It isn't the Mark of the Beast...If you think about it, they are just another technological advancement created by mankind. An experimental thing, if you will.

I don't really think that the chips themselves are the Mark of the Beast - what we're talking about is will the chips be used as the mark in the future. I think it's very possible.

Satan is a very trick person and I bet the markis going to slip in unknotice. When know before Jesus returns there must first be a falling away. So Satan will fool most of the church. 2 Thessalonians 2 tells us about the falling away.

My assumption is that if such computer chips are the mark of the beast, it will be long after they have been integrated into society as normal (an idea which I personally find disgusting anyways). So it's not like the antichrist is gonna come out suddenly and say "Hey, I've got this new technology" - it will have already been around. Otherwise, it wouldn't fool quite as many Christians - and like rockmanx said, there's supposed to be a falling away.
