I started up the member list by going through the recruitment and advertisment thread and quoting invites bans and acepts.For now it's a rough archive,I will clean it up and make it more formal later on,once all the members are up there.I'm always accepting help with the list(that means plaes help if you can it's a big job).Either way the archive part has begun.

There's a new contest going on at the "Writer's Circle" Sub-Forum. It is run by JastaElf and it's for everyone. If you would like to check it out, go to the sub-forum right now and see. Well, I am in charge of maintenance of the guild, aren't I? I just wish I could get payed for it, he-he. mrgreen

Heheh I kinda forgot about this thread sweatdrop . Well anyway I've been keeping the games room fairly clean wehn I can and of course I've added a few members to the guild. Though other than that there actually doesn't seem to be much for me to do...
Edit: I also updated the members list in the storeroom alittle bit.

I think if we encourage people to start topics (besides us that is!) and then do our best to keep those going, that might help. We had someone start a topic the other day and then she very quickly got disappointed because no one was posting; that made me very sad on a number of levels. But maybe there's a balance somewhere: if other non-crew can be convinced to start topics, and then if somehow we can convince people to post... not sure what that is yet tho.

Well, at least we managed to get Mel a little happy, that's gotta count for something, right? mrgreen
Anyways, I just went to the Storeroom and posted an idea for the guild's event. I also went to the fantasy conference and to the tavern. At the Fantasy Conference however, I posted a new myth for everyone to see and read. I hope you guys like it, it's from the central region of Guatemala. 3nodding

I've locked the Games Room and Film & Anime Lounge. They're both pretty pointless and rubbish. I'm thinking of just keeping the threads that are currently stickies and putting them in the tavern so there's still somewhere to discuss these things.
These two subforums need to be changed into something else, and there's a thread in the Storeroom where the crew will discuss these things. If general members have anything they'd like to suggest, please forward them into the "I Formally Request..." thread here in the Foyer.
The Marketplace is needing a revamp, so we also need ideas on that.

Well last time I was in the games room(right before it was locked) it seemes alright it was fairly acttive well in comparison to the rest of the guild. Personally I really enjoyed the games room because I love talking about games actually I was gfoing to post about xbox live games just before it was closed... If the subforum is being changed into something different I think we should deffinintly keep a few threads about games in the tavern.

It's really not what the guild is about. I started to find it annoying having a thread for every single game, and a thread for every single film or anime series. It's just so tedious! I want to have these subforums to have different purposes.

I guess I'd be happier if people would post in the theme sections of the guild--the medieval and renaissance bits--as much as they post in the gaming and anime sections. smile Post all you want on the other stuff, but it seems a good idea to keep going with the stuff for which the guild was formed, right? smile
I'll be back full-time soon....
