated by at the hands of a new being, which had promptly consumed Soulscour. This blazing mind set against an ardent heart and flaming soul, this Mindblaze, showed his face to the Phoenix, dooming him to death. He attempted to fulfill this doom, twisted by his own intentions. Mindblaze set out to absorb the Phoenix, but lost his bearings along the way. Sad, really.

The Azure Phoenix escaped from the deathtrap and an epic battle soon ensued between the two enemies, leaving both with barely the strength to live. A defeat for both, but a in truth a great victory for the Phoenix, as he had stripped Mindblaze of any traces of the desire to take him, and the being would no longer remember the Phoenix. Left weakened, with nearly all his memories gone, his knowledge of before Torment was lost, and the remnants of everything that had happened had been stolen away and trashed. All he knew was that he was little more than consciousness given metaphysical form, bodyless, and that he hungered for energy.

In gathering his energy he had unknowingly ceased to pass any to his superiors, beings that no longer existed to him, his memory blank. They were not happy turned to strike against him in anger. Once more, he was drained nearly to death, but this time lost nothing of his own nature, his desire for mind, body, and soul only engorged. He knew he needed souls and energy, and that to get them he needed power. Power meant returning the Mindblaze Dominion to its full former glory. He had to seek out anyone he could and convert them, willing or not.

History: While there is quite a bit to speak of in the history of Clash Kiddick, there is nothing of such great importance that it has any true bearing on the present aside from some of the subtle relationships he has forged and the abilities he has gained through experience. Clash Kiddick is, or rather his physical vessel harbors the spirit of, a Gaioh--a dark angel and a direct descendant of the first of the Gaian realm, connected to Thee Will, those who watch over the tidings of the cosmos. Spirit implanted within a seemingly normal child born, Clash Kiddick displayed at an early age metahuman traits and honed both his physical and mental prowess through his experiences. Having yet to ascend to his rightful position on the celestial plane as a Gaioh, this one continues to fight the nature of his true design and is overcome at times by what he refers to as simply The Sickness, a powerful spiritual backlash on whatever physical avatar he chooses to manifest on the prime material plane which can cause him to suffer bouts of terrible pain and unconscious for days on end. One of the traits of the half-developed Gaioh, those still on the prime materia, is the lidless third eye on the forehead. Appearance: Sleevless black shirt, SWAT style cargo pants & boots, tribal tattoos running down his arms.
History: Pharx was raised during a time of war, a war that consumed his family and everything that he held dear. This war happened when he was about 5 years old, leaving him to learn how to fight on his own with daggers and such which were quite heavy to him. One day during the war, an invading soldier with a black heart had stabbed Pharx, leaving him for dead. During this near death experience, the devil had mystically branded him with a reversed pentagram on his forhead, granting him power, magical abilities, and such that no mere mortal could hope to possess. With these new imbued powers, Pharx rapidly healed and scorched the soldier with an unholy fire, turning his bones to ashes. A few years later, Pharx was accepted to a fighting school where he learned new combat styles, fighting with new weapons, and for those select few - power development. He stayed at this school for several years, enduring several things at once; bullying - which he often dealth with in a devilish manner, intense study, and grueling exercises. By the age of 19, Pharx had become a seasoned warrior and had left the fighting school. He now earns a living fighting in torunaments and arenas, using the prize money to purchase new fighting components.

Weapons:

Primary Weapon: Diablaharo - A large, 100 lb., two-handed sword made of carbon steel and edged with black diamond. A distinguishing feature is the devilish, crescent-shaped cutout near its tip. The red jewel/orb in it's pummel lets Pharx use this sword as it had the weight of a regular broadsword. The orb also is filled with devil energy, which can give various elemental effects to the blade. The Diablaharo is the sole sword of Pharx, if anyone but him tries to wield it physically -even with gloves or other protection-, it will burn their hands alive untill nothing is left. Pharx received this weapon from what he supposed was the devil himself. Even though most swordmasters deemed it 'unholy' or 'tainted', it was a most-powerfull weapon that defeated and/or destroyed most other enchanted blades.

Other Weapons:

Windmill Shuriken - This large shuriken has four folding blades that are razor-sharp and cuts through almost anything. When it it thrown and it hits its mark, it returns to the owner like a boomerang. Pharx modified this weapon a little, attatching a chain and letting him swing this weapon kind of like a horizontal flail while the shuriken is thrown.

Incendiary throwing knives - These well-balanced throwing knives have explosive charges attached to them. On blade contact, the detonate, mostly tearing apart the target or object.

Damascus Chain - An ordinary 6 ft. length of chain made of very tough black damascus steel. It is used for many things, fighting included. This is the chain that Pharx uses in combination with his windmill shuriken.

