Doesn't make me feel uncomfortable in the least...though it is rather interesting.

~Sky~Mistress~ the eyes of the girl in the painting are empty..... I just looked at it again... at first I thought they were just black but as it turns out, the doll has no eyes after all! Now, I think I dislike that doll even more... sweatdrop lolz

I'm freaked out really easy and I'm very superstitious, so I think I'm going to wait until it's daylight outside to take a look at this painting.
From what I've read it has a doll in it... I'm terrified of some dolls. gonk crying

I felt a few things. 1) I am uneasy, and a bit scared 2) I am quite saddened 3) I am quite ill now, but that maybe from the alcohol I have consumed (It wasn't more than a glass of champagne)

Okay, wow, I'm a VERY paranoid person when it comes to things like this, but I have to admit, the painting and close-up shots on the first link in the first post weren't entirely that bad. Creepy, yes, but not to the point where it scared me immensly. And as it stands, I'm not feeling anything except a little bit of uneasyness because of the doll's lack of eyes... I'll just have to keep tabs on myself and perhaps check back? sweatdrop

Whell that was scary as hell. When I looked at the painting the hair on the back of my neck stood on end. When I looked at the last two pictures, my spirit guide and spirit friend (two individual spirits) got on edge and whent into defensive mode. Im a little worried about what could happen.

My back just tightened up and I refused to even look at the full size pics...yes I am a bit of a coward, but I'm healthier for it I think. I hope nothing happens......

First off. I read the warnings and what not. After reading them I didn't want to see the pic. When I did. Well guess what? Nothing. Sure the doll looked bad and the lack of eyes is never a pleasant sight. Over all I think the painting might be more scary in person but over all in my opinion the painting is very tacky and it didn't bother me in the least bit....Damn I will sleep well tonight. Plus I am feindishly hard to scare and when I get nightmares they only encourage me to sleep more so I can see how it will play out. Lol. I am weird.

I'm curious about how my nightmares play out too. But I almost never have nightmares so it's hard to find out how mine play out.

I looked at it a bit ago. I was planning on having my sister and I look at it together, so I had the window pulled up under the forum. Well, I decided to exit out of it and pull it back up whenever I got her in here, and as I did, I caught a glimpse of the painting. I felt fine at first, but as I left the room I felt like I was going to have a panic attack. I was shaking extremely hard when I got to my sisters room (a cool 20ft away) and she followed me back. I told her the story and she looked it up.
After she looked at it, she more or less told me that she had a nervous feeling, and not much more.
I don't know what came over me when I looked at it... Perhaps it was suggestive because I had read what Princess Harmonia wrote before I looked at it. However, my sister did as well and didn't have my reaction. Before I looked at it, I felt extremely doubtful that there was anything to be scared of. Twas just colour on canvas. Haha, that changed whenever I saw it.
^^ Thanks for sharing it, and I doubt I will voluntarily look at it again.

Haha, that changed whenever I saw it. ^^ Thanks for sharing it, and I doubt I will voluntarily look at it again. That's a really interesting post. Leaves me to also wonder how that panic attack came over you. It may have been the painting's history or simply something inherently bad about the painting. We might never know. I think one glance of this painting is good enough for most people lolz. I actually told my friends about this painting a few years ago. One of them, being quite tough and all, decided he would stare at the painting for a long time and nothing happened. He pointed out that one of the warnings on a site about the painting suggested that viewers should take caution and never save the images of the paintings on their computers or use them as desktop backgrounds and such. That warning really made me and my friends giggle so then that tough friend who was uneffected by the painting decided to make it his wallpaper for about a month and see what happens...nothing really did happen. He says nothing happened. He deleted every one of the images on his computer hastily though. I personally would never try that though. I'm a chicken for that kind of stuff. I can be quite sensitive to negative energy too so it's not a good idea for someone like me to try this experiment. Lolz sweatdrop IrishHavanaWhitewolf Yeah. I almost never have nightmares and when I do they almost always end up being good in the end. Lol. ^_^ Lolz, I think that of the very few nightmares I've ever had, they always end weird. eek Not good, not scary... just strange. Plus, it's always an unsatisfying ending. Nothing gets resolved! (Lolz, I make it sound like a bad soap opera xd )
