Nintendo Punk 05 when You watch the thanksgiving day parade just to see the bands. There's another reason to watch the Thanksgiving Day parade? You know you're a band geek when you use your band locker rather than your regular locker at school because it's just more convenient - you're in the band room most of the time anyway. And you no longer remember your regular locker combination.

If your instrument goes EVERYWHERE with you (even bathroom and classes), especially if it is beastly huge, you might be a band geek (GUILTY)

You know you're a band geek when..
-You've grown so close to your band director, you bought him a d***o as a gag gift and he actually congratulated you on a good laugh (my last director didn't find it so funny) -You remember you're band directors address and phone number, but you odn't know your grandparent's (26___ somethin... drive? avenure? I dunno) -You're the only one in the class who knows the songs your old-a** history teacher plays because your band only plays older songs (mostly 80s and such) -You've gotten your director to write you a note so many time to get out of class, that whenever you walk towards your teacher with the paper, they don't even bother to read it -You can do diffucult drum breaks and dances, play triplets fast as hell and sing the chants ot the cadences, but you can't even do line dances at school dances. -You get mad when someone steps the same time as you, and then they start stepping differently, and you correct them

You know you're a band geek when you see your section more than you see your family.

You know when you're a band geek when:
You subliminaly conduct to music.
You don't pay attention to the actual music, you try to figure out the time signature, what instruments are in it and how you could arrange it for the band.

[TheJudged] You know you're a band geek when.. -You've grown so close to your band director, you bought him a d***o as a gag gift and he actually congratulated you on a good laugh (my last director didn't find it so funny) Last year, another senior and I had lunch together after grad practice, and then we randomly decided to get our music teacher a betta fish as a goodbye present. We just headed down the street to Petco and got him a fish, a tank, and supplies (actually, the fresh water came from a jug of flitered water from Vons). He already had some fish at home, so we knew he'd know how to take care of fish. "Hi, Doc Hamm! We're going to miss you and all that...We love you, have a fish!"

you know you're a band geek when:
-little children's toys annoy you cause the notes are out of tune -fingering through your part is not a dirty thing -you leave the band room after the directors -seeing marching bands in movies makes you happy (and then sad because they're always really fake and out of step)
