Dist-the-reaper Genbu no miko Marie Fumie Suzuki If only it was true xD I wanna play another Tales of Symphonia game ;__;
But....If they made another Tales of the Abyss game, they should make it a different ending. Like, you can be the God-Generals or something and in the end, Van wins or something XD Sounds most likely to me. It wouldn't really be like a sequel, if they wanted to use musical terminology I guess it'd be called an 'overture'. But I think they'd call it a special if it played out like that. XP
Don't get me wrong, expanding on the God-Generals being the a main point of the game would be very amusing to me. It'd be enough for me to buy it. Running around killing stuff as Arietta or Sync sounds dementedly fun. Fangirl indulgence~ X3
Sadly, if it somehow worked out Van was practically the main character... I really wouldn't want to play as him. It'd be sad to see his percentage at the end of the game. Er, could that be a consideration for them not to make a sequel like that? Judging from the most hated character thread. Oh well. ^ ^" so they'd make Asch the main character because he's the real luke, from the main character luke. yeah... Asch could be the main character! honestly, van's face bugs me out. he's like....pscho. xp
As well, I wouldn't want Van to be the main character owo He's my 2nd hated character xD Mohs comes first though. I hate that b*****d.

Another Tales of Symphonia~! ^w^
I wonder if it'll be better than the first one.
I mean... the first one was good, but I thought it was kinda childish. Not really my favourite game.
I wonder if it'll have Zelos in it too... I heard there were going to be new characters, but some of the old characters would show up...

I think it'll have all the old characters, just not playable. There are only 2 playable characters in the sequel of ToS. [ which sucks D: ]

For those of you asking. There IS a sequel to Tales of Symphonia. Its called "Tales of Symphonia: Knights of Ratatosk". Here's an article about it. It states that it takes place 2 years after Symphonia and the original characters may return, but they wont necessarily be playable. If you look closely to the character Marta, she appears to have a keychain that looks like Mieu! surprised

I wish they'd make a "Tales of the Abyss: Side Asch" type of game, where you can play as Asch and see his side of the story and stuff. And then the god generals would be in your party too... So yeah, it's basically what Mystearika said. xD

....I've never been a fan of sequels to be honest so I don't really listen to rumors or anything like that. If anything: they just make me disappointed =/

Huh, I wonder if I'm the only one who'd be more excited to play as Leggretta or Largo than any of the other God Generals. I mean, come on: Leggretta has guns. GUNS!!! That would be so freaking cool! (I'll probably whore out on playing as Iria and Ricardo when Tales of Innocence comes out 8D) And Largo... Okay, I admit it. Largo would probably suck to play as because he's so freaking slow. I'd only enjoy it just to run around going "Hur-hur, I'm Largo , betch! >:3"

I'd wanna play as Ion!! Screw anybody else! The little *insert bad words* runs around with the party (shut up: I don't care if he's dead now) is the freakin Fon MASTER. MASTER people. HEAD HONCHO! Anyway: he runs around and never does diddly SQUAT!
You realize how awesome he would be? He'd be AWESOME!
We've seen him PASS OUT over these crazy awesome spells! He takes out ... what? a couple WOLVES in the beginning of the game when you first meet him and nearly passes out then too. Overkill much?
I vote Ion. My vote shall not be persuaded.
OR OR: FRINGS! He's be cool too .... but I still vote Ion =DD

Yeah, Ion would be cool to play as if he didn't pass out after every frickin arte he uses. But I'd personally prefer original Ion to fight with.  Need I say more? 8D Especially in the next page, where he like, blows him up. My god, that was COOL. XD Frings is the shiz, yo. :B
