*THUMP* *THUMP* A deep sound was heard, each time an even time between the sounds. Slowly it got louder and louder until a shadow fell upon the ground. The dirt whipped around in a circle as massive wings stirred it up into an angry storm. Slowly it settled, showing a malepharin in its place. Brifin was actually at the HQ! He looked around seeing what he used to see so often. It was all coming back to him. The tree growing through the HQ, the surrounding forest, and the various landmarks here and there. He smiled actually seeing others here. That was rare! One was actually Mas, brothers yet he never got to see Mas due to his work. He looked at the other two unsure of whether he met them before or not.
Arzo immediatly moved away from the hug as soon as he was released, a confused expression on his face for a few seconds until he realized it was Mas. "You shouldn't do that all of a sudden" he pointed out while frowning. However before he could say anymore something else caught his attention.
A sound, followed by the appearance of an angelic malepharin. Someone he did not remember seeing before. He frowned at him too as he slowly moved back towards Mas and Gulli.
Gully smiled warmly as Arzo lightened up, feeling significantly less threatened as his tone brightened slightly. "Th-thanks... Oh, I've been doing fine lately, just not much happening, which is why I came down here!" he said with a grin, seemingly very pleased that his search had not been in vain.
Suddenly, he found himself embraced in a surprise hug - so, naturally, he hugged back. Tilting his head to the side, he discovered that it was Mas, giving him even more reason to grin. "Hey! Where ya been?" he asked excitedly as he was released. The deep sounds of Brifin's wings then distracted him, causing him to look back before looking from Arzo to Mas again in excitement.
Arzo was feeling a bit odd with all those Malepharin around, specially since all of them seemed to be the angelic type. It worried him what them might and might not know about him.
However Mas and Gully seemed not worried at all, so he supposed it would be best to just relax... and listen to their conversation for a while.
Kinjin wandered around the town for some time. His day off and he was thoroughly bored. Nothing was happening. He'd not found Caer. Nor Belle. Figuring that both were busy working or something, he'd opted to just go where the wind blew him. Like he always did.
When he found himself standing in front of turn leading towards the HQ, Kinjin grinned widely. He'd been busy working and only had a very small amount to go yet. The people would be missed more than the work would be, but he was glad it was nearly over with.
Of course, that only meant he'd find some other trouble to get into.
His eyes gleamed when he saw who was there. Mas, Arzo, and... Gully. He'd not seen him in awhile, but there were other things going on that day and he remembered the talk of the mud- and Caer- that day. The plan was still forming even though he considered Caer one of his friends. Smiling widely, he snickered to himself.
Then he noted Brifin. He nearly snorted remembering the trick he had planned on playing on him and the result of meeting Mas instead. When he had stopped him. Well, there was always another chance to Kin's way of thinking. One merely waited for the opportunity. Or created it.
"Hey, Mas. Arzo. Gully. It's been awhile, but it's nice to see all of you." Then he turned to Brifin. "Brifin. And no, you don't know me." he smirked, winking at Mas. "I still need to find a feather."
Arzo: 'Oh great! Kinjin' he thought to himself, well, he'd just have to get by today, as he always did. Even though he listened to what they were saying he remained quiet, still feeling a bit uncomfortable since the last time he had been with so many people people had been long ago.
He held onto his lantern protectively, even though he didn't know what he was so afraid of.
"HEY GUYS!" Mas almost yelled, he was so excited to see some of his closest friends. He was getting hyper now since everyone was here. Mas luaghed at Arzo's comment, "But that's the best time to do it! See Gully hugged back! It's ok though, i understand though." A sheepish grin was plastered on his face.
He faced Gully after they had exchanged their hug. "Well you know, out and about! Mostly working on magic and adventures." He grinned striking a heroic pose with his fists on his hips playfully. He laughed as he struck a pose and all of a sudden Kin appeared! Mas ran up to Kin and gave him a huge hug, lifting him of ground. He put Kin back on the ground laughing, ecstatic he was here. "Hey, how ya been!?"
Brifin looked over the scene as Mas went crazy with the other malepharin. He smiled happy to see his brother happy. He watched as another malepharin appeared and then introduced himself. "Well hello little one." Little one, a name he gave almost everyone younger than him. He gave a soft smile noting his name, Kinjin. He had often heard this name from Mas. "I wouldn't know why you need a feather, but here's one." As he said that Brifin plucked a feather from his wing. It didn't hurt since that one was going to fall out soon anyways. It actually felt a little good, allowing the quill underneath room to grow.
