"Um..." Tulio thought quietly to himself for a few moments before answering. "I don't have many Ulaya I can consider my friends." He said, somewhat embrassed. "I figure if I'm not so much of a jerk, I might not loose the chance to make a new one."

Kai grinned toward Tulio. He knew he was the same way. If he wasn't suchy a jerk to people he would probably have more friends. He was used to being by himself though. 'It's not anyone would want me around anyways.' he thought. "Alright." Kai replied.

Tulio looked down at his paws, trying not to make eye contact. He felt alittle aquward in this situation. While stareing down he noticed the necklace he'd found on the ground. He slowly removed it and held it up twars the light.

Kai noticed that Tulio was trying to avoid his glance and didn't say anything. He watched as Tulio took off a necklace and held it up. "Nice necklace you got there." Kai replied. "Where did you get it?"

"Found it." Tulio replied monotonly. "On my way here. It's full of water from the spring. But I think the waters old." He paused then added, "All it says is 'Well of' on it."

"Oh." Kai replied as he looked at the necklace. "Think it belonged to a human?" he asked with disinterest.

"I'm not sure." Tulio replied slowly. He held it out in front of Kai. "What do you think of it?"

"Um....well...." he mumbled as he looked at the necklace. He didn't know what to think of it. He had only seen necklaces from afar. He had never seen one up close before. Now that he though about it...."Why would water be in a necklaces? I know humans put that smelly stuff in necklaces.....I think it's called perfume." he questioned.

"It is." Kai replied. He wondered if Tulio was going to keep the necklace for himself or get it to someone he care for. 'I'm geting ahead of myself." he thought as he sat up.

Tulio stared at the bottle for a long moment. "I have an idea!" He suddenly shouted. With that he took the bottle into his right paw and used a claw on his left paw to carve into the glass surface.

"Hm?" Kai questioned as he watched Tulio carve onto the the bottles surface. "What are you doing?" he asked.

"You'll see." Tulio smirked. "There!" He pipped happily, holding up the bottle to Kai's eye level. The bottle now read 'Well of Kai'. But 'Kai' was carved in a somewhat sloppy manner. "Now you can't forget what a great friend I am!" Tulio said happily, while dropping the silvery string over Kai's head so that he was now wearing the neacklace. "Oh! Maybe you should fill it with something that smells alittle better though." He laughed nervously.

Kai was a little taken aback by Tulio's reaction. He hand't expected him to carve his name on it. 'More like Inari's names should be here...' he thought as he looked at the necklace that was around his neck. "Thank you." Kai mumbled with a nod.

"Now then," Tulio said with anvigeration. "We should do something about your wounds. Before you die of infection." He said in a tone as if he might have been saying something nicer.
