Claira Dulthse (Belle's 14yo little sister) Entered the clssroom, wearing a prim and proper Slytherin school uniform. She approached her sister and with out saying a word, looked at the recipe that the book was opened to "Is this what we shall be learning today" she asked in a soft, proper voice.
"Yes" Said Belle with her nose up in the air, she knew very well that her sister wouldnt' hesitate to go and fetch the ingredients needed for the potion so that they could get started.
Nodding, Claira heads over to the cabinet and acquires all of the ingredients needed for the potion, she then carries them back over to the desk and cauldron she shares with her sister. Once back at the table, she fills the cauldron with water and lights a magical fire underneath it.

((Alright, so are we improvising, or are you going to be creative?))
As all of the other students began gathering Supplies, Nick dropped his hand back down to his book and flipped through the pages once again, finally landing on a page one off from the one indicated on the board, he found the potion recipe he had been looking for. He read through the recipe 3 times, memorizing every detail of it before getting up to gather his ingredients from the supply cabinet.

Severus watched the students work diligently at their cauldrons. Many of them he knew didn't take the class seriously, but it was no matter, he was able to grade them as he saw fit. A student raised her hand and asked permission for her sister to join. Her sister would be late, but seeing as Miss Dulthse was in Slytherin, he simply waved his hand in permission. Had it been any other house, points would be deducted and a swift reprimand would be in order.
He gazed at his chalkboard. Yes, everything was in order. Minced billywig, cut to precisiely .3cm; diced chomping cabbage, evenly cut; powdered beetle eyes, from which the students would need to obtain the eyes from the whole beetle itself, and obtain exactly one and a half dozen; shredded root of monkshood, exactly one ounce and three-quarters; flobberworm mucus, also extracted by the student, one small beaker full; juice of a pomegranate; and a finger-nail-sized scraping of a bezoar. The cauldron would need to be heated at intermittent times and certain temperatures would be need to be maintained, depending on the stage. The ingredients would also need to be added at precisely the right time, so it was up to the students to cut and measure appropriately. All in all, it was a difficult potion, one he was sure a student or two would make a mistake on. He couldn't wait.
He walked about the room, peering into the cauldrons of students. He saw one particularly nervous third year's cauldron ingredients turn a deep blue; at this time she would need to add her beetle eyes. However, she was desperately still trying to powder them with the mortar and pestle, and he smirked as he watched an eye fly out of the bowl, onto the floor, and watched the potion turn from deep blue to brown, an indication that she waited too long.
Sweeping his cloak around, he turned to head to the next student.

After gatheringing the supplies Kit and Gabby begin portioning out and measuring every ingrediant to a T. When it came to the beetle eyes and and flobberworm mucus, Gabby looked at Kit and says "Do you want to try one of them or do you have a weak stomach? If you don't think you can't do it then i'll just do both. I've actually had alot of experience with this stuff because of my older brother."

Sam began measuring the easier ingredients first, She grabbed the nearest Beaker and filled it with the pomegranate juice and then added it to the potion, causing the potion to turn a lovely shade of rose.

"Nah Mate, I got it" she said as she grabbed a handful of Flubberworms and holding one over a bowl, she squeezed it in a forward motion forcing it's mucusy slime to ooze into the bowl.

Gabby giggles at the way Kit got into squeezing on the flubberworms. Gabby didn't really expect her to take over and do such a good job. Gabby then proceeds to remove the eyes from the beetles to show Kit she didn't have a squeemish stomach either. She then glanced over at Sam noticing that she had a yuck face expression. Gabby began to giggle again to herself at this time, since she notice the teacher making rounds and he was coming their way.

Next she grabbed the billywig and began to cut it up as she asked lupy "How long is 3cm?"

Zane slipped into class right on time and took a seat by nick.
"Well this seems to be a bit tougher then anything we learned last year" he said to Nick and he began to perfectly mince the Billywigs at exactly 3cm.
His brother however were not so lucky, They came charging into class, nearly 10 minutes late, and quickly grabbed the desk next to sam and Lupy and began pulling stuff out of their bag. First their cauldron which Zak set on the table and lit a fire underneath while Zeke filled it with water.
Then Zeke whispered to Zak "lets Accio them" as he points to the cabinet that held the ingredients. Then he Raised his wand and Said "Accio Billywigs"
Zak nodded and Raised his wand too. He flicked it while saying "Accio Beetles"

When she had enough, she poured the slimy cucous into a small beaker to measure it and then added it to their potion before grabbing a bezor and scraping a small peice off of it.

Claira very carefully minced her billywigs to as close to 3cm as was possible, and then slid them delicately into the boiling cauldron before picking up the cabbage and setting it down on the open desk before her and evenly dicing it up as small as she could get it before dumping it into the cualdron as well, forcing the potion to change a pail green color and smell kind of salty.
Belle watched her sister work on the potion for a moment before reaching into her bag and pulling out her wand, which she then used a sheering spell to cut her nails, followed by a conjouring spell to bring up a nail file so that she could file down her nails.

Lupy looked at sam and then held up his fingers until they were about 3-4cm apart to show her how big 3cm was "this big" he said and he turned back to the cabbage he was chopping up.

"Okay" she said as she did her best to cut them as close to lupy's specifications as possible. Once done, she dropped them into the pot, this time turning it an awful shade of brown, before reaching over to grab the Flubberworms. She wrinkled her nose up and turned her head away as she let her hands squeeze the ooze out of the flubberworms.

Lindera quietly walked into the potions class, quickly spotted the other an empty chair near some of the other Ravenclaw students, and sat down.
