he wasn't actually dead . . . just kidnapped and trapped in the underworld-ish place. See if he was actually dead, he couldn't come back, like Governer Swann was actually dead and he couldn't come back. Jack, not really dead, even though he thought he was.

Personally I'm a fan of like the "common man" super hero's. Like Batman who is a normal guy who can fight and has lots of cool stuff. I don't like Superman bc: 1. He has like all the super powers (not fair) and 2. His secret identity is him wearing glasse (lame).
