Tagra Nar Ya know... I wouldn't mind trying out DMing, except I have none of the books and barely any grasp on the system. xd Plots and the like I could try. Be good exercise for writing. The SRD link i posted gives you enough to play the game or even DM it. The books are just for extras and cool stuff. Speaking of which i have several gigs worth of PDF books lying around, anyone want a copy of dungeonscape? EDIT: WHEN ARE Y'ALL ON AIM, ANYWAY? CHAT ME! hmn. 4d6k3 basic game, or 40-point buy gestalt high power game?

....I'm around, hit me at MartyrOfHope when I'm at work (8-6 EST) or Asal Skulltaker when I'm at home (the rest of the time).
I may not answer, but I'll try.
Any rules disputes I can at LEAST help with. I've been around long enough to be able to give a good idea of what's going on.
And frankly, if you want to do the story-part, Tagra, I'm all for it. In my mind, the DM has to pay more attention to the story than to the crawling, that's what makes RPing RPing. xd

We could divide the responsibilities and have Tagra concentrate on story while I keep track of the messy numbers and obscure rules.
I have PDF books, if anyone wants to take a look. SRD gets boring after a while, and I want to play Unseen Seer or Sublime Chord.

Okay, while tagra is busy preparing to dazzle us all with his brilliant Campaign Anyone here not familiar with D&D and who wants in, please contact me. I;m going to run a short mini-campaign designed to familiarize new players with D&D.
Just tell me what kind of character you think you would like, and i will help you formulate a basic build.
So when is everyone free?
