Okay, your stats look good ^_^ Your mods too.

Your Hp however is 10 + con mod which is now -1 so it will be 9
Same with your Cp it's 3 + chk mod.

Ok now that we're done with the main stats we can go over to the next few ones, the base attack bonus is basically your level so you got that right, attack melee is BAB + str mod and Attack Ranged is BAB + dex mod. You will use them in fighting lol XD Melee for hand to hand and short range weapons and Ranged for long range weapons.

Base Save bonus is half your level, fort is BSB + con mod, Rex is BSB + Dex mod, and will is BSB + wis mod.

Damage is 1-6 + str mod. Lol that is all, fix those and you are done! Sorry for taking so long ><

Looks good except Base Save is 0 :3 And the other saves are 0 - whatever mod lol. But you are ready to RP! You can either just go around the village and train a little with laps or whatever or you can pop into the academy late. XD You will be given a sort of punishment by the teacher if you are late but at least you won't miss anything XD

Hair: short and a dirty blond color. It covers her eyes when she doesn’t push it out of her face. It is longer at the front than at the back where it is about and inch in length. Normally her bangs hang out under her headband and the rest of her hair covers the fabric at either side.
Eyes: bright green, almond shaped and wide set.
Physical Description: she is tall and slender with fairly dark skin although this is only because she spends a lot of time in the sun, naturally she is fairly pale.
Clothing: black dress that’s straps cross over coming up on either side and around her neck, it is about knee length with three inches or so of mesh on the bottom. Her shoes and red normal ninja shoes.
Background: Youka has lived with her cousin since her mother and sister settled down in Konoha, she had no desire to stay in one place and thus decided to leave with her cousin’s family. Unfortunately recently they have decided to stay in Suna and as Youka has no where else to go she is forced to stay there to.
Personality: Youka has two distinct sides on and off. Off is the kind of person who thinks through all the possibilities before making an action; then chooses the right thing to do. Her only problem is what she thinks of, as right is not always the same as what everyone else thinks of as right. Her on side is rather thoughtless and often acts on a whim without giving her future action any though at all. This side is much more balanced and sociable than the other but also tends to be a tich stupid.Unfortunately most cant tell which one Youka is so they spend a large amount of time trying to figure out what she’s going to do next when often she doesn’t even know herself.
Other: Youka has three tattoos one on each color bone and one on her forehead. She loves most food and all books.

Shunshin no Jutsu (Body Flicker Technique)
A high-speed movement technique. It is described as 'appearing with the wind and disappearing like the wind.' A very basic jutsu, it appears that most shinobi above Genin-rank know it. Using chakra to activate the body, the user is able to move from one point to another with extreme speeds. This super-fast movement is almost impossible to see with the naked eye. To a normal person, it would seem as if the user has teleported. The amount of Chakra used depends on the distance and elevation between the user and the destination.
Cp cost: 1 per ft

Suna-arashi no Jutsu
The user concentrates chakra to his hands and, pushing hard into the sand/ground, expels a gentle burst of chakra causing the individual sand particles to fly around causing a mini light sandstorm [or dirtstorm...] centered on the target(s).

Damage: 1-2 [sandstorm hurts eyes]

Suna Shinshoku no Jutsu (Sand Erosion Technique)
The user digs his hands into the sand/dirt like with Suna-arashi no Jutsu, but instead of using a gentle burst of chakra to force the sand to float in the air he instead expels a large, quick and sharp burst of chakra to cause a small sandstorm, centering on the targets, strong enough to erode rock.

I think i fixed everything, I wasn't so sure about jutsus so if I did anything wrong please inform me. Also about afinities, if you have two can you do jutsu that say just one of them?

Looks good, your base save bonus should be 5 however.

Fort should be 5 + con mod = 11
Rex should be 5 + dex mod
Will should be 5 + wis mod

Also don't forget you can add the mods of the stat to the skills :3

And about the jutsu yes. Don't worry, everything looks fine, but.. she's so tall D: It doesn't really matter about that though. Lol maybe you can get something going with Kamikaze -_- XD He's huge too.. (Istian Goss)

No ice jutsu though, just saying in advance in case XD

so you would at your chakra modifier to the skills that have chakra?
also i'm still confused about affinites, i know that in therey you can do ice with water and wind but can you do just water or just wind, i just want to clarifie.