Magical Powers:

The reverse pentagram on his forhead allows him to use devil magic. It cannot be removed by any means. The devil powers he uses for offense takes a toll on his fatigue and strength for a while, so he can't use them continuously or too often in a fight.

Carbon Shield - This power allows Pharx's skin to turn into an extremely hard black shiny substance that provides exceptional defence from any kind of attack whether it is melee, ranged, or magical. He also has freedom of movement while he is in this state. If he punches with this effect on, it would shatter most types of strong armor.

Unholy Inferno - This devil power works similarly to Pyrokinesis, only the flames are black, lined with red essence, and they are not natural. It can be used in the form of several traditional techniques like the firewall, flamethrower, and such. The flames can't be put out with just water or wind, extinguishing them requires magical or holy water and an exceptionally strong, magical wind.

Speed of the Demons - This power lets Pharx move at a rate where the normal eye would glimpse shadows of movement following Pharx. This effect also grants him extraordinary reflexes, letting him dodge fast attacts and catch arrows shot from a strong bow.

Lucipher's Deadlight Aid - If Pharx falls from a fatal injury, his devil power will heal the wound to a tense state. Then he must use other forms of healing to fix the wound. This has been use several times to ward off sneak attacks. This effect can only be used once every 12 hours, then if he dies again, he will have to wait a whole day to have his body and soul repaired by the devil again.

Berserker's Rage - When the fighting in the atmosphere becomes too thick to cut with a knife, Pharx's devil energy takes over his conciousness and he becomes an ultimate fighting diety of the devil himself. While he is in this mode, he is immune to pain, his attacks are twice as fast and twice as deadly. He has often used this alter ego to win in tournaments while he described this state as: "Forging a path to glory while leaving a trail of destruction."

Fighting Techniques:

Weapon Mastery - Pharx has trained with several different weapons during the time he has spent fighting. If he is seperated from the Diablaharo at any given time, he can fight well with anything that can be considered a weapon.

Fluid movements - Pharx learned these advanced techniques during his last days at the fighting school. This ability lets Pharx turn complex movements into simple maneuvers.

Surgical Precision - Pharx can use simple short swords or any other kind of blade to strike with the precision and accuracy of an extremely skilled surgeon. This ability often helps during marksman attacks.

Disarming techniques - If Pharx has no melee weapon(rare) and an opponent tries to attack with one, Pharx's fluid movements can take away the weapon from the opponent and often strike him there and now with less-than-perfect precision. This is often a counter attack motion. On the rare occasion that he doesn't attack with the weapon when disarming, the opponent is hit with a kick or a punch to be forced back.

Counter Attacks: Pharx can deflect attacks with only a weapon, this often leaves an opponent wide open for a strike with a second weapon. For counter attacks, Pharx would often use the Diablaharo to push back a strike then throw an incendiary throwing knife at the opponent while he is
trying to recover from parry. He also uses other ratty methods to counter attack, whether they are slashing, bludgeoning, piercing, or marksman maneuvers.

Dancing with Death - Pharx would often use uncanny or ratty techniques (which are often suprising) when fighting like dancing out of the path of an opponents weapon or even break dancing to kick away weapons or catch opponents off guard. This would often let him see what his opponents plan to do next. His speed and grace would often deflect attacts if he didn't feel like attacking or killing straight off. The break dancing methods were very ratty to most fighters, but Pharx found it as a way of having a little fun when fighting in a duel or critical match.

History:

Backround: Kai was born and raised in a Hidden Village to which this day does not exist anymore. He raised himself for awhile in the city at the age of 12 and up until he stumbled upon the village at the age of 16. Recently Kai has thrown away his past as different emotions tear apart his insides. His Scar on his back burns everyday giving his eye strange new gleams in different light. What Kai was told was that he was born to a Half Fox Demon Father, but that in itself was not true at all. Kai was born with a Dragon spirit inside him, his bloodline was different from the one which he was taught, the Hirogawa no Jutsu, which in itself he had mastered before long. His body was born with the mark of the dragon on his inner palm and as he grew on, its effects began to take place until recently it has now spread and changed palce with the 'VX' scar on his back. The reason he was able to with stand so much torture at the hands of his enemies was because of this. Now he lives as a Shojiki/Sensei to the Tsuchi element still unlocking his Dragon spirit. He lost his Dark Kitsune Form on his last journey and all knowledge that he ever was half Fox Demon was erased. He disbanded from the family Mafia and lost contact with his two brothers. He spends most of his days now thinking sporadically whilst his blood boils a new being.