Gully laughed along with everyone, not completely sure what all of the hilarity was about, but happy to laugh anyways. Glancing at Arzo, he gave a small pout, wishing the boy could get into the spirit a bit more.
"Oh, that's cool!" he said enthusiastically in reply to Mas. "Any cool adventures?" He was eager to hear a good story, or something of the sort. Falling into laughter again as Mas struck his heroic pose, Gully had to support himself on his spork staff to keep from falling to the ground. He glanced up briefly between chuckles to smile at Kin as he arrived, just barely managing to squeak a "Hello!"
Arzo smirked, the way Mas expressed himself was not what he was used to. However he managed to keep his calm, almost stoic behavior, carefull not to let out a laugh all of a sudden. Something like that was very unlike him.
However he listened with attention to what everybody was saying, you never know when you're going to pick up some interesting things.
Kinjin grinned even wider when Mas hugged him tightly, but he hugged him back.
"Have I been gone THAT long...?" he snickered winking at Gully and Arzo. Then he took the feather offered with a smirk. "It was for a prank that Mas wouldn't let me play on you that day. But thanks. It'll be even more fun because you gave it to me. And.." he laughed, "when you least expect it. Kinjin or just Kin to most."
Arzo perked up his ears, there was something in Kinjin's tone that sounded somehow diferent. The thing he mentioned about the feather seemed interesting too, he was filled with curiosity, and wanted to know what he meant by all that.
Mas snickered at Gully almost dying of laughing. He noticed Arzo's smirk and saw that he wanted to let out a laugh. But alas he held it in, usual of Arzo. Mas smiled and shook his head to himself, that was Arzo for yah. He turned to look at Kin. "Well of course you have! All of us have!" He nodded and looked at all the malepharin there so far.
"Well I had many adventures and each was more exciting than the last. But I have to find out more about something I found later...." His face grew serious as he thought about what he had found a little while ago. He quickly turned to face Brifin with a smile so no one would hopefully notice.
"Brifin! I haven't seen you in ages and to think....you're my brother!" He snickered only joking with Brifin as he gave him a quick hug.
Brifin smiled at Kin. He was quite a little trickster. "Well I'll keep a watch out for you then!" He smiled and ruffled the teens hair. He turned to hear a familiar voice and just as he heard it he was being squeezed. It was Mas! My, how he'd grown lately!
'What had Mas found out? What were they all talking about? Why wasn't anyone being specific?' he lowered his ears, bothered by his lack of knowledge around this parts. The only thing he had found out was that the new Malepharin's name was Brifin.
Gully stopped laughing abruptly, sensing that everybody had since stopped, and instead grinned madly, a blush of slight embarassment flooding into his cheeks. Looking at Arzo, on the other hand, it seemed that the boy experiences no mirth at all. He wished he could do anything to force a smile out of him, but he wasn't quite so bold.
"Oooh, but won't you tell?" he asked as his attention was diverted back to Mas. "What's the point of having adventures if you're not gonna share the story?" he pleaded, eager for anything worth getting excited over.
Taking a better look at Kin, and listening to his plans of pranks, he recalled something that he had been eager to do for quite a while. "Hey, what about the...the mud fight?" He had nearly forgotten about it, but the memory suddenly came back to him. Who could forget about the prospect of a good ol' fashioned mud fight?
'Oh, yes!' even if he didn't tell Arzo was also interested in the adventures Kin had mentioned early. 'Mud fight?' Arzo had raised his left ear in order to listen to what Mas had just whispered. 'Ah, this wasn't new' he had heard about it before, but had no details of such happening. Had something interesting happened at the time? He stealthly placed himself besided Gully and whispered in his ear. "What mud fight?"
Kinjin snorted slightly as he began to laugh, his lips twitching.
"Mud fight. Gully and I were going to have one of those. You can join us if you want, Arzo. And Mas is supposed to make the mud for us. I still haven't quite figured out how to get Caer covered in mud yet, but I will."
He pointed to his head in amusement. "The plan is still rolling around in my brain yet and I know I need Mas for the mud but not entirely sure on when, where, and how yet. I figure by the time it's over, not only Caer will be covered from head to toe, but I and whomever helps me will also."
