"That would be them..." Alturious chuckled a bit, rolling his shoulders as he waitied for Tamrin to show back up. "He doesn't usually take long... I just hope he doesn't bring left overs..."
When Tamrin returned, he did indeed have left overs, but his face was thankfully clean of any possible blood. He had half a rabbit, the top half, tied to look like a bag, but you could tell that it was still... well... warm. He flashed a few quick signs to Alturious.
Saw motion; One or more; Might be watching; Up to you.
Alturious nodded slowly, then let his eyes lazily wander about the edge of the beach where the treeline lay.
"Tamrin says we're being watched... He thinks..."

Grendell nodded, sure this guy wouldn't pose a big problem, "I feel the same, I support my brother, thats what family does after all, but its not my goal. I train to get stronger, but I have no desire for the troubles of ruling." If her brother did win, and did take over the isle, she'd continue to help, but be more the willing to have no power, but the respect owed to her because of who he brother was.
Looking to him, she responded to Devyn taking about how Alty talked to Cala. Considering she didn't wanted to be treated like that herself, she told him, "As you say, to each their own. Cala must like or respect it. I on the other hand, well he knows better." After beating Alty in practice she was sure he knew better and thought better of her to try and yell to get his way
She took one look at what Tamrin was carrying and looked else where. She was not weak stomached, but had no need to stair at other people's food.
Turning back to Devyn, she was about to hit on him more when her brother spoke. The seducing look that she was putting on vanished and she looked hard to the tree line, wishing for her morningstar. "Well then, lets see if he is right and what kind of peepers we have." Walking towards the tree line, she had absolutely no fears about what might be there lurking.

Cala chuckles looking over at the other two "I'm a solider, and beside I'm use to being talk to liek that. Been like that my whole life." with a shrug she glance towards the treeline herself. If they were being watched then let them. Unwrapping her bladed whip she snapped it against the ground for a moment.
Comos frowns seeing the girl move towards him, stepping out from behind the tree he held his hands up "I don't mean any harm. I'm a friend, or um...well family..." he glance towards Cala, concern on his face.
Cala seem to pale until she was almost a purple gray. Dropping the whip she didn't speak, all she could do is stare at Comos in shock. She couldn't believe it, nor was she trying to.

Grendell looked at her a moment, thinking she was absolutely crazy. However, she shrugged it off and keep moving towards where their stalker was. If Cala was a solider, she was a general or flat out mercenary only she wasn't fighting for money, it was for her family. If she wasn't related to Alty, or on his side, she would be someone he'd have to worry about. It always made her wonder just what were the guardian’s thinking?
A man popped out from where he was hiding. As he talked, she quickly realized this was something for Cala to deal with, not her, so she lightly swaggered back to Devyn, intending to go back to flirting unless this guy proved to be too big of a problem for Cala to handle and Alty needed her help.

Devyn practically had to tear his eyes away from what Tamrin was holding. It wasn't the rabbit itself, but the beautiful red liquid dripping slowly...
No! He was stronger than this! He wouldn't let the hunger control him! Clenching both his fists and his jaw, he set his eyes on the latest distraction...an odd looking male Pae'il that had emerged from the forest.
While Devyn still felt completely out of the loop with this group, he was still enjoying himself more than he ever had anywhere else before. Yeah, he had no idea who here was connected to who or how...but it was something new. Something interesting.
"So," he greeted Grendell's return. "What's the deal with this guy? Or do you know him? She certainly seems to," he nodded his head towards Cala. Seems the connecting web of this group was about to reach a whole new level of complication.

Tamrin shrugged and titled his head back, placing the last half of the rabbit in his mouth he worked his jaw a little to get it to fit, then swallowed. He kept his eyes closed and his his mouth slightly open as the rabbit worked it's way down his gullet. Then, licking his lips, he looked to the new arrival. Now he was fed, so he wouldn't have to worry about eating for awhile.
Alturius watched for a moment, his hand going to his chin as he waited to see how this would go down. Obviously Cala knew the man, and the man claimed he knew Cala, so he couldn't be all that bad. Well that's what he thought he'd said... Since he wasn't related to him, and he was looking at Cala.

Looking to the guy, Grendell wasn't sure what to think of him. However, he knew Cala, and if her brother trusted her like that, then she'd wait for something to happen to do anything. Out of the corner of her eye, she saw Tamrin eat the rest of the rabit. That was enough to nearly make her lose her lunch. Her eyes quickly went to Devyn. She now answered his question, "I have no idea who that guy is." Her sholders gave a bit of a shurg and she split her attention between the unknown male and Devyn, as well as glance at her brother everyonce in a while.

