Eyes: green and wide… They shine often and they are quite large
Physical Description: She is very slim and a bit muscular. She is very in shape and very fit. She is very beautiful and she looks very bright on the outside and on the inside. She never wears make up but it could pass as her wearing some and she had a small tattoo on her right arm. She has short hair and her eyes are large green, wide, eyes that shine all the time.
Clothing: Jounin vest, wide neck long sleeve shirt (Its dark red), flaired dark black pants, gloves, green ninja sandals… In general she wears a ton of red and a bit of green.
Background: Growing up with the rest of her clan she always wanted to become a great ninja. So she set fourth to the academy and she climbed her way up to jounin. She had become a bit strict though but she is willing to change her attitude for the better. She always had her parents by her side and her clan and others supported her a bit but not that much. She didn’t have much in her life but that didn’t matter because she always had her buddy.

Futon: Suna-arashi no Jutsu
The user concentrates chakra to his hands and, pushing hard into the sand/ground, expels a gentle burst of chakra causing the individual sand particles to fly around causing a mini light sandstorm [or dirtstorm...] centered on the target(s).

Damage: 1-2 [sandstorm hurts eyes]
Requirements: Sand/dirt around, chakra control 4.

Futon: Suna Shinshoku no Jutsu (Sand Erosion Technique)
The user digs his hands into the sand/dirt like with Suna-arashi no Jutsu, but instead of using a gentle burst of chakra to force the sand to float in the air he instead expels a large, quick and sharp burst of chakra to cause a small sandstorm, centering on the targets, strong enough to erode rock.

Description of Jutsu: The user sticks his hand into the ground [sandy ground] and packs the sand closely together whilst making it rise up, creating a large sand wall that is almost impenetrable.

Jinju Konbi Henge: Sotoro (Man Beast Combination Transformation: Double-Headed Wolf)
B-rank
The users, a human and a dog, perform Konbi Henge (Combination Transformation) together, which results in their fusing into an extremely large, double-headed wolf. While in this form, they can use Garōga (Double Wolf Fang).

This technique gives some increase of strength and speed to the user, as well as lengthening their nails into claws by taking on the traits of an animal. Travel in this mode is somewhat akin to a dog's fast run.

The user and his partner spin at a ferocious speed and deliver many powerful beastlike attacks when contact is made with the target. This attack can also be done alone although it is less effective.

Headband: Affixed as a belt buckle across her bra/shirt.
Height: 5'7"
Weight: 125lb
Hair: Naturally multi-colored(or so she says) With streaks of blond, red, blue and white, not in that order.
Eyes: Inverted black with red iris (meaning the part thats normally white is black)
Physical Description: A somewhat veloptuous woman but mostly due to athletics and staying constantly on the move (You'd swear she had ADD or something). She has a tanish skin due to the heat of the Suna sun and full lips. She has a nice stomach and cut arms. And a lovely tattoo of some sort of symbol on the small of her back.
Clothing: Her most noticible piece of clothing is the belt bra/shirt she wears. It has an oversized black band that covers the unmentionables well enough and she had her headband specially altered to fit atop the belt as a belt buckle. She wears no bra for her belt works as a bra and a shirt. Her pants are of an arabian making, pure white, to keep her legs cool and give her plenty of running capability and flexibilitiy. Her hands are covered in thick, black craftsmen gloves though at all times.
Background: Her's is probably a story best left unspoken to those who adore love. Her's is a tragic tale that has driveen her to the depths of insanity and back. As a young girl, she lived and played with her grandparents and a few of her cousins. They were all of a ninja family, a proud family of the Suna village. Long time members of the villages elite guard but there was always something very strange about the family. Star course, learned the secrets of her family and crafting at a young age although she was always thought ot be a very low class user of the abilities and almost innept at crafting. As she grew older, she poured her heart into the abilitie becoming almost on par with her Grandparents who were masters of creating some of the most beautiful puppets with some of the most deadly abilities. Her skills, however, were constantly put to the test as she had a bitter rivalry with an enemy ninja. She met this nin on one of her earlier missions to escort a messenger to one of the smaller villages. They all believed that things were smooth sailing as this was only marked a C rank mission. They were wrong and her entire team was wipped out when the messenger turned out to be under the control of enemy ninja. It was at this point that she was 'saved' by one of the enemies. They released her and ever since she has held a bitter grudge toward that nin for showing her mercy just because she was the only girl in the group they slaughtered. At that point, she became consumed with revenge and, as many emotions do, this revenge began to mutate to something...more. The more the two met, the more vicious their combats became, even getting to the point to where their ranking officers began to fear the two and the amount of destruction they'd cause. In the end, it became a game of cat and mouse although who was what is still unknown. They're meetings became more frequent as each took on missions they thought the other would be sure to take on and sometimes even ventured out simply in search of the other to do combat. The enemy's name was Lorin Kage, a powerful ninja from the unnamed village. It was a tale of the times, constant battle florishing into a twisted love. Each enjoying putting the other in pain so that they may secretly nurse them back to health in their own way. However...the fates ahve a way of twisting people, playing with them only to release them and laugh at the results. A silent night fell upon the village but this night was deft only to those who cared not for the Rialto family. That night, the screams of every member of the family could be heard. The family had been slaughtered by Kage's own team without his knowledge. They had taken Kage under a genjutsu spell and forced him to reveal all he knew about the family and their home and used this knowledge to destroy them. All that was left, was the girl they had left alive all those years ago. That girl...had become stronger...far moreso than before. And with this newfound strength and her rage fueling every cell in her body, she killed all that she saw, including her love. She was too blind to notice the Genjutsu over Kage and by the time she realized it, his body had drawn it's last breath. Such a peaceful, happy life drawn to such a tragic event...so very sad. But within all evil, their lies a bit of good. Using her absolute maxximum skill and working long into the night without rest, she crafted her first complete Crow doll in Kage's image and, using the families 'Confinement' jutsu, sealed his soul into the puppet so that he may live again, always by her side.
Personality: Obviously, if you read all that, you realize she's not a very sane individual. She doesn't go on killing sprees or anything but she is known to go into spats of random events for no odd reason. Manytimes the events result in massive destruction in or around the village. However, due to her eeriee personality, only the Kage and a few ANBU dare go near her to make her pay. She is free as the wind and does as she pleases to whatever and whoever she pleases.