With a smirk firmly set on his lips, he added, "It's a goal I'll get to eventually. And fun in the process." "Well, I guess I will not participate in such a thing then. If it involves me getting covered in this mud you can certainly count me out." he said firmly, plotting in his mind how to watch from a safe distance. He could certainly see some fun in watching the others get dirty themselves. He was careful not to smile, not even a bit, so as not to give Kinjin and hints of what was going trough his mind.
Mas smiled as they pestered him to tell of the details. "Well I'll tell you one then." He smiled and settled himself on the air. Appearing to be sitting on a invisible rock, Mas got comfortable and cleared his throat.
"It was a gloomy evening where I was. I raelly don't know exactly but it wasn't the prettiest day's i've seen. I was trotting through a forest when I stumbled upon these weird stones. They were covered with green moss and they had a strange glow to them. It was almost like it was day in the middle of this forest. I looked around and noticed tiny glows dancing and weaving through the rocks. I got closer and they didn't notice me until my nose was almost touching one of them. They were about to dart off but noticed i hadn't moved when they did. They got closer, examining me like i was to them. The giggled and danced around my head and lead me to the middle of the stones. I looked around, my gaze torn away from the dancing orbs, to come across runes. They were white and glowing, carved in the stones. It was one of the most amazing things i've seen! I wished i could stay longer but i did have to leave. But one of the orbs followed me and she's been following me since. I have to go there soon incase she wants to go back and for me to look into these stones more. I don't really know what they're for but they're pretty cool!" Mas nodded his head after his story.
"Oh yes mud, glad you said something." He gave a bit of an evil grin and pointed at the dirt beneath Kin's feet as it turned into a deep pool of mud.
Arzo did not say a thing, in fact he was in shock at he amount of words Mas could pronounce in such little time. However at the mention of Mud in Kinjin's feet he quickly darted a shorte distance away from the mud.
Kinjin listened intently as Mas talked of the little glowing things. Fairies maybe...
At first he didn't think too much of the word mud when Mas said it, since the story was still working around in his head as well as the fact that it was something he'd like to see. But then he blinked as his feet slid out from under him. The next instant he'd sat down abruptly in the center. Sinking in slightly, he stared up at Mas for a moment, a startled expression on his face, then he burst into laughter.
"That's exactly how I need help to get Caer." he smirked. Picking up mud in each hand, he playfully tossed one at Gully and Arzo, intentionally missing Arzo. "I guess we get our mudfight afterall. Might as well join in or it's a waste of good mud since Mas was kind enough to give us some."
The next two handfuls were aimed at Mas and Brifin.

Arzo moved a step sideways as soon as he saw the mudball come at him. "I'll just watch" he said looking at the direction the next two mudballs were aiming at.
Mas laughed as Kin fell right in the mud. The mud splattered on Mas's robe but he didn't care, that was something he'd never forget! Just as he calmed down laughing the mud hit him right in the face knocking him down in the mud alongside Kin. His expression was like "what just happened" before he started cracking up even harder. He couldn't stop laughing as the sight of him falling into his own mud was just to hilarious!
Brifin avoided the mud as it hurled towards him. He wasn't the messy type. Rather the friendly but immaculately clean person. The idea of mud was to dirty for him to even think about what was in it. He shuttered at the thought. "Erm, no thanks, I'd rather stay clean." He gave a slight frown.
Gully jumped back into Arzo as he whispered in his ear, caught off guard and somewhat frightened. He quickly realized what it was, though, and calmed down. He intended to reply, but Kin beat him to it, so he nodded along with a grin. it wasn't a huge surprise to him that Arzo wasn't as enthusiastic as he was, but it was still a let down.
His attention, as usual, was then distracted by Mas's story. Hiseyes widened, and he could feel his jaw dropping, but he brought it up again, lest he end up drooling in amazement. It didn't take much to amaze him, as his life had been somewhat confined as of late, and the story captivated him and then some. It was a breath of fresh air from hiding under the couch cushions in a less than exhilarating game of hide and seek with his siblings, that was for sure.
"Oh, wow! Where is it?" he asked immediately, peeking around. He was about to ask about its magical qualities when mas performed a bit of magic of his own. Mud! Excellent! He swung his spork staff around wildly, intercepting half of the mud ball that was sent flying at his face while the other half made contact. Laughing along insatiably with Mas, he scooped up a good amount of mud from the puddle and swung it at the other two, but lost his balance in doing so, resulting in a mighty splash of mud as he joined them.
