Blake felt like whooping and jumping around for joy, amongst a whole buncha other things, but instead he dipped his muzzle under her chin to lift her gaze back to his before finally speaking aloud, his eyes full of love and adoration.
"I waited three days for you to come back to me, and everyday we were apart was like a piece of my soul gone till I just couldn't stand it any more. By the evening of the third day, I set out to find you because I couldn't stand to be apart any further...I won't even tell you how it felt searching and looking around every tree, as I'm sure you can well guess. Chepi...I...love you. I want you, and to be with you, and I would love to raise and care for the basket and foal within it with you. It would give me no greater pleasure or happiness to have...or even do...anything less."

Chepi's eyes started to well with tears, no one had ever spoken such words to her. Not even her ex mate, he'd never been so loving, she closed her eyes and nuzzling him softly with a sweet sigh of joy.
"Oh Blake..Being away from you was the hardest thing I've had to do in my life.." She opened her eyes as she felt the soft touch upon her rump, her eyes turned to where the basket was, a small ivory muzzle was pressed against her rump, a pale gold blaze running up it. "Oh my...It seems she waited for you.." She looked back to Blake with a soft smile..

Blake nuzzled Chepi softly before turn to look at the basket for a moment with such a curious look on his face that he looked more like a colt than a stallion at that moment. Head lowered, he took a step forward till he coud put himself nose to nose with the little ivory and gold muzzle that was poking out of the basket. Nickering softly, he urged her to emerge with as much love as if she was his child by birth, of his own blood for all intents and purposes in his opinion it was already the case. Pressing his nose against hers lightly, he chuffed gently before pulling back to see what she'd do.

Her little nose wiggled a bit before a giggle echoed out, with a toss of her head her lid came flying off. Amber eyes gleamed happily as she gazed up at the face that was before her, such caring eyes. She wiggled around in her basket as she whined to him.
Chepi rose to her hooves and came beside Blake, she smiled very happily. The little one had made it after all, she leaned against him with sigh. She knickered to the little filly as she lowered her own muzzle to give her new daughters cheek a nuzzle.

Blake couldn't of been a more proud father than he was a the moment that the little filly was fully revealed to his loving gaze. He turned his gaze for a moment to watch Chepi stand, her exhaustion even more evident than it had been earlier but he couldn't quite bring himself to ruin the moment by urging her to rest at such a grand moment as this. Satisfying himself with supporting her weight for the moment, he lowered his head once more to nibble lightly at his daughter's mane, hoping to hear that cute giggle again. "Welcome to the family, little one..."

Her wings popped open, giving her a slight start, with a snort she looked back and forth between her wings towards her parents, back to her wings. She shook her head and decided it was time to stand up, with a soft grunt she let her rump pop into the air, back legs wobbling slightly as her front end was still curled up in the basket.
Chepi giggled softly herself, she was indeed tired, but oh so happy. She nuzzled Blakes cheek with a soft smile her eyes went back to the little filly,
"Yes welcome.." She cooed softly, her eyes moved back to Blake. "What shall we name her?" she asked with a glance to the sunset colored filly.

Blake startled a little to see the wings, but it wasn't in horror just that it wasn't what he'd been expecting. That lead of course the question of what had he been expecting, and he had no answer to that. Putting his head back down, he nuzzled her again, nickering gently that all was still well and watched as she tried to stand. With her rump in the air and wings spread, he couldn't help but chuckle a little in amusement and nuzzled Chepi in return. "She is so beautiful....Name?" His face went blank for a moment as he tried to think of one that would fit, before a amuzed smile returned to his face. "Don't tell me you've been calling her "Hey You!" all this time.... "

Chepi laughed softly and shook her head, "No, I've been calling her Zarimunia.." She looked to Blake, "I think Hey you would have caused her to try and wiggle away..shes so full of life already." She sighs happily and nuzzles her mate.
The little filly finally rose up right, her head tilted to the side as she watched the pair before her, she could feel in her bones that they were her parents, she knickered out to them both as she and the basket toppled forward in one ungracious heap.

"Zarimunia?" Blake considered that for a moment as he gazed lovingly upon his new daughter. "I like it...it's as beautiful and exotic as she is...Woah!" It was right then that the basket toppled over with her standing in it. Concerned he stepped forward to nuzzle Zari, make sure she was okay, and tickle her while he was at it.

"Oh my!" Chepi's eyes widened as she stepped forward as well, she nudged the basket off and nuzzled their new bright eyed little girl, she sighed with relief as she could see all was well.
A giggle echoed out as she stared up at her father, she tilted her head to the side for a moment before laughing as she was then tickled, Zarimunia was her name eh? Well, she liked it. She cooed in trumpet as she wiggled back up to her hooves, she fluttered her wings.