This jutsu is where one uses a cloak or a piece of cloth to make oneself blend in with the background, interpreting oneself invisible.

Kawarimi no Jutsu (Replacement Technique.)
This is a technique that usually confuses the attacker. The user quickly projects themselves with another nearby object such as a plant (normally a section of a log), an animal, or even another person within reach, leaving the opponent open to a counter-attack.

Nawanuke no Jutsu (Rope Escape Technique)
A basic technique taught at the Ninja academy. When a ninja is tied with rope, he can undo the knots and escape using this jutsu.

Futon: Daitoppa (Wind Release: Great Breakthrough)
The user sends out a powerful explosion of wind, which can easily level almost an entire area. It is known that a variation of the technique involves a smaller blast of wind which gets ignited with flame, making it stronger and more damaging to the target.

Hyoro no Jutsu (Ice Prison Technique)
The user creates a series of ice crystals which home in on the opponent and trap him in ice. Unlike Suirō no Jutsu (Water Prison Technique), no further action seems to be required to maintain the prison once the victim is caught. This jutsu may also be used defensively, as a wall of ice.

Hyoton: Roga Nadare no Jutsu (Ice Release: Wolf Fang Avalanche Technique)
The user creates an avalanche of snow wolves that run towards the opponent. The wolfe attack like wild animals dealing damage with their bites.

Damage: 30 - 75 + chakra modifier.
Requeriments: Wind + Water affinity. Chakra 45+
Training days: 17 days.

Kugutsu no Jutsu (Puppet Technique)
Just like a marionette, the user controls a puppet using strings of chakra from his fingers. This skill is often prepared in coordination with Kawarimi no Jutsu (Change of Body Technique), so the user can quickly replace their body with the puppet when they feel the need to activate it. Another useful quality of this skill is the fact that the puppet can take the form of another person, object, or, more commonly, the form of the user. Puppets are fitted with various hidden devices, most commonly extendable blades, various projectile launchers, and poison, both in gaseous form and liquid coating their weapons. This technique can also be adapted to control humans as if they were puppets, or another puppeteer's puppets.

Kansei: Mizu no Kyuutai (Trap: Orb of Water)- The victim of watery traps has an unkind fate to come to. Water spreads up around the poor soul and they begin to drown. The lucky can break loose, but then they still have to face the caster of the jutsu.

Aka Higi: Hyakki no Soen (Red Secret Technique: Performance of a Hundred Puppets)
This jutsu summons exactly 100 puppets. Sasori had once used it to defeat an entire country. He can only control this many puppets with the hundreds of Chakra threads he casts out from a hatch in his own chest. It is unknown what country he defeated with this Jutsu.

