Jareth looked started for a moment, but calmed once he realised who had disturbed him. Macy was always able to sneak into place without him noticing,

"This? This belonged to your mother." he replied "She'd left it fr you when she was last here. I was told to give it to you when the time was right, and since we were on that topic before you collapsed..." he held out the little book carefully.

"I first met your mother when I was sixteen." he explained "She was a few years older than me. By then my father's madness had reached it's worst and she had kindly agreed to nurse him. And with each visit we became very dear friends and we wrote to one another all the time when she was away. Aside from Caspian, I would say your mother knew me the best. And on one visit she brought your father to see me. He was a good man, but very possessive and stubborn, almost her total opposite. She also left you this." he finished and handed the unigon a locket with two perfectly painted miniature portraits within, the two lovers as they once were.

Macy couldn't help the smile that crept onto his features as he saw Jareth's unguarded, surprised look. It was a look he rarely roused from him easily.

Macy stayed quiet, his eyes on the book as he listened to what Jareth said. He couldn't believe it, all he wanted to know was most likely in this dusty old book and Jareth was giving it to him without being asked. He slowly reached out and took ahold of the book, his arms trembling a little, barely noticable if you weren't focused on them.

He drew the book close to his person and placed the locket around his neck, it clinked slightly against the chain of his cross pendant, but he didn't care. His mother and father were in the locket, and he couldn;t help but fall to his knees on the floor. The Unigon felt overwhelmed, a feeling he hadn't felt since coming to the Labyrinth over 15 years ago. He cracked the book open, his blood red and black hair spilling over his shoulder as he read the book that lay open in his lap.

[[I thought about it ^^ and I think Macy should pull a disappearing act on Nishi and Jareth.

He can either go in search of Caspian or just wander about, trying to find out about himself.

I also thought of an idea for the summer RP event.]]

He'd done it again, right after his fever broke.

He'd fled from the Labyrinth, taking the diary and locket with him, he was wandering through someplace in the Faerie Kingdom. He wasn't very sure how long he had been gone, he'd been rather unthinking since reading his mothers Journal.

He had yet to reach the end, but somehow he felt it was his fault they were outcasted and in his fathers case--killed. He didn't know about his mother yet, but he knew it wasn't going to be a happy thing, she wouldn't have left him for so long if she was perfectly okay.

He wore a white travelling cloak, the hood pulled over his head, it didn't hide his forehead horn, but it hid his rare ppearance from view. Most just considered him to be a Unicorn travelling between kingdoms. A ruby inlayed in an intricate gold brooc caslped the throat around his neck.

"Your Highness!!!" came a great shout throughout the castle. A long bearded goblin came rushing into the Library where Jareth was busy drawing up some designs to extend the Labyrinth a little. "Your Highness! The Boy!" the little goblin repeated.

"Boy?" said Jareth, peering over his spectacles at the creature, he really regretted reading so much in bad light when he was younger.

"The boy with the five horns and the stupid pants!" the goblin explained.

"What of him?"

"He's GONE!" said the goblin and rushed out again to call the guards.

Jareth slumped with his head in his hands. "Oh bugger, not again." Maybe it was too soon to give Macy the book.

[[xD haha stupid pants]]

Macy was resting in a forest, he didn't feel well. He felt out of sorts and flushed and was paranoid about being followed, what if he was being followed? he couldn't give a damn anymore. He was on the outskirts of the Dragon kingdom by now, having either walked or got rides from the Faerie Kingdom to the outskirts.

He didn't know where he was going to go now, or what he was going to do but he wasn't comofrtable about being near the Labyrinth. He felt out of place, so far he knew his mother had been in love with Jareth whne they were younger and she had been good friends with Jareth since they were teenagers. His far was dead, he knew it, his mother had said as much.

'damn why does thinking about it hurt..?' he asked, clutching his head in his hands as he tried to concentrate again. He was suffering from bad headaches again.

Jareth, scanned each of his crystal, which had been arranged in a circle around him on the floor. It took a surprising amount of energy to spy on people with, especially if they didn't want to be found, and he only had a short time in which to locate the young unigon.

Macy felt like he was dying, his fever had broken but his illness hadn't yet completely gone when he ran away. So he was probably making himself more sick, either that or the lack of sleep was biting him.

He felt watched, and somehow he felt comforted by that fact. He was leaning against a large tree, the moss covered floor sponging his seating area. He leaned his head back and fell into sleep, his cloak hood slipping off of his head and resting around his shoulders.

"Hmm, now if I were a Unigon, where would I go." said Jareth thoughtfully, "Where indeed?"
After a few moments of thought he narrowed it down to a few possibilities..
Either Macy had gone searching for that idiot Caspian, or he had gone somehwere to find out more about his parents. Considering that he had taken the diary with him, the latter seemed like the best guess, and he quickly scanned both the Dragon and the Unseelie kingdoms for him until he finally discovered the boy sleeping at the foot of a tree.

"The fool, what is he showing his face there for, what if someone saw him!" he cried, and swiftly jumped out of the Library window leaving a trail of owl feathers.

Macy's ears twitched, he smelt smoke and sweat, he heard runnign feet and shouting. His eyes shot open as he looked around in alarm, it was pitch black and his eyes took a moment to adjust before he realised what it was. It was a group of soldiers, and they had figured out what he was.

"over here!"

"we see it!"

Macy's heart pounded as he got up, his legs screaming with pain at th esudden movement. He bolted, his movements slowed as he ran. He felt awful, to be considered not even worthy of a name, race or gender by his fathers race, one half of his family. Macy bolted, weaving through the thick tress and jumping over roots.

'of there is a god, please have mercy!' he screamed as his legs buckled, his fever flared up and he couldn't move. The sounds drew closer and he could see the dots of the flame torches approaching, his ears flattened in fear and he shook, paralysed.

Jareth, in his owl form swooped down through the canopy of the forest, his hunter's eyes fixed on what he had been searching for. Changing form, quicker than the human eye could detect, he landed lightly on the fallen leaves behind the Unigon, quickly grabbing Macy from behind and the two disappeared into thin air.

Macy's eyes had dilated in fear, and he kicked and struggled when Jareth grabbed him from behind. He hated beng treated as an animal to hunt, it made him feel totally worthless. He calmed down, when he realised it was Jareth and let out a pitious moan of sorrow. When they disappeared he felt sick, he hated quick travel.

Jareth let go of the unigon once the had reappeared in the castle and groaned, the search and the quick getaway had practically drained him of his energy, not to mention how ill the journey had made him feel. The floor felt like it was moving a little bit and the Goblin King sat rather ungracefully on the cold stones before he decided to lose his balance and fall over.

"Macy, promise me you won't go back there." he said breathlessly. He had never been so afraid in all his life.

Macy lay on the ground in a heap, not moving and not speaking. He didn't want to speak to Jareth or anyone, he felt pathetic and it was eating at him. He shut his eyes and let a breath out, his brow creased as he willed all his negative thoughts away. He was still shaking from the adrenaline rush.

"I don't...." he started but stopped, finding himself not able to speak properly at the moment.

Jareth looked up, and shuffled over to where Macy was lying.
"Did they...hurt you?" he asked, fearing the worst. It didn't matter how strong an army the dragons had, if they had hurt his ward or even so much as touched them, they would pay.

Macy stayed quiet, relishing that Jareth worried about him, he blinked and shifted his gaze to look at Jareth's, he felt beat.

"no....not physically...but they called me 'it'...am I...really unworthy of being awknowledged as an inidividual being?..." Macy asked, shuttign hsi eyes and covering them with one of his arms.
