Eyes that had been fixed on her face, admiring the way the tiny marking moved when she laughed, began to trail slowly down along her slender form. "... An' what part o'da basket should ah be lookin' at, chere?" He deserved to be nipped for that comment... But he couldn't help saying it. She'd left herself wide open.

She snorted. "For one you should be looking at my face." She tilted her head so that it was in Remy's line of sight rather than her body. "It's not polite to stare at a lady's body either you know"

He caught her eyes once more, grinning as he stretched out his neck so that he could n** at the air inches from hers. "Thought we already discuss dis, chere. You a river rat... Not a lad'eh. An' who says ah was starin' anyways?"

"Though we already said i'm still a lady? Cause you cant to back on your words without proving you're a scoundrel, which you are." She backed up against slightly when he'd nipped at the air in front of her.

He snorted softly as he backed away, tail swishing against his flanks as he looked towards the horizon. The sky was growing lighter... Aparantly time did fly when one was having fun. "Ah should get you home b'fore someone misses you, chere."

"Who'd miss me? It's not like they own me." Now they might not have had any claim on her but the two legger would miss her if she stayed away too long. Besides he meant fresh apples for breakfast.

"Ah would." Those words seemed somewhat mumbled as he turned away, lost in the sound of a soft breeze as he trotted through it, heading back towards the forest. Play time was over... It was time to rest.

She snorted as she trotted off back toward the river. "you'd just miss my pretty face." She snickered as she picked up her pace. Someone would have apples for her and she could get a nice bath to get all the dust from running off her.

He remained silent after she set that, his defenses bristling back into place as, aparantly, hers already had. If, after that, she still believed that was all he was interested in her mind wouldn't change. He lead her through the woods, stopping at the river they'd met at.
"D'ere you are, chere. Back ta your river..." He bowed his head low before turning away from her, meaning to swing around past the two-legger's camp before heading back to wherever he should have been hours ago.

Before he could turn all the way away she nosed his shoulder. "I had fun Remy." She had. Even if she didn't like him normally and did think he was a scoundrel he could be nice.

"..." He said nothing until he had turned his head quickly in order to gently press the tip of his muzzle to hers. "So'd ah, chere." He nickered softly as he trotted away, fiery tail fluttering behind him.