Even though Arzo was fast enough to dodge a ball of mud he had not expected the splash Gully had just made in a single scoop. He wasn't far enough and some of it had made it's way towards his chest. He gave a low growl followed by a sigh. There was no point in getting mad, not with them all present at the moment. He just stood back a bit farther from them... for the moment.
As Gully lay laughing himself silly in the mud, his head tilted back in the midst clutching his sides and he spotted Arzo, who was now slightly muddier than before. Turning around, Gully eyed the demonic boy as if inviting him in, although he knew his attempts were in vain. Just for kicks, he stuck his hands behind his head and struck a mock-alluring pose, both winking and sticking his tongue out at Arzo before rolling over into another giggle fit.
Arzo raised an eyebrow at Gully's expression. They sure seemed like they were having fun but he was all against getting anymore dirty. He walked a bit farther and sat on a rock, his lantern giving a nice glow all of a sudden. He seemed to pay no attention to it but instead just watched the others play in the mud.
Mas looked over to where Arzo rested upon. He watched the bat boy star at his lantern in complete concentration. Mas shouted his name and guestured why he wasn't over there. He knew it would be to 'dirty' for him. Mas raised an eyebrow at the thought and looked over to Gully's giant utensil. He might have a plan to get Brifin and maybe Arzo in after all!
Even though he was watching them he completely ignored Mas' invitation to play. However he still gestured back with a small smile, very much in a 'never going over there' kind of way. He rested his lantern on his left shoulder and watched with attention, not even forgetting abot Brifin for a second.
Kinjin burst into laughter when Mas and Gully both ended up in the mud with him. He motioned for Brifin and Arzo to join them, thinking they'd end up having fun as well.
"It's really not that bad." he said, scooping up the mud in his hands and letting it drop with a smirk. "Of course, my mother will not be entirely happy, but it'd not be the first time." He shrugged, but turned to watch Mas.
There was a plot in the making. He knew the signs too well being so familiar with himself when he was doing such. The wheels were turning for something and he planned to join in.
"Aren't you a bit old to be playing in mud and listening to mothers?" he said with a smirk. There was no way he was moving closer and away from his rock. However he was unaware of the word-less plotting going around.
Gully kicked off his sandals to wriggle his toes in the mud, enjoying the occassional 'squish' as he did so. With a sigh, he abandoned his attempts at getting Arzo into the mud with them. Imagining Arzo rolling about in the mud was amusing enough for him. Instead, he glanced back once more, his eyes lingering on the lantern before he rolled over in the mud himself. Tuning in on the conversation, he nodded in agreement of what Kin as saying.
"Yeah, the mud's quite nice! Jus' hope my da' doesn't mind" he said, peering down at his muddy clothes. "I can wash 'em myself, though, it won't be too bad."
Kinjin grinned widely. "Never too old to have fun, Arzo. Besides who says that a person is too old to play in the mud? I had a waterfight with my mom and dad both last week. I was giving my horse a much needed bath and they just decided to soak me more than I already was. And as for mom... " A smirk settled on his face as he tossed some up in the air trying to juggle it. " She'll grumble and complain and then I'll pick her a bouquet of flowers, kiss her on the cheek, and tell her I love her. She won't even think about the muddy clothes after that."
"Unlike you two, I got to wash my clothes myself, so I'm sure mudd is not something I want to get on them. " He said for what he thought the last time, firmly. With so much asking they were all starting to become quite bothersome, he grunted and crossed his legs, to make the pont get across. He was not moving.
Gully smirked as a thought popped into his head. "Well, just take 'em off and you won't get mud on 'em!" he snickered in reply, rolling his eyes back at Arzo. He'd have to get the spoilsport to join them somehow. His goal, however, was likely much more out of his reach than he thought as he dug his toes into the mud with a rather childish delight. Reaching out for his spork staff, he grasped it and began sitting the mud with it, as if brewing something up. "Oooh, a water fight?" he asked with a pout. "You guys have all the fun!"
Arzo couldn't help but twitch at the thougt of the idea. He immediatly looked away, a very slight bush on his face. Unlike Kinjin and Gully he had never been fond of his mother. He had always thought of her as something much more different than himself, with nothing at all in common.
Gully peered at Arzo through mud-caked fingers, not quite seeing his blush but giggling mirthfully anyways. Although Gully didn't have a mother, he loved his father dearly, leaving him unaware of Arzo's feelings as he lay sprawled innocently in the mud puddle. "Not gonna do it?" he asked with a slight pout as the demonic boy looked away.
