Kazuki blushed harder and fidgetted.
"Well I was imagining our lands full of foxes. Us watching from our place with our kits running around..." He looked awya feeling very nervous now and continued to walk. Tehy reached the border in no time. It seemed that they didnt share it with any other foxes.

Ari grinned, and licked Kazuki's cheek.
"It'll be nice, once the tribe grows. Almost all of our members are mated, so hopefully we'll get lucky in the upcoming mating season." Ari put a bit of emphasis on "we", meaning not only the tribe, but himself and Kazuki, too.
Ari started walking along the border slowly, looking for anything out of place, and sniffing for any strange scents. Which there were none, which was how it should be. No one outside of the tribe had any reason to be here, after all.

Kazuki blushed a deep shade of red knowing clearly what Ari meant. He smiled though and then wqent to work sniffing at the grass and along the path.
"Nothing to note here.." He looked up over at Ari and smiled. It seemed that their borders where safe and well taken care of. They shared no borders with other tribes which was well.

"I haven't seen anything unusual, either." There were the scents and marks of wild animals, but other than that, no signs of any other living things. Good. Ari wasn't quite sure what he would do if he found out that there were trespassers on Lunarie lands.
Of course, the borders weren't very obviously marked, but there were still some markings. A scratch on this tree, scent on another...Ari hoped the other foxes would be smart enough to figure out what that meant.

Kazuki looked up when the wind blew by and he reconized a fasmiliar scent. He looked off into the distance.
"Though Rendo was wrong abotu us sharing a border with the Kana Tribe we are still pretty close..." He had not realised but it was possible that good numbers of miles down that way was the Kana Tribe. Though he couldn't be sure.

"Of all the tribes to be stuck next to..." Ari didn't have anything against the Kana members personally, but they definitely weren't the sort to be trusted, either. With a whole tribe of foxes that bad tempered, he doubted the Kana foxes would keep to themselves for long. He hoped he was just being paranoid, thinking that the Kana foxes would try doing...something to their lands, but he found it all too easy to imagine the other tribe trying something evil on Lunarie lands.

Kazuki laughed and shook his head.
"My sister is there. I think the only thign bad they do is mainly to each other. They seem to have some what of a respect for family but other then that they just love to mess with each other." Kazuki chuckled to him self. Sure he sister would lash out but she mainly liked to toy with people. As did her son Odin, who is his Newphew. The worse part is while sadly he and Ari didn't get to bare kits Tanith did and is expecting a litter of six.

((Nuuu, now I need to add all of those Kana foxes into Ari and Sigal's family trees. *flails* Silly in-law-ness.))
"As long as they mess with each other on their own lands, then, I guess it won't be so bad." Kazuki said he had family in Kana, so Kazuki ought to know what it was like there.
Wait. Kazuki had a sister? Ari couldn't remember Kazuki ever mentioning anything like that to him.
"What's your sister's name?"

Kazuki nodded sighing.
"They are a rough bunch. Then tend to judge others rather quickly and bicker among themselves quite often.." He chuckled remembering a few things his sister told him. Like about her mate and how they fell for each other.
"Oh and her name is Tanith." Kazuki glanced at Ari and smiled.
"Sorry I never mentioned her. We arent very close. More like we meet up once in a while to chat but nothing else."
((MWUHAHA! I need to work on their journal...^.^;; ))

"Ah." Well, that explained it, then. Ari didn't quite like the idea of having a sister-in-law from the Kana tribe, but as long as he didn't ever meet her face to face, he thought he would be fine.
"While we're on the topic of family, have you ever met my sister, Rina?"
((So how much will I have to add into Ari's journal? Just Tanith being sister-in-law? In normal situations (as in, not Jitka's crazy scary family tree) how far do those things go? The spouse of an in-law? Do the in-laws kids get counted? I don't want Ari to have a huge family like Jitka!))

Kazuki faced Ari thinking for amoment and then nodded.
"I believe I did vaguely as a kit." He paused again to think on it more.
"Is she not the oen who wanted the corset piercing?" Kazuki glanced over at Ari believe that was his mates sister.
((You could just put that Tanith is linked to Kazuki thats all no need to link the whole famil unless you just want to put her kids but I feel its no need))

"Yeah. I wonder if Sigal decided she wanted to get a corset piercing to be like her Aunt Rina..." Or maybe if Sigal decided she didn't want to join the Lazuli Tribe, she wold follow Rina around. Ari could see those two getting along rather well. But then, Rina seemed to be able to get along well with just about everyone. She was even friends with Cygnus, and Ari didn't know of a single fox other than his sister who could get along with that one. Which, Ari supposed, didn't mean that there weren't any. Just that he didn't know about them.

"It could be..." Kazuki smiled though it looked a bit sad. His mate really seemed to dewl alot on his daughter Sigal. Kazuki understood it was his first daughter but sometimes he worries a lot about Ari and his obession over his daughter.
"You know you shouldn't worry so much, I mean she is an adult now.."

"I know. I suppose it sounds weird, but sometimes...I almost forget that she's all grown up now. It's amazing how fast children grow up, and I keep finding myself thinking of her as younger than she really is. And then I see her, and it's a surprise to see just how old she really is..."
Old enough to leave the tribe, now, whenever she wanted to. Old enough to have a mate. Old enough to have children of her own, the next time breeding season came along. Thinking about possible grandchildren made Ari feel old.

Kazuki noticed Ari's eyes seeming to glaze over in thought. He frowned notcing the trouble looked appear on his face. He sighed his mate was over thinkign things again. He needed to do something. Then he grinned. It was a long shot but he would try it. He lunged forward pouncing on Ari and bit his ear gently tuggign on it growling playfully with a smile.