Genjutsu-
Bunshin no Jutsu:
This is a basic technique taught to ninja at an academy. In certain years, Ninja are required to know this jutsu in order to advance to the Genin level. Bunshin no Jutsu creates one or more clones of the user, which can be used as a means to create a diversion, distraction, or cause confusion. Unlike Kage Bunshin no Jutsu (Art of the Shadow Doppelganger), these illusory clones will simply disappear if come into contact, thus, they are substanceless, and cannot do anything to damage the opponent.
Cp cost: 1 pt. per bushin.

Requeriments: Accademy students learn it on the accademy as a basic jutsu.
Training days: Accademy. Chakra control check DC: 5 per bushin.

Henge no Jutsu (Transformation Technique)
The user utilizes the sheep hand seal or the tiger hand seal and concentrates their chakra to assume the appearance of another person, an animal, or even any object. This is one of the required basic jutsu taught at the Ninja Academy. Fundamentally, all ninjas know this technique.

Magen: Kokoni Arazu no Jutsu (Demonic Illusion: False Surroundings Technique)
Kokoni Arazu no Jutsu is a rather sophisticated Genjutsu which changes the appearance of a nearby object or climate.

Not much is known about the exact look of his body because he almost always wears a black cloak that covers everything.
Clothing: A black cloak that covers everything from the neck down. He also wears a pair of solid black shades that shows nothing except his eyes when they glow blood red. Underneith his cloak is solid black clothing, acording to Star.
Background: One of the strongest nin from a small village near the edge of the Land of Lightning. He grew up to become an important member of the clan and even got assignments specially sent to him from the actually Hidden Village of Lightning. He met Star shortly after becoming a Genin and the rest is history. He was sadly brought to an untimely death by his lover in a rage at the thought that he had killed her family. He now resides with her as her caretaker and watcher...and puppet.
Personality: Usually very cold and would rather kill you rather than look at you. Has a really soft spot for kids and tends to love taking care of them. He can be very respectful or very hateful, depending on his mood.

Kawarimi no Jutsu (Replacement Technique.)
This is a technique that usually confuses the attacker. The user quickly projects themselves with another nearby object such as a plant (normally a section of a log), an animal, or even another person within reach, leaving the opponent open to a counter-attack.

Shunshin no Jutsu (Body Flicker Technique)
A high-speed movement technique. It is described as 'appearing with the wind and disappearing like the wind.' A very basic jutsu, it appears that most shinobi above Genin-rank know it. Using chakra to activate the body, the user is able to move from one point to another with extreme speeds. This super-fast movement is almost impossible to see with the naked eye. To a normal person, it would seem as if the user has teleported. The amount of Chakra used depends on the distance and elevation between the user and the destination.

Kanashibari no Jutsu (Temporary Paralysis Technique)
This technique is used to cause one's opponent to lose the advantage of movement. Freezing them in their tracks, this creates an opening for a more dangerous attack. The ANBU members are known especially for this Jutsu.

Shikon no Jutsu (Dead Soul Technique)
With this Jutsu, the user can make the dead seem lifelike and allow their bodies to run around a bit as a diversion or decoy. What this skill actually does is cause the dead to temporarily resuscitate, allowing the user to control them and their actions for only a few minutes.

Bunshin Daibakuha (Clone Great Explosion)

Ranshinsho (Important Body Points Disturbance)
By attacking the base of the brain stem with chakra converted to electricity, the user is able to flip the brain's movement signals to the arms and legs. For example, if one tried to move their right arm, their left leg would move in the way they wanted their right arm to move.

Genjutsu-

Bunshin no Jutsu:
This is a basic technique taught to ninja at an academy. In certain years, Ninja are required to know this jutsu in order to advance to the Genin level. Bunshin no Jutsu creates one or more clones of the user, which can be used as a means to create a diversion, distraction, or cause confusion. Unlike Kage Bunshin no Jutsu (Art of the Shadow Doppelganger), these illusory clones will simply disappear if come into contact, thus, they are substanceless, and cannot do anything to damage the opponent.
Cp cost: 1 pt. per bushin.

Henge no Jutsu (Transformation Technique)
The user utilizes the sheep hand seal or the tiger hand seal and concentrates their chakra to assume the appearance of another person, an animal, or even any object. This is one of the required basic jutsu taught at the Ninja Academy. Fundamentally, all ninjas know this technique.

Goken (Strong Fist)
Gōken is the most basic form of Taijutsu. It aims at inflicting external damage and breaking bones. The gouken style also use extreme movements based on leg flexibility and spin kick for more damage.