Background: Masami has always been someone to look after and lead others. Her name is well known in the band of Inukuma nomads because of the amount of time she spent living with them and learning their culture. Some would say that she is their ambassador of sorts. Masami graduated from the Suna Academy and became a Gennin at an early age. She put her all into becoming a Chuunin after that. To her surprise she became a Chuunin quite quickly. Her parents died a few months before the Chuunin exams however, which caused her to almost give up being a shinobi at all. She sunk into a strange depression for almost half a year. The only person that was able to pull her out of it was Inukuma Okichi though she is 6 years younger. They became quick friends and being around Okichi caused her fascination with her clan.
Masami eventually became a joinin then was promoted to ANBU because of her determination. Over the years she has collected a headband and the general clothing from every one of the hidden villages and she wears them when on missions to such areas or when just visiting. She put a gash through her own headband even just for disguise purposes and for traveling through the waterfall village.
Personality: Seemingly wise and mature. She always thinks multiple steps ahead in her movements. She has an almost uncanny ability to read people's thoughts and actions through their eyes and body language.

Bunshin no Jutsu (Clone Technique):

This is a basic technique taught to ninja at an academy. In certain years, Ninja are required to know this jutsu in order to advance to the Genin level. Bunshin no Jutsu creates one or more clones of the user, which can be used as a means to create a diversion, distraction, or cause confusion. Unlike Kage Bunshin no Jutsu (Art of the Shadow Doppelganger), these illusory clones will simply disappear if come into contact, thus, they are substanceless, and cannot do anything to damage the opponent.
Cp cost: 1 pt. per bushin.

Requeriments: Accademy students learn it on the accademy as a basic jutsu.
Training days: Accademy. Chakra control check DC: 5 per bushin.

Henge no Jutsu (Transformation Technique)
The user utilizes the sheep hand seal or the tiger hand seal and concentrates their chakra to assume the appearance of another person, an animal, or even any object. This is one of the required basic jutsu taught at the Ninja Academy. Fundamentally, all ninjas know this technique.

Kawarimi no Jutsu (Replacement Technique.)
This is a technique that usually confuses the attacker. The user quickly projects themselves with another nearby object such as a plant (normally a section of a log), an animal, or even another person within reach, leaving the opponent open to a counter-attack.

Requeriments: Must have something to replace with.
Training days: Academy time.

Nawanuke no Jutsu (Rope Escape Technique)
A basic technique taught at the Ninja academy. When a ninja is tied with rope, he can undo the knots and escape using this jutsu.

Special: Roll an escape artist skill check when using this.

Kage Bunshin no Jutsu (Shadow Doppelganger Technique)
Unlike the normal Bunshin no Jutsu (Art of the Doppelganger), this jutsu does not create illusions, but real bodies of the user. The user's chakra is evenly distributed among every clone. This could be very dangerous if the user is low on chakra or makes too many clones (like with Tajū Kage Bunshin no Jutsu (Multiple Shadow Clone Technique). Kage Bunshin can't be detected by Byakugan. This is because the clones are real bodies with real chakra circulatory systems, identical to the user. The real one also cannot be detected by the Sharingan. Because the clones are basically real, they can perform Jutsu and real damage on their target, and can take some hits themselves, being even able to bleed, although they'll still disappear when enough damage has been done, which is usually after one blow or fatal attack. Since the clones are exact replicas of the user, one can use them in combination with many other techniques.
Cp cost: 10 per bushin.
Damage: Each bushin deals the same damage as you.

Kanashibari no Jutsu (Temporary Paralysis Technique)
This technique is used to cause one's opponent to lose the advantage of movement. Freezing them in their tracks, this creates an opening for a more dangerous attack. The ANBU members are known especially for this Jutsu.

Requirements: Chakra 20+ Level 15+

Sabakuro (Desert Prison)
This jutsu uses sand to imprison the victim.

