April 15th, I lost my beagle, Hannah. She was a ripe 18 years old, it was hardly a painful loss... but I had never known life without her. I miss her.

Well my sisters dog Riley died, I didn't like her personality at all... we clashed to much.
And my mom's rabbit Emily died... She was a special rabbit although everyone says that. It was Brandee's job to watch over her when she was outside.

Funny I should find this thread today.
About... three or four hours ago, we got my cat Tyrone put down. He was nearly ten. He had a whole bunch of problems that we didn't even know about until today. No warning whatsoever...

My cat, Creamy's 2 other kitten went missing last month. neutral I haven't name them yet, one of them is a tuxdo cat and another one is a calico. The latter one was actually very attached to me. neutral

cry So many critters...It's so sad, and yet, I envy you all. I've never really had a pet to call my own...sure, there are family pets, but it's not the same...my heart goes out to all of you who have lost their precious companions, and may they all be resting peacefully in there various crittery heavens...

While I was away at school, my mum called to tell me my dog Krispie got hit by a car. I hadn't seen him in awhile (since I don't live at home), but it still was pretty bad.
He was a very sweet dog. sad The first pet I ever lost.

La Belle Isolde Ever lose a pet? I know I've lost numerous fish and hamsters over the years. Most recently two betta fish of mine died: Gerald and his successor Fitzgerald. Now I feel even worse than before...I remember I did have a pet. My very own goldfish. Never named the little guy, but one day I came home and there we has, belly up in his bowl. I wanted to give him a proper burial, but it was taking so long to get things together that the water in the bowl started putrefying, and in the end my mum just said it would be better to flush him...In some says it reminded me of that one episode of Dexter's Laboratory. I didn't like the idea of flushing my little fishy buddy, though...Yay! I feel my tear ducts swelling! I miss him!...but I'm glad that I can remember him now...excuse me while I go find a hankie...