Konoha Daisenpu (Leaf Great Whirlwind)
A powerful leap forward, using the extra momentum to perform a powerful spinning kick with both legs in mid air, the second kick often being aimed lower in case the intended target ducks. The technique is most effective at ranges of 2-3 meters, because if you miss or they dodge, you have at least made it past them and have a chance to react before they can mount a significant counter-attack.

Clan/Bloodline: Rungumo - Buatsui no Runge - The Rungumo Advanced Bloodline Limit is one of the few Advanced Bloodlines considered to be in the Kinjutsu category. Unlike most Advanced Bloodline Limits, the Buatsui no Runge is a double-edged sword. Unlike normal human beings, members of the Rungumo Clan have a very different bio-construction. Their two original lungs have evolved to be nearly two times the size of even the largest of human lungs, and a mutation in their genetic structure has grown a smaller, third lung under the heart just above the diaphragm. The muscular and skeletal structure of each member of the Rungumo Clan has been greatly altered in the process as well. Apart from a massive muscular structure in the abdomen, the Rungumo Clan has 3 more pairs of floating ribs in the chest, as well as an expanded rib cage, allowing for maximum extension of the chest. While the normal human's larynx would not be able to handle the vibrations cause by so much air passing through the esophagus at once, the Rungumo Clan have adapted so that their larynx is specially suited to utilize these vibrations, further amplifying them, resulting in extreme sound vibrations. Due to this adaptation, it is impossible for the Rungumo Clan to speak at normal levels. Due to this fact, the members of the Clan rarely ever speak around comrades, as not to damage other's ear drums. All of these adaptations along with advanced chakra control, allow the Rungumo members to exhert gale force winds from their mouth, as well as a wide range of sonic vibrations, essentially making them the ideal long range artillery ninja.

This Advanced Bloodline, as mentioned earlier, is a double-edged sword, in that it is considered to be a Kinjutsu and its use is banned within the limits of Sunagakure. Not only is the potential for damage to the village great, but the bodies of the Rungumo Clan have reached their evolutionary limits, resulting in an unstable bio-structure. They have a specific hired squadren of medical ninja just to repair damages to the body from use of the Buatsui no Runge, and every use of it is torture to their lung and musclular tissue (Every use removes 2 hp from the user). This means that regular appointments with medical ninja are required for the Rungumo member to even survive. All of these factors mean that the Buatsui no Runge is a last resort style jutsu and tends to only be used as such and in times of war, or defending the village. The Rungumo Clan is in close ties with the Kazekage and constantly under check and negotiation in all of their activities.

Clothing: Maro tends to wear red. His shirt is a simple t-shirt and is greatly over-sized to allow room for him to use Buatsui no Runge and his chest to expand. He wears khaki type shorts most of the time, and a belt with a pouch to hold his kunai and a pad of paper and pencil he often uses to communicate easier. He has red open-toed sandals. Maro, much like many other members of the Rungumo Clan wears something to cover his mouth. Maro wears a long red scarf around his face, with a special type of heavy cloth that acts like a armor against piercing, to guard his mouth and neck and keep some of the vibrations form his breathing from being amplified too greatly. Maro also wears protective ear-plugs to keep vibrations from damaging his eardrums.

Background: Maro and his younger sister, Karu are the prodigies of the Rungumo Clan, and have been trained to keep the tradition of the Buatsui no Runge alive. The Rungumo Clan has been met with a great amount of uneasy attitude from the rest of the village. Their dangerous Advanced Bloodline is known by almost everyone and rumor of the damage it can cause spreads far and wide, even among the underground intelligence of other villages. As such, the Clan as a whole has been handled very delicately by the authorities of Sunagakure, and various restrictions have been placed to keep them from hurting others of the village or the village itself. Even with the restrictions in place, a great deal of distrust is placed on the Rungumo Clan by the rest of the village that does not know about the treaties in place with Sunagakure and the Kazekage. As such, most of the Clan is met with a lot of prejudice.

Personality: Maro has a quiet and resolute persona, not just because he is unable to speak, but because he has trouble interacting with other members of society. As there are many that are not trusting or accepting of his condition and his Clan, Maro feels that it is his goal to make the village appreciate the great power and advantages that the Rungumo Clan has bestowed them with, as well as all of the times in the past that the Clan has helped the village, which many people fail to remember. As such, Maro often has a preconceived notion that everyone is underestimating him and his worth as a ninja, whether or not the case be true. This cause him to have trouble holding back in his skills and he treats almost everything like a life or death situation that is testing his worth. Aside from what rumors have formulated of the Rungumo Clan, Maro is not at all a unkind person. He greatly values those that appreciate and respect him, and will do whatever the situation calls for to protect his companions.

