Well the garlic frying is the most important, part. I have a deep, passionate, and personal love for garlic, it is very tastey stuff it is, especially when properly prepared. ^_^

I have a deep, passionate, and personal love for garlic, it is very tastey stuff it is, especially when properly prepared. ^_^ I tend to sauté my mushrooms. Baby bellas, sautéed in butter, teriyaki sauce, a hint of Worcestershire, and garlic salt with parsley. If I'm doing them with steak, in the last minute or so, before the mushrooms are fully reduced, I'll add in some of the drippings from the steak.

eek...! this thread got so long before i finally got to post...!
::fidgets and thinks of something clever to say that someone else hasn't already:: i don't really know what to say personally, but i think as long as you have a good heart, it doesn't matter as much what you look like or who you are offline. not to say it should be ignored, but it's not what we're judging you on. you're too good of a person to let such things discourage you if they ever do, and i think people see that, especially here. amy is awesome because of her kindness and sheer awesomness, and s'why we love her! ::snuggles tight::
