SilverVixen Oooh the idea about the journal is good! That'll be a great thing to do. I'm kinda scared that we'll send the note to someone twice... but, that shouldn't happen, right? razz OK. I'll do that second page. Have you started Chisa? I think if we haven't heard from the other two by tomorrow, or tonight if we feel inspired, we could just continue with their pages... I'm just so excited to get this started! Hehe. I'll explain it to Hizzahn. biggrin It shouldn't end up getting sent to the same person twice... as long as we make sure we don't overlap on pages... so if you're going to start on more pages, post here first so everyone knows 3nodding I haven't started yet, got some stuff to finish up first... I should get to it in a couple of hours, I think. Also, if someone accidentally replies back to you instead of Mr_Treasurer, please forward it to the Mr_Treasurer account 3nodding

Just to let everyone know, I've started on the first page, so don't do any from there!
It seems that you can't send PM's to multiple users who aren't on your friendslist, so unfortunately we have to send each PM individually. The best way I've found to do this is to have a PM page and a members list page open, copy+paste the members name and the message onto the PM page, click send, then click back so the message is still there, paste over the next members name, and send again, and again and again, until they're all done.
Another problem is that you need to wait something like 20 seconds between sends sweatdrop so please have a bit of patience when sending these out.
I've been using 'From the Gaian Graphic Designer's Guild' in the subject line; you don't have to use the same, as long as its relatively descriptive.

I'm starting on page 3 now even though no one has pm'd we stating we can yet stare but anyways whee i've recieved one and so i'm starting because i deem that as getting a pm saying to start sending ^_^ and i won't be on for another week >.< any questions look at my sig and all questions should be answered there. 3nodding heart

Can't you PM all of your friends at once? Add everyone to the mailing account's friendlist and PM all at once about updates and stuff.

I think we should put a note on the front page of the guild and in the intro post about where to sign up for this, so that new members are sure to see it. I've checked our email account, and we've got heaps of people signing up fot the email list xd We should send out the first one on the first of Feb maybe?