Other: As the Rungumo Clan is something of a touchy subject that is often kept in the underlying rumors floating around Sunagakure, you can treat him however you see fit as such. It'll add to the roleplaying environment and I'm all for any sort of social conflict that might arise.

Maro uses a specially designed quarterstaff, call a Horungumo, avaliable exclusively to the Rungumo Clan. This quarter staff tappers wider at one end and has two metal bands around either end. This staff was designed to be hallow, and when the band on the tappered end is slid down the length of the staff, the staff widens into something like a giant funnel, used by the Rungumo Clan as a amplification device for surprise attacks.

Headband: The cloth of his headband is red and the band itself is tied around his upper right arm.

Weight: 40 kg.
Hair: Longish brown hair, almost shoulder length at the back, about chin length on the sides and his fringe hangs over his eyes. His hair is always a tangled mess as he doesn't really care about how it looks.
Eyes: Dull tired looking blue grey eyes.
Physical Description: Although the training his father has put him through has given him a bit of muscle build up there is for the most part not much of him, but either way it is hard to tell through the clothing he wears. The endless training his father forces him into has led him to look and be very tired, unwell looking and he is often exhausted.
Clothing: He wears a white hooded short sleeved shirt over a long sleeved black top which appears too big for him as it hangs down over part of his shorts and it also hangs over the end of his finger tips. He also wears a pear of grey shorts which cut off just below his knees along with the average footwear of a ninja.
Background: Born into the family of an accomplished ninja (His father) it was clear what would be his destiny from early on. When he was still very young his mother passed away and although he was too young to comprehend what had happened his father took it all in, he became very distant from his son unable to cope with the loss. He started to take on more and more missions, train harder and longer probably trying to keep himself away from thoughts of his late wife. This led to Aoi practically growing up on his own, he had to learn how to care for himself from an early age and grew up to be self reliant as his father was barely home. A few years ago his father was wounded on a mission and even through days of surgery they could not undo the damage done to his body, his father returned home crippled. With his life of a ninja destroyed his father started training Aoi relentlessly determined to live his lost life through his child. Years were spent training Aoi an preparing him to take on his fathers life as a ninja until finally the day came for him to join the Academy. Aoi however does not care for the life of a ninja, it is after all his fathers wishes and that has led to him almost hating his father. Aoi only continues to try to become a ninja because he believes it will lead him to be able to follow his dreams of traveling the world.
Personality: Extremely self confident almost arrogant at times, he can be rather anti-social, not being one to let people into his life easily. He also gets bored very easily, having a short attention span and is always one to speak his mind, he has no no regard for authority figures or his elders and it seen to be quite rebellious.
Other: He has an almost phobia of sick people which probably has something to do with the fact his mother passed away from an illness.

Background: Kamikaze is pure blood Tekkenseisai warrior, and was trained at home by his mother and father. His legacy is to continue the purest of the Tekkenseisai bloodline, with honour, dignity, respect, and bravery. He has recently been enrolled in the Academy, and is to start training as soon as possible.
Personality: He is supposed to be honourable, respectful, and brave, but about the only one of those three he is is brave. He is very seriously mischievous.