Without looking back and still resting on the rock he replied "What do you think? You can't really expect me to do such a thing... not even you would!" his last sentence sounding a bit like a dare.
His eyes widening a bit as his lips curled into a mischevious smile, Gully turned fully towards Arzo and places his chin on his hands, pondering what the boy had just said. "Hmmm...well, no, of course I wouldn't do it...alone." he said with another giggle before rolling over and peering at Arzo upsidedown.
Arzo smirked, he hadn't thought Gully would answer in such a way and thought such a response fun. "So I thought" he quietly replied back as he turned around, forgetting he has been mad at them just a few minutes ago.
Gully grinned as Arzo turned around, somehow feeling victorious. "Oh, did you?" he asked, his voice teasing. "What about you, then, would you still not do it?" Pausing, he sat up a bit to shake his hair out before looking to Arzo, waiting for his response.
"It depends on whether I'll get something else than mud or not" he said, if he was going to get naked and dirty he better get some money out of it. Yet he highly doubted anyone else besides him and Brifin had any. He smiled, one of his fangs showing a bit, making him seem a bit too overconfident.
Gully tilted his head at this, somewhat confused as to what Arzo meant. "Hmph, what's better than mud?" he asked, knowing that the obvious answer was 'nothing.' He was a boy of simple pleasures. "It's the thrill that you get from it, ain't it? Tha's what ya want!" He scuttled back a few inches as Arzo bore his fang, more surprised than scared. He knew Arzo wouldn't really hurt him or anything.
'Thrill, how could mud ever be thrilling?' he thought. Yet he had never actually played in mud or gotten wet by someone else, in fact he had never experienced 'play' before. He knew that new experiences meant new knowledge.. maybe he could try it after all. "Ok, fine, I'll try that mud game" he said in a reluctant tone as he took off his small cape and tightened the bottom of his pants a bit higher. He was now full of curiosity, even though he knew mud was not very hygienic to start with. However Gully seemed to have played in it several times and was still healthy.
He stood up and went closer to the puddle, slowly getting his feet in.
Grinning wildly, Gully scuddled a bit to the side, making room for Arzo. "Good!" he chirped, feeling rather accomplished as the demonic boy approached. "See? Don't need to take your clothes off, the mud is just fine!" Blinking up innocently at Arzo, he squished his toes in the mud once more, providing wonderful sound effects. Resisting the urge to simply tackle the boy into the mud, he sat and watched patiently, splishing some mode about with his feet.
Ok, he was up to his ankles in mud and Gully's sound effects were not helping at all. One of his ears twitched as he was getting used to the texture.. it just felt odd for him. It was not at all like water or earth, yet there was something else he did not expect.
"It's a bit cold" he said to Gully, finally losing his quiet composture, he was more like.. in shock. He did not know what to do, 'mud', he was sure, was not his element. He raised his right foot as to step deeper and then let it slowly down. He looked much like a child when experiencing something like a bug on a finger for the first time, unsure of what such a thing is.
"I'm glad I didn't take them off" he affirmed.
Rolling his eyes, Gully smirked up at Arzo and replied with a chuckle. "That's 'cos yer not doin' it right!" And he certainly wasn't! Didn't this boy even know how mud was supposed to be used? "Yer s'posed to get down here in it an' get messy, then you don't notice the cold, and it's just fun," he nodded. "Don't think about the mud, it ain't gonna stop to think about you. Jus' gotta do it!" he was almost feeling like a professional mud bather - never did he think he'd see the day he was lecturing Arzo about anything. The thought made him giggle a bit as he laid back, subconsciously giving a demonstration.
What was that? was Gully just lecturing him?' he lowered his ears ashamed at being told he was not doing it right.. he still did not want his clothes dirty, but now that his feet were in it and Gully had pointed out he needed to get more mud on him to stop being cold, he did not see any way around it. Quite slowly and with a small growl he sat down on the mud.
'Great, now his butt was also cold. What was he thinking? why did he listen to Gully in the first place?'.... "I'm still cold!" He pointed out with a shiver.
