Batou could imagine the dollar - well not dollar but value - signs popping in Mistress' eyes should she learn about this. Batou had a feeling that she already had, or was close.

"Well, I'd balk at ingesting poisons, but if it's a family tradition, I suppose I can't say anything," he replied with a grin. "I wonder if I tried it would it work for me?" he mused aloud.

"Oh yeah!" he suddenly said, reminded by her explanation. "Your family. We could definitely arrange for one of our genin squads to find them." He looked at Sensei expectantly, but the man shrugged.

"Don't look at me," he said, almost in a friendly tone. "I just became sensei. And my students hate me already. Don't expect any favours from them." He said it as if it was a fact of life.

Vesimine laughed at Sensei's words. "Well technically yes Batou you could also learn to absorb poisons but it is a very delicate and dangerous art. You see every person's immune system is different so it can except poisons at different rates. For example, where as you might only be able to handle half a miligram of Foxglove to absorb it, I took almost three whole miligrams when I absorbed it. Then there is the problem of not taking enough and so you actually don't build up an immunity for it. It can be a big problem. I have a very high natural immune system - it was gained from my mother who causiously ingested poisons and herbs while pregnant with me. There are a few poisons because of this that I have always been completely immune to. On top of that my family also teachs some of its children how to properly identify poisons and other toxic substances when most others can't find them." She smiled slightly, before musing aloud. "One of the worst things you can do is ingest a mixture of two poisons you have no prior experence with. Its quite often the last thing you ever do...and its not a very peaceful way to go." She shook her head as if to scoff at a child's foolish behavior and not a death dealing situation.

[... I just realised that Batou forgot to order rofl ]

Of course there was more to the art than at first glance.

"I see..." he said, fingering his chin thoughtfully. "All I can just say is, wow..." He was amazed by this girl's maturity and knowledge, although he was by no means surprised.

Then he was struck by the lack of food in front of him. "Oh..." Batou said as it finally clicked and Sensei snickered. "This is quite embarrassing..." The waiter had been hovering around still waiting for Batou's order. "Well, I'd like martini please. And takoyaki!" The octopus balls were his favourite food. (OOC: Damn that sounded wrong..)

Taking this opportunity to break into the conversation, Sensei finally looked up from his yakisoba and asked Vesimine, "So, feeling nervous about tomorrow? Any questions? Although you seem like a smart girl."

"Yes actually I was wondering at the ages of the other students. You see this would be my first time ever doing this type of training so I'm a little worried about how old I would be incomparrison to the other students with my knowledge. I would assume that the older students would know more then me." She said more then a little concerned about how much older she would be then her classmates.

She took another sip of her drink and breathed deeply as she calmed her worries slightly by trying to smell the foxglove underneath the over powering scent of raspberry. Her eyes closed as she sat back trying to make herself comfortable in present company. Vesimine was honestly not quite sure why she was tense in the first place but mentally shrugged it off in favor of waiting for an answer.

"Oh well.." Sensei said putting his hands to his chin in a thoughtful gesture. "How old are you? You seem twelve or thirteen! In which case, you'd be around the same age as the students. Although one student is 8, and a couple more are 11. Don't worry, everyone in the class is on the same level," he reassured her.

The food and drink arrived, and Batou wolfed down his takoyaki, but civilisedly of course. He was evidently quite hungry. Pretty soon he was finished with it, and had already drunk half of his martini. He gave Sensei a look, indicating the time, and he nodded.

"It's getting late," Sensei continued, pushing away his plate of noodles that was oh my god finally finished. "I hear you're living in the apartments. Want me to escort you there? After all the drinks are finished, of course."

"Mmmm," Vesimine hummed softly as she smiled, she was happy with the answer she recieved and content with the silence. Feeling completely relaxed in the company of these men she lifted her drink to her lips, cocked her head back, and chugged the last of her Daiquiri. She placed it down on the table licking her lips and nodded. "I'd like it very much if you would escort me, thank you."

(OOC) I think she is like 12 to 13 so...*Shrugg*

Batou wondered how many drinks it would take to build a complete immunity to the poisons as he finished his glass of martini. Raising an eyebrow, Sensei reached for his cup of sake and downed it as well, then got up.

"Well,"
he said, "time to go. Oh my," he said suddenly, although it was in a totally calm tone, "I forgot to tell you the time academy starts. Which is 8. So be within the building by then, or I'll make your punishment harsh." This was stated quite matter-of-factly, as if he had not just dined with the girl. "There's a reason all my students hate me, you know. Well, shall we go?"

Batou got up as well. "Bye, Fuyu-san," he said with one last grin. "I live the other way, near the Witch Market, so I have to take the boat, and all. See you, hopefully soon." He decided to wait for the two to start walking, though, before he would leave as well.

"Bye Batou, it was nice to see you again and thank you for dinner." Vesimine said sweetly as she turned with Sensei to leave. "I'll be on time I'm sure. So where to?" She stared up at Sensei with complete patents and smiled.