Physical Description: A stout young boy. He has a deep tan from the scorching sands and blistering sun. His ears and nose are slightly out of proportion to his face, but will hopefully grow into it. Bouten his large calf muscles, and large triceps for his body. He has a birthmark on the back of his left calf muscle, which is shaped like a rabbit if you stare at it for some period of time.
Clothing: He wears a baggy black shirt, with a picture of blue strings on it. He wears large a hakama, and sports cloths on his wrists. Bouten sports a pair of square glasses, rounded at the corners and not neccisarily for seeing. He refuses to wear shoes of any sort, and simply wears bandages around his feet, only to make him feel more mobile.
Background: At birth, he had a rabbit shaped birthmark on the back of his left calf muscle. He found that he was naturally fast at the age of 5, and also found that he could heft a heavy weight upon his shoulders easily. He was never really cut out to be a ninja, but he had always thought about it from time to time. Not until he had had an encounter with bandits at the age of 9 did he realize he wanted to be a ninja. At that time, he took up trying trying to harness his own weakness as a tool for strength. At age 10, he began excersising more, and tried and tried to control his chakra, to no avail. Background: Her father and older brother are ninjas. Her father is a Jounin and her brother just became a Chuunin. Nivi’s mother works in a flower shop. Nivi has always wanted to become a ninja. It’s her dream. She takes training somewhat seriously and devotes most of her time trying to perfect her Justus and combat skills. Whenever Nivi can, she sneaks out of the house and goes in the forest to practice and train. Going through the stages of becoming a ninja is something Nivi loves. She one day hopes to become Kazekage.
Personality: Nivi is shy and very quiet around people. It takes her a long time to get used to the people that are around her. But when she gets acquainted with them she becomes more open about herself. Even though she is shy, Nivi won't back down from a challenge. Physical Description:Sachi is a thin, lightly tanned girl. She has a red scar-like tattoo over her right eye, and hints of the whisker like marks that Naruto has (Tattoos of her clan, not a rip off...mostly).
Clothing:She wears a tight black, sleeveless bodysuit under everything. On her arms, she wears the full length sleeves of a red kimono that are strapped together by leather bands (In the front and back). She wears tight thigh-length black shorts and brown sandals as well.
Background:Sachiko was raised from birth with Loki in a clan made up of Inukuma and Inuzuka. At the age of five, an old mountain hermit met with her parents. He needed an heir for his knowledge and unique style of training. Sachi's parents ecstaticly accepted his offer and let Sachi and Loki be his apprentices. Her training went on for four years. She was taught exotict lore and the Zuì Quán fighting style. Her training however was never fully completed. The old man, sadly, passed away in his sleep one night. Sachi turned to the nearest village, Sunakagure, and requested to continue her training there, in honor of her deceased master. She still carries his old farming scythe everywhere in memory of him.
Personality:She loves learning new jutsu and sometimes goes a bit overboard to learn it.

Physical Description: Keiko has a slim yet slightly muscular build, with typical Asian features. Whenever she is angered or loses control of herself, black flame-like marks begin spreading from her right shoulder, where a cursed seal shaped like a three-peaked tongue of fire can be seen.

Clothing: Keiko prefers dark-colored clothing, which makes her look paler than she already is. Her usual outfit consists of a shortened kimono - the hem reaches only to her upper thigh - and black leggings. She wears dark gray or black knee-high boots with side closure buckles.

Background: Keiko was the first child born into her clan after forty years or so; her grandfather's siblings had been unable to bear children, hence the clan's hopes for an heir to continue the bloodline fell to Kei's father and his two younger brothers. When it was learned that Takeo's wife, Yumi, was pregnant, it was no secret that Takeo - then the clan head after his father - wished for a son. Yes, he was happy when Keiko was born - for the clan wouldn't die out with him and his brothers - but he still could not hide his disappointment at not having a son. This was assuaged three years later by the birth of Yuuhi, Keiko's younger brother.

Throughout her childhood, Keiko noticed that her father preferred her brother to her, and so sought solace and advice not in her parents, but with her two uncles. Katoshi, the second child after Takeo, was especially supportive of his niece, agreeing to train her personally. Soon, her hard work paid off; she became a genin at 8 years old, chuunin at 10. Because of her skill, she was also recruited into the ANBU. As she went on more and more missions, she was forced to quickly master the clan's bloodline limit, which she did, eventually; at fourteen years of age, Keiko was the youngest in her clan at that time to access all three levels of the kekkei genkai

A year later while she was on a mission, fifteen-year-old Keiko was ambushed - indeed a rarity for her. When she woke up, she found herself in a strange, dark place, a stone building. On her way out, she met with resistance in the form of several masked men. She defeated them all, at the same time discovering a queer, flame-shaped mark on her right shoulder. Disregarding the mark, she quickly made her way back to Sunagakure. After traveling for two or three days, she finally reunited with her family - Hiyomura Takeo especially was overjoyed to see her.

At her father's behest, Keiko has resigned from the ANBU, but retaining the rank of jounin, and she has spent the past 2 years helping to train her younger brother for the Chuunin exams. When she takes missions, she makes sure that they require her to leave Sunagakure for only short periods of time, again under her father's orders.

Personality: Keiko is a rather serious sort, barely smiling or cracking a joke - unless she's with her younger brother; then she lightens up, but only just. She is slow to anger, though, but when she does get mad, watch out. She is also very formal, having had to deal with her father's disappointment and rather distant attitude towards her in the past.

Other: She doesn't remember where she got the flame-shaped mark nor where she'd been taken when she was ambushed. Though her parents have identified the mark as some sort of cursed seal, she deems the event unimportant, however, for it only activates when she's really mad. Her favorite foods are ramen, katsudon, and gyoza - all of which she can cook really well.