The victorious and, for once, superior feeling heightened to a rawr within Gully's chest as he heard Arzo take his seat in the mud with a slight 'flop.' Sitting up, he found himself at Arzo's eye level, and then advanced to his knees. "Ah, clothes still on, and yer down here with me" he remarked with a smirk, the dominance growing inside of him as he eyed Arzo. The crude beginnings of a plan could be seen in his grin as he leaned closer. "Well, yer still not very muddy just yet, are ya?" he asked, feigning innocence terribly. Odd that he naturally had that innocent look on his face at nearly any other time. Looking at Gully with a childish suspicion he asked "Just what are you suggesting?" . He knew exactly what Gully was saying, yet he did not want to missunderstand anything at a time like this. Somehow he felt terribly weak and vulnerable when covered in mud. His lantern was glowing brightly from besides the rock he had been in, as if enjoying the scene.
Mas watched the whole scene from the edge of the mud pit. He was suprised Gully had convinced Arzo to get in the mud. Now Arzo had his ankle in and GUlly kept pressuring him to do more. Arzo sat down with a bit of a disturbed expression as his pants absorbed the mud. Mas grinned happy to get another in the mud along with them.
"Don't worry about your clothes Arzo, it will only take me a few seconds to get you clean again. " He nodded while toying with a blob of mud in his hands. He let it seep between his fingers and toss it from one hand to another. He grabbed a huge scoop and flung it at Arzo.
Gully merely rolled his eyes with a smirk as he edged closer to Arzo. "Suggesting? Whadda ya mean?" he asked sarcastically. As Mas flung his scoop of mud towards Arzo, Gully took at his cue and dove forward with intentions of tackling the demonic boy before him backwards into the mud.
Before Gully had any change to tackle him down, Arzo had already reacted to the mud ball comming at him. He had quickly laid back to dodge the attack. He knew what had happened only after he heard the splash and felt the mud comming into his ears and over his face.
For a moment, it seemed as if Gully was doing to fly right over Arzo, as if everything had been cut out of a scene from The Matrix. Then, he flopped back down to the muddy ground, sending up a brown curtain of mud as he landed. Blinking, he looked beneath him to find Arzo, clearly much muddier than he had ever intended to be. Grinning in an attempt to keep the demonic boy from erupting, he stifled a chuckle. "That's how ya play in the mud!" he declared.
Smirking, in a way that made him seem somewhat mad he replied "Really now?" Quickly he took hold of Gully and rolled him over, so he was sitting on him. He then looked at Mas "I think I'm starting to get the hang of this" as he prepared a mud ball to throw at him. He was now full of mud, and could not get any dirtier, so he might as well get some slight revenge.
Giving a soft squeak of surprise, Gully suddenly found himself back down in the mud with Arzo baring down on him. "Yup, that's definitely right!" he said between giggles, kicking his legs and squirming like mad. Arzo was officially playing in the mud by his rules - objective achieved!
Even though he was aplying much of his strenght into holding down Gully he managed to throw the mudball at Mas. That single movement, however, made him lose his equilibrium point. In a second he found himself back in the mud thanks to Gully's continuous squirming.

Gully rolled out of the way as Arzo toppled over and, crawling back up to his knees, pointlessly shook himself off and flung hiself back at Arzo. Landing horizantally across the boy's belly, he sent a wave of mud washing over them before scooping some up for himself and throwing it at noone in particular, simply just for the sake of throwing it.
Instead pf trying to squirm away Arzo tried to roll Gully off. He was now so full of mud he simply did not care anymore about it, the only thing he was thinking of was getting everyone much more muddier than he was himself. With a quick flap of his wings he made sure to a nice amount of mud went flying just to land a few seconds later over all of them.
Kinjin burst into laughter, his eyes sparkling from his amusement. Of course he was covered head to toe with mud, but what did he care? It was the fun that made it all worth it.
Now all they needed was to get Brifin into the mud with them.
"If Arzo can do it, I think Brifin should also." he smirked, winking at Mas as he tossed several gobs of mud straight up into the air trying to juggle. He didn't think it would matter who it landed on at this point. They were all so messy, it could not get worse. "Come on, Brifin. Just have some fun. Besides are you going to let your brother outdo what you can do?"
His mischievious grin widened with challenge to Brifin as he missed one of the mudballs he was tossing up. It splattered on his chin and he snickered.
Arzo smiled, this wasn't so bad anymore. He was glad he was finally getting the hand of having fun. Though deep in his mind he knew it'd be over sooner or later.
However his thoughts went to Brifin at the mention of him... he looked at his own wings, so much gliding had made them a bit stronger. 'Maybe he could actually reach Brifin', he thought smiling, wondering if the angelic ones got mad too every once in a while.
