My two favorite Autobots are Prowl and Ultra Magnus. I don't know why, but I just like all the differant incarnations of the two. Out of all the incarnations, my favorite Prowl has gotta be RID. He was awesome.
I also love Beast Wars Megatron. He is such a sparkless, spawn of a glich. That "Yeeesssss," is so memorable. I take my hat off to David Kaye. A great voice actor by the way.

my fave would have to be grimlock. not sure why i like him but hes strong enough to stand his own with preatty much anyone he wants. ya hes headstrong but oh well thats why people like him.

My favorite Transformer is Soundwave. He is the communications officer, the one that makes the energon cubes, is the most important spy team and interrogation team if you count all of his cassettes, has that mind reading ability and somehow manages to work close to Megatron without pissing him off.

heh...my favorite has allways been Tracks. badass carmode, a secondary flightmode AND he kicks aft on his own.I`m sure he made Megatron`s s*#! list in the cartoon.

Shocked that I haven't posted in this thread. So I have a few favorites myself lol
G1:
1. Dinobots (all 5 of them but Snarl the most) - Powerful, simple, and what can beat dinosaurs lol
2. Tracks - he has his own style. Remains cool and definitely in the chillax category
3. Inferno (Fire Truck) - heroic and I think being able to blast water is a good trait to have since things in the Ark seems to light up when something new is being invented.
Beast Wars
1. Blackarachnia - Love spiders, she's devious, she can take care of herself and she is good at heart but yet a tint of evil.
Animated
1. Blackarachnia - same as above but now she's a bad girl with a good heart
2. Prowl - Power of Zen and he's a ninja lol

Starscream {{Armada only}}; he was actually not super-whiny NO OFFENSE in Armada, and he was sweet 3nodding
Soundwave {{G1/maybe ROTF?}}; ..he's just cool, okay?

Hey! Haven't seen this topic! Gotta post my faves biggrin
I've got three favorite autobots and three favorite decepticons (yes, in the order of favorites for each faction).
Autobots:
Jazz(G1, movie, animated)- He's the cool one, always hip with the times, and often has one of the best alt modes.
Bumblebee(G1, movie, animated)- Because he's the best friend, the one that gets along well with most anyone. I think a lot of us can relate to the little guy.
Optimus Prime (G1)- Good old fashioned leader. Nothing quite like it. Well. there is. but there's something just 'cool' about Optimus.
Decepticons:
Soundwave (G1)- "Superior." (also, vo-coder heart )
Starscream (G1, animated): His persistence in mutiny amazes me. Also, he spices up all the series, no?
Shockwave(G1, animated): in G1, he...I don't know. He LOOKS awesome. He doesn't do much, except for when cybertron itself is involved. In animated, he is a sneaky and ruthless spy. I like that. And in both, (same voice actor I believe) he has an awesome voice : D!

The constructicons baby! They, to me, feel the most human. They fight, most of the time, for their own sake. They always try to make themselves leader or find out who's more powerful. And when they team up they go all out with devastater! PREPARE FOR DEVASTATION...too bad one hit usually knocks them all off.