Kage Bunshin no Jutsu (Shadow Doppelganger Technique)

Kawarimi no Jutsu(Replacement Technique)
This is a technique that usually confuses the attacker. The user quickly projects themselves with another nearby object such as a plant (normally a section of a log), an animal, or even another person within reach, leaving the opponent open to a counter-attack.

Shunshin no Jutsu (Body Flicker Technique)
A high-speed movement technique. It is described as 'appearing with the wind and disappearing like the wind.' A very basic jutsu, it appears that most shinobi above Genin-rank know it. Using chakra to activate the body, the user is able to move from one point to another with extreme speeds. This super-fast movement is almost impossible to see with the naked eye. To a normal person, it would seem as if the user has teleported. The amount of Chakra used depends on the distance and elevation between the user and the destination.

Ten no Honou (Heaven's Flame)
Another of the fire-based jutsu Katoshi taught to his niece. Activated using the hare, monkey, ox, dog, and rat seals. This causes fireballs to rain down from the sky. Useful both as a distraction to mask a tactical retreat and as an offensive technique.
CP cost: 30 cp
Damage: 10- chakra mod+int mod+2 for every 5 levels
Requirements: trained by either Hiyomura Katoshi or Hiyomura Keiko; fire affinity
Training: 1 week

Futa-bi Ken no Jutsu (Twin Flame Swords Technique)
This isn't really a clan jutsu because only two people have mastered it - it's creator, Hiyomura Katoshi, and Kei. The user infuses a katana, ninjato, or wazikashi with fire chakra, creating a flaming bladed weapon, and then makes a shadow clone of the sword - one held in each hand. It is A-ranked only because it takes a lot of training, concentration, and chakra in order for the sword clone to not disappear upon making contact with the target.
CP cost: 60 cp to activate + 8 cp per round to maintain the shadow clone sword.
Damage: 10- chakra modifier+strength
Requirements: trained by Hiyomura Katoshi or Hiyomura Keiko; any of the three blade weapons mentioned above; chakra control 30+

Genjutsu-

Henge no Jutsu (Transformation Technique)
The user utilizes the sheep hand seal or the tiger hand seal and concentrates their chakra to assume the appearance of another person, an animal, or even any object. This is one of the required basic jutsu taught at the Ninja Academy. Fundamentally, all ninjas know this technique.
Cp cost: 2 +1 per minute the jutsu is mantained

Gensou no Mai (Dance of Illusion)
Activated using the bird, tiger, snake, and rat seals. The user uses a combination of mesmerizing flames and soothing breezes to lull the opponent into a half-conscious state, and then - using the dancing flames - creates an illusion of the opponent defeating the user. This fools them into relaxing, and then the user can follow up with Oujoute or some other technique.
CP cost: 25 cp to activate + 5 cp per round to maintain

Requirements: clan member - or trained by clan member; chakra control 30+; Genjutsu 20
Training: 5 days with wind and fire affinty; 1 week with affinity to either one or the other; 10 days with no affinity to either element.

Oujoute (Death Hands)
Activated using the tiger and snake seals. The usual follow-up to Gensou no Mai. After the target has relaxed - meaning the first genjutsu has taken effect - the user then changes the illusion into something more sinister, usually ending with hundreds of shadow hands reaching up to grab the target. More often than not, the target will be trapped in an illusion where most of the shadow hands will be strangling him/her.
CP cost: 20 cp to activate + 4 cp per round to maintain

Not a clan jutsu; first used by Hiyomura Keiko. A combo attack that consists of a right-handed strike to the upper torso, then a kick that sends the target flying. While the target is still in the air, the user goes airborne as well and follows up with a double roundhouse, a left hook, right knife-hand strike, and then another upper kick. The user then lands and waits for the target to fall; in the moment before the target collides with the ground, the user finishes off with a left side kick. If performed correctly, the path taken by both user and target form the outline of a phoenix taking flight.

Konjou Chakushu (Spirit Launch)
The third stage of the clan's bloodline limit. The user separates his/her soul from his/her body. Since upon separation the mind is also 'removed' from the body, the 'barriers' placed on the different aspects of the user's physical form are removed as well. This includes the time barrier on the user's healing abilities, allowing the body to repair itself almost instantly after injury. Because of the speed at which the healing occurs, it seems as though the user's body is impervious attacks.

