a period to me is just a horrible nusience that i think nothing really of, other then the fact that its the worst thing about being a woman.

its lousy, and if i just make it end forever i would.
i am actually thinking about in the future getting my tubes tied so it stops, im set on adopting anyway. im thinking of waiting till im 23 to really consider it.

When i'm "having my red lady" as my grandmother used to say (XD), I end up craving salty snacks and being more thirsty. (Probably because of said snacks XDD). It also makes lolita a bit more annoying since i'm always paranoid about it. I haven't had a stain yet ~knocks on wood~, but I would definitely use tampons if you plan on staying fluffy during your red lady. XD A lot of my friends just forsake the fluffy until it's done though, which is probably safer. biggrin

I have kind of bad cramps,but I have advil on me at all times,so I'm cool.The horrible part is my emotions!when I'm in a good mood,I'm just like a cat in heat(without the '******** me' part sweatdrop ),I must have snuggles and love and attention galore.When that is not provided,I'm an overemotional wreck.

Generally it doesn't affect my mood at all unless I have cramps - in which case I'm unhappy because of the pain. Mine are really irregular and random which gets really annoying because I can't predict it. I usually don't wear Loli that week because I'm generally not in the mood to stand out. If I am, I like to wear a tampon and a pad just in case.

I get really really bad pains so I take midol it doesn't work for an hour but once it kicks in man....I want to cry from happiness. Heat also works so you could try that. They have these heat pads that you just take it from the package stick it at the top of your underwear. (Wear the waist band sits usually) and wala instant relief. Usually it doesn't effect my mood though...i'm actually really happy or so I've been told. -_-' I think its just because I feel bad if I snap at people. crying I did that to my friend once I felt so bad.

omg like veryone has horrible pains? that is so weird to me! everyone i know is super jelous of me because i never get cramps except maybe 3 times in my life! so whenever i have my period i don't really notice till i go to the bathroom then i'm like oh ya! i forgot. lol. and it only lasts like 3 or 4 days and its really not barley anything on the 3rd and 4th days. so hate me everyone, you know you want to!

Well, a way to relate it to lolita, is being afraid to wear lolita while you're on your period? I don't know. xD I'm always worried about those sorts of things anyway.
But yes. Being a girl does suck as far as those things go. D:
Menopause will be something I can look forward to (at least once its over), even though it is far away.
Bah. I don't need my period. I shouldn't be allowed to have children anyway. D<

My knees hurt me so bad when Im due for my period and just like most girls my back feels like I just got hit by five trucks and a gernade went off in my stomach. Most of the time I'll ease them with Pills and sleep. My periods are hell on earth for me, but atleast I can have children when I marry. heart
Wearing lolita while on my period is a major pain, Im always afraid of blood getting on my petticoat somehow gonk

Am I the only one on here who doesn't get cramps ever when her period starts? xD; It's weird, but I'm thankful for it. I don't go into mood swings when I'm on my period, either.
