He was -about- to pull off an attack, however, his base was suddenly no longer supportive. He kicked up out of the water and hovered above it before he sank too far in, crossing his arms somewhat, giving Ksi a steady gaze.

"How cute."

He extended a hand towards Ksi, his fist closed, and snapped his thumb against his forefinger. Ksi'd suddenly feel the air around him superheat before it suddenly exploded in a powerful burst.

His other hand came up and blocked the kick, fire leaping from the bandages on his arm onto the Esper to momentarily immolate him, just enough to disorient him while Victor did a flip-kick to try and knock the Esper away from him and maybe down into the Malestrom if he didn't get his bearings back.

He didn't even bat an eye as he the water engulfed him, however, mere moments afterwards, the water then exploded outwards as it turned into steam, flames licking up and down his body as he held his hands out in opposite directions.

"Do not presume that water is a weakness I still possess."

He said simply as the flames and superheated vapor swirled around him, the holy ether blades had been blocked by the flames as well.

"I've had JUST about enough of this."

He said as he smeared some of his blood on the next rune on his left arm.

As he did so, fire and heat exploded out of him in a huge ball that would seek to dry up all of the water and burn it into mist which would then be burned away, leaving a large crater in the ground where the malestrom had been, the fire then dies away and Victor is floating with his arms crossed in the air, his eyes trailing small streams of fire. The air around him rippling with heat.

He kept his arms crossed.

"Very Well."

Suddenly, Heat radiated off of him to a great degree, creating the visual distortion of everything becoming all wavy and hazy. Ksi would sense Victor was radiating his chi in every driection to make it much harder to detect his movements and attacks, suddenly a literal rain of the same heat-air bullets he used at the start of the fight come torrenting out of the center of the heat distortion, they were so numerous and compact that it looked more like an udualting pillar of super-heated air rather then composite blows.

As Ksi appeared in his position near Victor, he would find some trouble in moving as the air itself was super-heated to the point where movement itself was highly difficult, in fact, just standing there the air would be crushing into him after he teleported, the air pressure was intensely higher then in a normal place.

As he formed the ether sphere and launched it, it would swerve off, redirected by the flow of Victor's chi in the air, like trying to throw a baseball in a hurricane. Even if it did manage to hit the flickering image of Victor that Ksi could see, it would pass right through him. As targeting him directly would be near impossible as the air itself was distorting so badly he could -actually- be anywhere.

However, in the off chance that he did get lucky, Victor did move to dodge further away from the sphere, having been alerted to Ksi's attack because he teleported RIGHT into the middle of his large chi field, which was set there also as a warning system for such attacks.

While Ksi was busy trying not to be crushed, He would have a more dangerous concern as Victor, unhindered at all by the environment would try to slam into his stomach with a powerful right straight, hitting with enough force to send Ksi flying out of victor's heat field and into the side of the ward.

Victor stayed inside his heat field, cloaked by the swirling clouds of chi-heat inside the super-heated air. Thus hidden he closes his eyes and puts his hands together in front of him, concentrating as the super-heated air starts to whirl around, becoming even more heated as now the sound itself was being distorted, the wind rushing sounding like some kind of disturbing howl of some nameless undead creature.

"STage TWO!"

His mishappen voice echoed out of the cloud.

His eyes snapped open as the ether blasts were caught by his cloud and carried around. He glanced around quickly.

He thought as he crossed his arms over his face as the first blast got near him and detonated, causing him to get caught up in his own current, whirling him around and blowing up the several energy blasts that were still caught up in his cloud.

"AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAGH!"

He exclaimed as his cloud of super-heated chi started to break apart, after several of the explosions a black blur shot out of the cloud, smashing into the ground and causing a small crater to form. Victor picked himself up from the crater, staggering slightly. Severe burns all over his body, his left arm hanging limply by his side, the bandages hanging off of the arm and dragging along the ground as he coughed abit.

"Bloody Holy energy."

He grumbled as he spat out a small bit of blood. Glaring up at Ksi as his right hand slowly made a fist, he then smeared some of his blood, which he had plenty of by now, over the last rune on the bandages on his left arm.

"GRAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!"

He called out as flames licked up and down his body, closing his wounds through cauterization as his left arm slowly twitched and caught flames. After afew brief moments the arm turned into ash and fell down on the ground, which was also aflame with his burning chi. Soon he was standing in a large pile of ashes and soot. Glaring up at Ksi with his glowing dark blue eyes.