Sabaku Taiso (Desert Imperial Funeral)
Following the Ryūsa Bakuryū, it compacts the sand thus crushing the enemies in a huge amount of sand. It makes it so it will rain blood

Ryusa Bakuryu (Quicksand in the Style of a Waterfall)
This technique moves sand in the likeness of an ocean wave towards the enemy, covering and "drowning" them in an ocean of sand.

Training days: 50 days.

Kaze no Yaiba (Blade of Wind)
This Jutsu creates a blade out of wind which, being wind, makes it impossible to block. However, unlike the Kamaitachi no Jutsu, this Jutsu requires no tool.

Requeriments: Wind Afinity.
Training days: 30 days.

Goken (Strong Fist)
Gōken is the most basic form of Taijutsu. It aims at inflicting external damage and breaking bones. The gouken style also use extreme movements based on leg flexibility and spin kick for more damage.
Damage: Inceases normal taijutsu damage to 5 - 16
Requeriments: Taijutsu 20 ranks.
Training days: Must keep training all the time.

Tsutenkyaku (Painful Sky Leg)

This is basically just a kick down from the air, where the user uses their marvellous strength to create a gigantic crater and an earth-quake like effect to the surrounding area.
Damage: Taijutsu damage + doble strength.
Requeriments: Taijutsu 20 Ranks.
Training days: 10 days.

Yep, you add chk modifier to Ninjutsu. And other skills if there are any.. o.o

Well you need to be of a certain clan to do ice, so far there's only the Kobayashi clan of the Grass, and I don't think Sunagakure nin will ever use ice techniques >.> Of course you can do water or just wind separately :3

Kanashibari no Jutsu (Temporary Paralysis Technique)
This technique is used to cause one's opponent to lose the advantage of movement. Freezing them in their tracks, this creates an opening for a more dangerous attack. The ANBU members are known especially for this Jutsu.

Sabakuro (Desert Prison)
This jutsu uses sand to imprison the victim.

Sabaku Taiso (Desert Imperial Funeral)
Following the Ryūsa Bakuryū, it compacts the sand thus crushing the enemies in a huge amount of sand. It makes it so it will rain blood

Damage: 1,000 - 2,000
Requeriments: Sand Manipulation ninjutsu 120 Ranks.
Training days: 50 days

Ryusa Bakuryu (Quicksand in the Style of a Waterfall)
This technique moves sand in the likeness of an ocean wave towards the enemy, covering and "drowning" them in an ocean of sand.
Cp cost: 100
Damage: 120 -350 + chakra mod
Requeriments: Sand Manipulation skill.
Training days: 50 days.

Kaze no Yaiba (Blade of Wind)
This Jutsu creates a blade out of wind which, being wind, makes it impossible to block. However, unlike the Kamaitachi no Jutsu, this Jutsu requires no tool.
Cp cost: 50
Damage: 100 - 200
Requeriments: Wind Afinity.
Training days: 30 days.

Goken (Strong Fist)
Gōken is the most basic form of Taijutsu. It aims at inflicting external damage and breaking bones. The gouken style also use extreme movements based on leg flexibility and spin kick for more damage.

Training days: Must keep training all the time.

Tsutenkyaku (Painful Sky Leg)

This is basically just a kick down from the air, where the user uses their marvellous strength to create a gigantic crater and an earth-quake like effect to the surrounding area.

Requeriments: Taijutsu 20 Ranks.
Training days: 10 days.

Well Masami did live in the desert for a while with a bunch of nomads sweatdrop
wasn't really sure how the sand manipulation worked..

Okichi was originally from Sunagakure. The desert part anyway... she went to Ame at like..12. I think I wrote down 12.. hmmm..

Well how about this.. Could I say that she was taught the art of sand manipulation by one of the non-inukuma/inuzuka nomads that travelled with them. ((If my Iida Clan is even partially accepted then she could almost never kill anyone anyway >.<..))

Hmmm, but why would the nomads have that skill? D= Besides, aren't the Iidas a taijutsu clan?
And why did she join ANBU if she was so against violence? >.>
