Caroline smiles. "Thanks," she says, "When should I come to your wagon?"
Rojiza bounces from Caroline's shoulder to Val's, nuzzling against the latter's neck and cheek, almost purring.

Val petted Rojiza, "Aww, you are so sweet." She aparently had no clue of how hard being a darkling infant was, so innocent and pure."Well as soon as possible really, since we really need to get moving soon. Are you ready now?"

Caroline nods. "Let me just hobble Cornelius so he can't run away, the wee bugger. I'll be right over. Rojiza can stay with you until then." She bobs her head in respect and hurries over to make sure her mule doesn't wander off.
Rojiza chatters happily, as usual, not caring that nobody really understands her.

Val reached in her pouch and pulled out some cashews to feed to Rojiza. Some may suspect this was a sly effort to get her mouth full so she could stay quiet for a bit. "I'll watch her don't worry." Val replied. "Hey Rojiza, cute little thing, wonder what you are going to be like as a baby." Probably a handful, Val thought.

Silver saw Marissa and Caroline speak with Val about their readings. She looked down at Aisrhan gratefully. "Glad we've already done that, ey babe?" Aisrhan made a small hissing sound and giggled, obviously amused with her own noises and not even noticing that Silver had said anything to her. Silver laughed. "We'll have to get you talking soon, you know. Can you say Kesali?" Silver pointed at the horse. Aisrhan's eyes widened a little as she followed Silver's finger and saw Kesali, waiting patiently at the front of the wagon. "Ksss. Sss," she tried, erupting in giggles all over again. Silver chuckled. "Close enough, I guess." Looking up at the little wooden sign over her door that said "Weathered Melody", Silver felt annoyed, yet again. "Maybe we should sit around front with Kesali before I decide to change that thing again, eh?" She sighed irritably and walked around the front of the wagon. She spread her skirts and sat on the ground in front of the horse and let Aisrhan out of the sling to sit with her. She began humming a song as she played with Aisrhan and waited for Val's command to move out.

|XD Yeah, I love my Cornelius. He's sort of inspired by a mule out of a book I read, only his name was Clarence. I may acquire another one for him for some company.|

I'm going to be all time jumpy, this is after Val finishes Rojiza's quest Val came out after finishing up Rojiza's quest. "Time to move on! I will be in front, Phoenixsong next, then Dairervyn, Mountain Air, rhythmique, daggerheld, Varekai, Rusting Canvas, Midst of Autumn, and finally the Weathered Melody in back. Let's all move out!" She went to her wagon, strapped up her horses to the it and waited for the others to be ready.

|Dinna worry about it.|
Caroline, with Rojiza safely inside Mountain Air, hitches up Cornelius. "Come on then, ye great lazy bugger!" She chides when he refuses to move. "Ye've gotten used to layin' about all day--not anymore!" She pulls him and her wagon into her designated slot in front of Rhythmique.

(nuuu! you changed the order *sniffles* tis ok...i like 7 better then 9) Leshya'e excitedly jumped up from the steps of varekai, quickly running inside to tie down anything that needed to be secure. Anezka was down for a nap, so Lesh let her be. She flipped the steps up under the landing and brought Alexander around to harness him up.

((I'm last? whee Alrighty then. blaugh ))
Silver heard Val call the order of the wagons. I'm last? She thought. Well this is new. Silver stood up, dusted off her skirt and put Aisrhan back in her sling. After looking over the wagon one last time, she took Kesali by the halter and led her to the back of the caravan, wagon in tow. She patted the horse on the muzzle. "Well, Val always has her reasons Kes," Silver said with a smile. She stepped up into the seat carefully so as not to disturb Ais. "We're finally leaving, Ais." Aisrhan made a sort of hissing growl and giggled. She was alert and ready to go. Silver's grin faded to a half-smile as she directed her attention to the wagons in front of hers so she wouldn't miss the cue to start moving.

[Mrr, I'm so behind, XD.]
Yuka gladly follows all orders, the sleepy Mitexi keeping her company, either by arm, tail, or shoulder. In all of the excitement of the first move, things go by in a blur for her; later, she'll look back on this nervously and hope she did everything right. Wouldn't want to mess up on the first go..
Mitexi ruffles her feathers, irritated by all the commotion, but settles for a spot between the fur of Yuka's large, fluffy tail, nestling into it comfortably.

"Alright then," Em said to herself, putting the last pin in her oxen's yoke, and crawling up onto the bench. The reins were fastened tightly about the lead pole, and she left them so tied until Pierre was safe in his basket at her side. Then she unwrapped the reins and ya'ed to her oxen to move Daggerheld up behind Rhythmique.
When they were in the caravan, the oxen knew to follow the wagon before them- so Em loosened up on the reins and fastened them about the lead pole once more. Now her arms were free to cradle Pierre and calm him.