His Jutsu and techniques continue to develop everyday as he learns and creates more.

Darc's Profile


Ah, time for the introductions.

Username: Abyssmal Darc

Character Name: Whatever you choose to call him. Normally called Darc by most of his friends. His real name is currently unknown, but he is believed to be named originally Deruku.

Age: Darc appears to be an eternally immature 18-year-old male, while his actual age has never been calculated, he is over 2,000 years old, having no recollection of his past.

Height: Darc is normally 5' 11", but while in his demonic forms he grows steadily taller and bigger.

Weight: Normally about 150, making him a lean, lanky character. But due to his heavily weighted clothes his weight from 150 pounds to 100 tons. Again, in his demonic forms it increases constantly.

Appearance: Darc very closely resembles his father, with slightly shorter hair. He is of medium build when he is not in his other forms. He is covered in scars from his past, all are completely unknown to him of how he got them, but he has a multitude of puncture wound-shaped scars on his back, lining a spiral down to his buttocks. His first demonic form is a towering 6' 5" and 200 pounds. His second, third and fourth forms are yet to be discovered.

History: Not much is known of Darc's complete history except he was born from a human woman impregnated by a wolf-like demon god. At the age of 7 he lost his mother to the people of a nearby village, wanting the demon child to die. He survived, using what little demonic power he had to blow through the whole village, creating a mile-long trail through the earth and killing everyone in the village. His last vision before he fainted from exhaustion was an old man, breathing raggedly against a nearby wall and staring at Darc with wide eyes as he died from the loss of blood through his torso.

History (continued): He regained consciousness amazingly after a 6-week long sleep at a nearby village. The people of the village held him in contempt, wondering why he had been the only person in the whole village that had survived a massive explosion. Luckily for Darc, an elderly woman had taken him in and saved him from a life alone. At least, for a while. By the time Darc was 13 he was already showing signs of his demonic heritage, with extreme bouts of anger and an insane amount of power for a 13 year-old. This eventually lead him to be banished from his village, where he roamed the counrty-side of Japan, until he fell from lack of sustenance. From the age of 13 to the present day, nothing is known about his history.

Move List:


This is a list of most (not all) of Darc's attacks. This will constantly be updated as need arises.

Due to the fact that I did not have time to customize this, if another character has a description of an exact technique as I have, I will use their description.

Techniques:

Accelerated Healing: Due to Darc's vampiric and demonic abilities, his ability to regenerate and heal are greatly accelerated and it is possible for Darc to simply re-attach a newly severed arm or leg by simply placing the limb against the stub of where he lost it.

Afterimage: A semi-transparent image left behind by moving suddenly, used to fool the opponent. The approximate speed to use this technique is Mach 3.

Power Limiters (Multiple): Darc wears a multitude of specially-made power dampeners, along with his weighted clothes, to give weaker opponents a more fair fight in the ring. These dampeners include a large, weighted belt around his waist, a studded collar around his neck, and an extremely powerful pair of shackles. Altogether, these limiters provide about a 67-95 percent decrease in Darc's current power level.

Shield of Ki: Darc can create a shield from ki as large as he wants due to his massive ki pool.

Shunkido: Instantaneous movement. Taught to Darc by The Fierce Deity. With a spike of ki and careful concentration, the user is able to shift into a state of instantaneous movement.

血の剣 (Sword of Blood): An extremely powerful sword created by Darc through a wound on his arm. The sword is a very potent technique as the amount of ki he pours into the sword will increase exponentially, about 17 times the power of the ki he puts in it.

Weighted Training Clothes: Darc's special weighted clothes provide a very interesting power limiter on his part, weighing around 99.9 tons with his weighted shirt, jacket, power limiters, bandages, heandband, pants and shackles on. He even has weighted boxers, but due to the fact that they tend to ride up, he chooses not to wear them.

Weapons: Long sword covered in runes, about 10 kunais and 2 punching daggers. The runes are there so the sword will not break.

History: His mother was a demon and father was a fallen angel. Because of the mix the 2 races cancelled each other out and he was born human. For a long time he though that his father was dead, or so his mother would tell him. Only when he was 14 did she decide to tell him the truth and ever since he has been wandering around trying to kill him, or at least do some damage for leaving them. At the age of about 10 he began to start fighting, and was a quick learner. Shinto had no teacher, except for his mother from time to time, but she was far too strong for him. One day, at the age of 16, he found himself confronted by a man who used wind as a form of weapon. Shinto stood no real chance against him but fought anyway. The man liked what he saw fom the boy and taught him some of the basics to using wind. He still has now mastered it so when he uses the wind it will also harm him. Shinto is now 18 and is still in search of his father.