Just then Blake had an odd thought as he watched Zari flutter her wings after standing up again. "Who's going to teach her to fly?" he asked, looking at Chepi in a sort of horror that he couldn't do such a thing, lacking wings as he did. He even looked at each of his sides just to make sure in his amnesia that he didn't have any of his own that he might of forgotten about.

"My two legger has another in her care, she has lace touched wings. She could do it.." She couldnt help but keep smiling, she was so happy. But so very tired as well, she didnt have wings to boast about either, but it didnt change anything. Zari was their little girl.
She yawned as she made her wobbly way to her parents, nuzzling Blakes leg before rubbing her cheek against Chepi's as well, smiling she cooed at her parents before another big yawn poke its head out. She was tired.

Blake was about to ask other questions, regarding what to do if she got a boyfriend or pregnant and all sorts of other things that had no bearing on poor Zari right then, when he saw her yawn so sleepily and all his worries went away for a time. They were together now, they were a family...and that's all that mattered in this moment. The fatigue of his travels set in finally, and he realized just how tired he wsa himself and yawned in echo. "Perhaps Zari is right, dear...we should rest. The evening has come, night will soon be here, and heaven nows how tired from this we all are" He lay down leaving room for him mate and daughter, wanting nothing mroe in that moment than to snuggle them both as he fell asleep.

She found nothing to say in protest, she just nodded her head and curled her legs under her frame as she nestled against her heart, she rested her head on his back as she looked to Zari. "Zarimunia..its time to sleep now..Come here love." She cooed softly at the little winged filly.
At the sound of her name, her ears perked up. With another yawn, she wobbled her way to her parents, finding a perfect little nook between both giant Soquili's she nuzzled her fathers shoulder as she then lowered her head and rested it under her mothers mane with a happy sigh.

Fate Works in Funny Ways
(PM RP between me and Doodle p***s heart )
Lady Mirage Earlier, Kama had been contemplating fate as he'd stared into his reflection in the small beaver pond he'd found that day while exploring the land. He'd stared into his watery depths for quite some time wondering about the future and what it held. Was it planned in advance? Did he even have a choice in what would happen? Or was the future something that was written and changed by every choice we made? This thought made him imagine how when he was born, his life perhaps was like a straight line, no deviations, but soon as his first choice came, it split into another path, and each choice thereafter doing the same until...well...basically inifinity took over. He could see how even in his short life span, things could of been different if he'd just made another choice at any one time since his birth.
He explored such thoughts for a time until his stomach awoke him back to the harshness of reality. He grazed along the water's edge for a time, letting his thoughts wonder were they may taking him on a nice mental journey through space, time and alternate realities and if they even existed.
His appetite satiated for the moment, he decided to back wandering through the woods beyond the pond. He'd felt so good that there was a bit of a bounce to his step as he thought that he was meeting fate head on...who knew what lay beyond the pond and the trees? Encountering some low brush, he looked to see if there was an easier way to get past it, and then decided to just barrel through it. Now...he regretted that idea. He was hopelessly stuck, his tail ensnared in the branches keeping him from going forward or back, mane totally messed up with bits of twigs and leaves sticking out every which way and all his thrashing seemed to make it only worse. Great. He SO hoped no one would see him in this condition...specially not a mare! Doodle p***s "Come now Audra..." Zarimunia mused at her younger sister, she was quiet happily with both her siblings and their sudden growths into adulthood. She pawed at the earth slightly, she'd gotten their mothers long mane, and by the gods did it love to get into her eyes, she blew at her long bangs with annoyance for the millionth time that day, she shifted her wings and watched her sister make her way towards herself, her ears caught the sound of branches being russled.
Now she regreted not bringing Sin with him, but they were two adult mares, they could handle this."Dont get your feathers in a bunch." Her thick sultry voice rang out as she made her way to her sisters side, they looked as different as could be, but there was no doubt they were infact sisters of the heart. "Im not in the rush to see the world you seem to be.." She teased her sister as she too suddenly heard the sound, "Oooh, lets go see.." She giggled and with that was off making her way towards the stuck stallion, a gleam in her eyes danced as she paused a few feet away from him. "Oh my.." She smirked teasingly.
"Dont you...damnit Audra!" Zarimunia hissed slightly as she raced off to catch up with her sister, she may not be in the rush, but she sure loved to rush off without a first thought of the danger of the land. Coming up beside her sister, she couldnt help but giggle at the stallion. "Need some help?" she asked. Lady Mirage Kama stopped tugging and stared stupidly at the two mares before him. What he wouldn't give to just be able to...well...be doing anything but standing here looking like the world's biggest village idiot. His face turning a beat red, he forgot for a moment that he was stuck and tried to hide his face, but the thick bramble prevented that and reminded him of his situation. "My...uh...t-tail's stuck..." he manged to spit out, aware of how idiotic he seemed right then. Poor Kama, for all his smarts, he sure had lousy luck.
