Hajari grinned widely, clapping his hands silently together in excitement. This was the first friend he has had over to their apartment at all, and the thought of it made him happy. He wondered what kind of things they could do while he was over.

MoogerMint grinned at Hajari's reaction, glad that the little harpy was being so open to Lester. She watched as the demon called his own mother, wondering what kind of person she was. There wasn't much time to dwell on these thoughts, however, as Lester handed the phone to her. She took a quick glance over the small phone and she decided that she must trust him enough for him to carry a phone around. After all, Hajari wasn't old enough to operate one, but it made her wonder. She just hoped Lester's mother wasn't going to yell at her for the offer. Some parents could be pretty much over-protective of these sort of things. She lifted the phone to her ear and spoke clearly into the phone, "Hello. This is MoogerMint, the guardian of the little friend your son made today." She grinned, even though she knew the other couldn't see it over the phone, "Umm... Lester here fell into the lake when he was trying to reel in a catch, and I offered to bring him to my apartment to dry him off. I can bring him back quickly, if you're worried." She wasn't one to like talking on phones, for you didn't get the effect you wanted unless you really tried, as facing them and talking directly would do, but it was the only way right now.

Hajari continued to smile at Lester, but it was brushed away at the sound of others entering the area. He never thought of it before, but they were in a pretty public place, and the thought that others may come around never graced his mind until it happened. He cringed slightly and wrinkled his nose, running around to hide behind Lester without a second thought.

Avery grinned back, and then gestured to the lake. "Wanna find out? But... if you can, then I don't think I wanna catch 'em... that'd be mean, right? It'd be mean anyway, maybe..."

The little angel, oddly enough, was thinking ahead for once.

Alida blinked, but since the comment hadn't been a scathing remark directed at her, took it in good stead, and smiled at the sourpuss angel before turning to Zuko.

She heard his comment and blinked again, before blushing. She'd never had anyone other than her mom call her pretty before. She glanced down at her skirt and brushed at imaginary dirt for a moment before looking back up. He'd already had his attention captured by the small silver-haired half-breed.

Sybil herself sighed, and let go, making a pouting face. He didn't know how to fish, either? What was with this group of old people? Old people were supposed to know everything.

Then a voice caught her attention, and she looked around. "Who's that?" she wondered aloud, then spotted some woman, and a familiar goat boy.

"Lester!" she said in a delighted voice, and hoped he would hear her. She tugged on Zuko's pants, and pointed. "That's my friend Lester!"

Lester suddenly heard someone calling his name and looked up to see Sybil, the little dragon-like girl was tugging on someones pants and pointing at him, so he grinned and waved back to her, holding his towel with his other hand so it wouldn't fall off, since it was the only thing keeping his wet clothes from the cold wind.

(( rofl Yeah. whee ))

She smiled, nodding excitedly before turning to look at the green haired demon. Aqua smiled again, waving energetically. "Hi Ali!" She laughed brightly, before tugging on Avery's hand to lead him over to the water.

The angel opened her eyes again, glaring at the little runt. "Yes, I'm Sere. ******** off." With that, she slouched down, shutting her eyes again while shuffling to the side a little to avoid the kick that her brother had just aimed at her.

Zuko had tried to kick her with the angel's last phrase, but Sere knew him too well and had moved out of the way. Instead of trying to gag Sere or something, he picked up Sybil, letting her sit on his back like a piggy-back ride, and he turned to Alida with a sheepish smile. "Errm, sorry about that..."

Aqua giggled, helping to pull him backwards by tugging on his shirt. "Maybe 'cus the water's muddy?" She said, before diving in with a small splash, the water hardly moving as her form immediatly disappeared for a moment. She came back up again with a smile, her green hair short and down to her ears as only her head was really solid. "There're fishies, they're jus' down at the bottom."

The angel's only response was to snort, and bundle down closer to the ground, slouching into the tree stump.

Zuko just rolled his eyes, laughing softly as Sybil managed to hug his head, causing him to become essentially blind as her arms blocked his eyes. "I need my eyes to see, sweet." He said, grinning still.

Alida decided finally that she should get Ritsu to move out of the sun. It was warm, true, but even without his fair complexion, he would get burned. Time slipped away while you were sleeping.

She tapped Zuko on the arm, and pointed from herself to Ritsu before smiling and leaving the little group.

She knelt by Ritsu, and touched his hand, causing him to start violently and look about for a moment before realizing who it was.

"Oh! I'm... I'm sorry, Alida, I didn't mean to fall--" he started to say, but was cut off by a shake of the green-haired teen's head and a squeeze of his hand. She would have hugged him, but she wouldn't for the world reveal his curse to others on purpose.

She pointed over to a shade tree, which was nearby the other group, but not too close, and tucked her hands to one side of her face, indicating that he should sleep over there.

Ritsu nodded, and got to his feet. "I wasn't thinking at all, but you're always so much smarter than me, Alida-san..." he trailed off at the shake of a finger she gave him, her way of scolding him when he got too down on himself.

The pair moved over to the tree, Ritsu eyeing the others with some apprehension and moving so that he was hidden behind Alida. The girl just sighed and shook her head, but let him do as he wished. It wasn't as though they were going to jump out and maul him.


Sybil let go of Zuko's head, and instead, held onto her baggy pant legs for balance. "Let's go over by Lester, Zuko! And then we can go learn fishing together! Ali left the bucket behind..." she said, and pointed to the bucket, which had a cover on it, so the bait couldn't be seen until it was off.

MoogerMint nodded her head, as if Martha could see it. "Ahh, okay. I think I know where that is," she murmured as she thought. She was still new around town, recently acquiring an apartment house of her own, but was diligent enough to try and get acquainted with the sights of the city. She did know where the elementary school was, as she was going to send Hajari when he got old enough, so figured she could find the street easily. If not, she always had Lester here to help her out if she got lost! "Hatched, huh? Oh, I think I know you!" she said as an afterthought. She remembered the group that went to rescue the harpies, and remembered that one was just an egg at the time. That must be Rip... "I-I'll be sure to tell him! See you at 8," she said with a grin, flipping the phone shut and handing it back to Lester. "Lester, honey, your mother wanted me to relay something to you. Apparently, your sister, Rip, has hatched! When we get you back home, you'll be able to see her," Moogz said with a wide smile.

Hajari's mouth twisted a bit as he played with his expression nervously. "S-Sybil..." he repeated, trying to familiarize himself with her name in case she came over, which seemed to be likely seeing her enthusiastic chatter to the older demon. His talons on one of his feet dug into the ground as he twisted his foot around a little. "I... I guess not..." he replied to Lester as he informed him that she was harmless. He tried to loosen up his tense and shivering shoulders, once again annoyed with his own shyness. Seeing that she was female, his heart stopped beating so fast, but his palms remained sweaty. After all, he was more used to being around girls, but someone new always frightened him.

As his mother handed Lester back his mobile phone and he heard her tell his friend that Rip had hatched, Hajari's eyes grew wide and his fear was all but forgotten. "Rip?" he chirped, remembering that Lester's harpy sister was also Hajari's own blood-sibling. He let out a squeak of happiness, jumping a few times as his hands still clamped around a few folds in Lester's drenched shirt. "She hatched!"