Kage Bunshin no Jutsu (Shadow Doppelganger Technique)
Unlike the normal Bunshin no Jutsu (Art of the Doppelganger), this jutsu does not create illusions, but real bodies of the user. The user's chakra is evenly distributed among every clone. This could be very dangerous if the user is low on chakra or makes too many clones (like with Tajū Kage Bunshin no Jutsu (Multiple Shadow Clone Technique). Kage Bunshin can't be detected by Byakugan. This is because the clones are real bodies with real chakra circulatory systems, identical to the user. The real one also cannot be detected by the Sharingan. Because the clones are basically real, they can perform Jutsu and real damage on their target, and can take some hits themselves, being even able to bleed, although they'll still disappear when enough damage has been done, which is usually after one blow or fatal attack. Since the clones are exact replicas of the user, one can use them in combination with many other techniques.

Shuriken Kage Bunshin no Jutsu (Shuriken Shadow Clone Technique)
Similar to Kage Bunshin no Jutsu (Art of the Shadow Doppelganger), the user throws one shuriken at the victim and then uses this jutsu to create multiple copies of the shuriken to make the attack more powerful.

Hair: short and a dirty blond color. It covers her eyes when she doesn’t push it out of her face. It is longer at the front than at the back where it is about and inch in length. Normally her bangs hang out under her headband and the rest of her hair covers the fabric at either side.
Eyes: bright green, almond shaped and wide set.
Physical Description: she is tall and slender with fairly dark skin although this is only because she spends a lot of time in the sun, naturally she is fairly pale.
Clothing: black dress that’s straps cross over coming up on either side and around her neck, it is about knee length with three inches or so of mesh on the bottom. Her shoes and red normal ninja shoes.
Background: Youka has lived with her cousin since her mother and sister settled down in Konoha, she had no desire to stay in one place and thus decided to leave with her cousin’s family. Unfortunately recently they have decided to stay in Suna and as Youka has no where else to go she is forced to stay there to.
Personality: Youka has two distinct sides on and off. Off is the kind of person who thinks through all the possibilities before making an action; then chooses the right thing to do. Her only problem is what she thinks of, as right is not always the same as what everyone else thinks of as right. Her on side is rather thoughtless and often acts on a whim without giving her future action any though at all. This side is much more balanced and sociable than the other but also tends to be a tich stupid.Unfortunately most cant tell which one Youka is so they spend a large amount of time trying to figure out what she’s going to do next when often she doesn’t even know herself.

To a normal person, it would seem as if the user has teleported. The amount of Chakra used depends on the distance and elevation between the user and the destination.

Description of Limit: The Kekke Genkai is both a blood trait and a fighting style. The Tojikomeru Bushi style of fighting is almost entirely non-lethal. It is meant more to maim or disable the opponent without killing them unless absolutely necessary. The Iida have developed a way of fighting with severe power and also a way to control an opponents chakra system with their own by force. If the opponent breaks free of a technique, in many cases they absorb the chakra that was forced into themselves.

Background: Masami has always been someone to look after and lead others. Her name is well known in the band of Inukuma nomads because of the amount of time she spent living with them and learning their culture. Some would say that she is their ambassador of sorts. Masami graduated from the Suna Academy and became a Gennin at an early age. She put her all into becoming a Chuunin after that. To her surprise she became a Chuunin quite quickly. Her parents died a few months before the Chuunin exams however, which caused her to almost give up being a shinobi at all. She sunk into a strange depression for almost half a year. The only person that was able to pull her out of it was Inukuma Okichi though she is 6 years younger. They became quick friends and being around Okichi caused her fascination with her clan.
Masami eventually became a joinin then was promoted to ANBU because of her determination. Over the years she has collected a headband and the general clothing from every one of the hidden villages and she wears them when on missions to such areas or when just visiting. She put a gash through her own headband even just for disguise purposes and for traveling through the waterfall village.
Personality: Seemingly wise and mature. She always thinks multiple steps ahead in her movements. She has an almost uncanny ability to read people's thoughts and actions through their eyes and body language.

This is a basic technique taught to ninja at an academy. In certain years, Ninja are required to know this jutsu in order to advance to the Genin level. Bunshin no Jutsu creates one or more clones of the user, which can be used as a means to create a diversion, distraction, or cause confusion. Unlike Kage Bunshin no Jutsu (Art of the Shadow Doppelganger), these illusory clones will simply disappear if come into contact, thus, they are substanceless, and cannot do anything to damage the opponent.

Chinnyuu Gyuujiru (Forced Control)
Description of Jutsu: The user creates thin chakra threads from their middle fingers. They then attempted to hit as many Chakra Holes as they can find and as fast as possible. The strikes are flat palmed but with the finger tips hitting the opponent. The user pushes and extends the chakra threads from their fingers into the opponent and can control it inside them.