Comos chuckles seeing the look on Cala's face, it was the same look she made as a child everytime he used his power. Relaxing against his staff he smiles towards Cala "You haven't changed Little Light, still trying to acting tough." pushing his hair from his face he frown for a moment before he held his hand out in front of him.
There was a ripping sound before what was a small black hole appeared in front of him. Stepping towards it he halfway inside for a moment only to grab a rubberband from his home. Pulling his hair up he wavy his hand again making it vanish "So care to introduce me?"
Cala glares at Comos for a moment before he face softened. With a nod she glances over at the other "Alturious, Grendell, Tamrin, and Devyn. This is my older brother Comos, the space fae. He the one that vanish about six months ago to search for his lover." turning back towards Comos she frowns looking him over.
She could tell even though he was smiling he wasn't happy, she knew him well enough as he helped her learn to speak proper english. It was in his eyes, he looked empty. He wasn't himself even if he was pretending to be.
Bowing at the waist he smiles "Its a pleasure to meet you all mi'lord and mi'ladies." he was still much of the old ways, he showed everyone with respect.

Grendell listened mildly to the conversation but wasn't really paying attention until she was introduced. Looking to the strange male pae, it made more sense to know he was her brother. The lover story nearly made her roll her eyes. No lover was that good that she'd go searching for them for any length of time.
The bow caught her off guard though her continence did not falter. It was about time people bowed to her, though she really didn't expect anyone to show respect like that. In return, she tilted her head slightly to acknowledge the statement and actions.

A 'brother,' eh? Another one of those strange words. Though, 'family' was a word he understood...sort of. Apparently, these strange words were special terms for particular members of a family that described the relationships between the Pae'il being discussed. And apparently, those terms could be different for a Pae'il, depending on who the speaking or second Pae was.
Confusing.
Hearing his name, Devyn quickly dropped the train of thought and looked back at the male. Comos, eh? He was slightly unnerved watching the guy reach into what appeared to be a hole in the air itself, but he hid any surprise before it could show on his face. Giving only a slight nod in return, he casually replied, "Err...yeah, a pleasure..."
Were all meetings this awkward between Pae'il...or was it just him?

Alturius bowed, and low at that, almost matching Comos if not beating him in paralleing the ground. "It's a pleasure to meet you Sir Comos," He said, his voice oozing respect like it was on tap. Obviously, Atlturius was either playing the man... Or he had massive respect for his elders.
You be the judge.
Tamris just shrugged and looked around. The man to him, did not present a threat at all, since he wasn't really all that worried. His hand moved quickly though, over the block of steel in his hand, rendering it into a complete orb.

Devyn raised an eyebrow as he shot Alturius an odd look. Why was everyone talking funny all of a sudden? And bending over to look at the ground? Had they lost something and were looking for it? Something told him that that wasn't the answer.
Not that a lot of the things these other Pae'il were saying and doing made much sense.
He had the distinct feeling that he'd missed something.

Grendell's eyes widened a bit and an eyebrow raised as her brother bowed and spoke with such respect. She, however, would not follow his example if he wasn't to show enough respect to choak a horse, then fine with her. Why was the question, what game was he going to pull. Pulling that load of hores manure had to be for something.
She spoke very lightly under her breath, 'I'd love to get out of here, find something more fun to do then watch my brother act.' It was a suggestion, spoken only so Devyn had a chance of hearing it. Unlike her brother, she was a want to be player without the experince to back it up.

Devyn's ear twitched slightly and he shot a discreet glance towards Grendell. "You too?" he muttered, smirking coolly. To be honest, he was starting to feel a bit intimidated by this many Pae'il at once...and all with their own complicated relationships that he didn't understand. He felt like the odd man out, so to speak, and it would be a relief to get away for a while and regain his composure.
Of course, having no experience of his own, Devyn had no idea exactly what type of 'fun' Grendell had in mind. He figured he was up for anything at this point, however. Today was a learning experience and the boy was taking full advantage of his father's absence.
Undetected by any of the gathered Pae'il, a non-descript, low-lying shrub watched carefully from the edge of the forest. As much as he knew he needed to let Devyn grow up and make his way on his own, Saffron just couldn't seem to tear himself away. For verbally rejecting his forced role as a father for so long, he certainly didn't act like the irresponsible child he claimed to be.

Grendell gave Davyn a glace, smiling nicely in almost a grin, here was her chance. Looking to her brother and the others, speaking again very lowly, "Then lets go somewhere more secluded, they probably won't even notice." She tried working a seducing undertone, but it didn't sound any where good enough listening to herself talk. She had practiced purrs and other sounds on her own, but hadn’t worked very hard on seducing, she had no one to practice on. Taking a glance to her brother and the others, she turned and stared to walk back down the beach, her hips rolling from one side to the other as she swaggered a bit.
