as a general guideline the one that came first is usualy the better version. im most cases i enjoy the manga more because you get the creators real intent and there are no details leftout or messed up. but i also love watching the animes for the manga i read its like waching it come to life biggrin

I Like them both.. sometime you like the anime and the manga is not that great but I read and look bleach.. they are b0th good =D

I perfer manga it is cheaper, I love the art work in it, it is easier to read instead of watching and hurting your eyes, also they don't mess up the hole story line (cruses the Card Captor translation in english) Also easy to carry around ^_^
I do like anime as well for the animation and everything but I perfer more manga then anime.

I like manga more. I can goggle over the art. Plus original story lines are usually better.

I like manga because, well, I procrastinate in watching anime biggrin I once had a friends' .HACK DVD for over a year and didn't even finish it ^^;

Hmm, I can't vote on this poll either...? Weird.
Anyway, that problem aside... I guess I like manga better because you can carry it wherever you want and usually the storyline is more in-depth, as animes are usually based on manga. I only buy an anime if I really liked its manga, because, let's face it... anime is expensive and I'm currenlty pretty much broke. ^^;;

It depends. For example, the Saiyuki manga is absolutely beautiful and the anime isn't as great compared to it, so I would rather read the manga than watch the anime.

I usually prefer the manga but I really enjoy watching anime also. I like both. If I had to pick it would be manga though. The art is always better. Anime usually is shotty on the animation and drawings but it's still cool to watch the characters come to life instead of just looking at pictures with speach bubbles.

I like anime better because I rather watch it than read the manga. However, if I'm in the mood to look at the great artwork then I'll go read the manga... but I'm going with the anime.

I don't feel either is better, but I tend to enjoy more manga than anime.