(OOC) My character smiles a lot...but I'm pretty sure she's not always happy...

[Lol! I see! At least she's not like Hatsuyuki XDD She goes from a cold voice to a sincere smile in like 2 seconds ._. XD]

Nodding, Batou turned and left.

"Just walk with me Fuyu-san," was the reply that she got. "The apartment complexes are north from the main square, so all we have to do is walk straight. Do you know where the academy is?" Sensei asked her as they started to walk..

[exit, to Witch Market or Housing Complex (or whatever the name was)]

"No I don't know where the acadamy is." Vesimine replied as they left the tavern.

[[Enter - Sanabi]]

Sanabi strolled into town from the beach, looking up at the moon and clouds. He made his way through the streets and back alleys, and eventually found a run down old shack that used to be the beautiful home of his family. Now, with its weather stained and beaten exterior, mostly caved in roof, and overgrown plantlife, it looked like something that was from another age or time period. But somehow it remained a home, and he charished it as the last remaining keep sake from his family, other then his riped up cat doll which somehow still existed through the many years of frustrated beatings it would recive to vent Sanabi's anger.

Sanabi strolled through the barely existant doorway, that creeked and strained every time a strong wind blew by. Sanabi made his way across the rotted familly room, that now had a hole in the floor that kept going into the basement. Sanabi thought back to when it first broke through and he had fallen to his painfull broken leg. He made his way up the dangerous stairs to the second floor, where he stuburnly refuses to move from.

He avoided the weak boards that made up the floor and stayed close to the wall, where it was more stable. He eventually made it to his room, and made his way to the closest, which was the only place in the house he kept up on. He always checked the supports for that part of the ouse, and judged it safe so he continued to live there.

He slid open the paper door and lit the oil lantern above his bed, hung on a coat hanger from the cieling. On the flour-sack bed, waited his stuffed kitten named, Gregory. He ploped down next to it and stroked it, like it was real. "Gregory... You would not believe my day! It's been amazing!..."

Sanabi then went about telling the entire day's events to te stuffed cat, and eventually sighed, turning off his lamp, and falling asleep.

The mist was extremely thick today. He didn't know if that was bad or good, but either way it seemed though something might go wrong. He knew not of the mistresses true ability and with two enemies of good strength living here he was in trouble.

[Oh my! Who are Karite's enemies? Karite Wolvine and..
Tategami Hiro? o.O Are they related?]

From within the mists stepped out a masked Kirigakure ANBU. He glanced at the foreigners and spoke. It was all done in a very fluid motion, and the voice that came out was detached and calm, but not maddeningly so. This ANBU was obviously their social representative.

"State your name and purpose please. What would ninja of your caliber be doing away from Sunagakure?"

Sanabi awoke, and glanced out at the growing sunlight pouring in through the window which actually was not there, it had been boarded up everal times over, and only a few cracks alowed the light to pass through. Sanabi stretched, and held his little stuffed cat close, and looked out into his home, wipeing away the spiderwebs the local insects decided to so delacately weave in while he was in his unconsious state. He reached up and grabed the only clothing set he owned. They were sort of cleanly, because he had made the effort to clean them the morning before.

He quickly dressed, and headed out of his house, into the cool foggy morning. He stumbled through the streets, and stoped by the local bakery, where the owner so graciously gave him a biscut for breakfast. He was one of the few people in the viliage that showed him compasion. Sanabi thanked him, which was all he could give him in return. With that he was on his way to school, smiling with each bite of the warm fresh biscut.

He followed many back alleys, which he knew quite well. He was getting close to the accademy, when he glanced over and saw an ANBU speaking with a stranger. It wasn't far off, and he could tell the other man was not from around there, "A stranger, interesting. Wonder what he did to gather the attention of the ANBU."

Sanabi couldn't help but be suspisious, and curious, so he quickly looked around for a good place to get a vantage point. He noticed a nearby building had a ladder to the roof, and it was closer to the two men. He ran across the street, and moved as silently as posible to the lader, and climbed up, and ended up within some earshot. Though he tried his best to stay hiden. ((Karite meant Rei. xD Rei doesn't get along well with Karite and Hiro.))

Kirigakure was known for its thick mist but...was it really supposed to be this thick? Touzoku sighed as Kousei was unable to track even from the skies, so she had settled back down onto his shoulder. He shifted slightly, his long, black overrobe flowing with the slightest movement. A voice rang out...belonging to a masked Kirigakure ANBU. Go figures.

"Bah. I would give you my codename but since I don't have one... It's Touzoku, nice to meet you." Though his mongoose mask and his hood was on, thus completing covering his expression, Touzoku's voice was cheerful...even somewhat friendly. Rei would probably wonder why the hell Touzoku just willingly gave his name to a foreign shinobi... And without hesitation too.

"We have business with Mistress and would like to request a meeting with her. What, or why, we cannot tell another but her."
